How do I contact you for a refund. Wrong dress size sent. So discouraged you are difficult to do business with. I ordered size 14, my usual size. It seems I received a size 6 or 8. There is no size on the dress. I have sent 2 messages on live chat. No response. Even tried calling China. Number not in service I do not have time to reorder for my granddaughters wedding. Please tell me what to do to get a refund

Thank you for bringing this up to us. We understand how concerning this is. We checked on your order and we noticed that you still have the option to open a dispute for the order. That way, you can formally request for a refund. When you open a dispute, we suggest that you use a desktop browser, preferably Google Chrome. That way, you can successfully upload photos of the item for evidence to support your claim.
Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:
1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.
2) Click Awaiting Confirm".
3) Find the Order number and click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the order.

If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.
