Made 7 purchases at once. 6 were successful as far as the transactions went but I learned that you MUST pay attention to the dimensions (which are often in cm). Overall I was still more than content. The unsuccessful one resulted in an item that was misrepresented and was over a month later than it was supposed to be. There were guarantees about time frame that were NOT met. I escalated to resolution center before I received the item I didn't even want anymore and I was NOT satisfied with DHGate's resolution.

They absolutely back their sellers and NOT their customers/buyers. I have been considering trying the service again but PAY ATTENTION TO THE SELLER'S REVIEWS! DHGates Resolution is NOTHING like Amazon (Amazon will make sure the customer/buyer is happy).

There are some great prices for mostly fake products but some are still reasonably quality items regardless. I would not order anything from an unrated seller, I would not order anything that didn't have specific dimensions listed and I would not expect anything to be done if you do not receive your item. So spend your money cautiously.

I ordered an item, and the item clearly stated in the description, it was a pink rabbit bowl. The picture sent to me in my confirm email was a pink rabbit bowl. I was sent a yellow bear bowl. Seller wouldn't resolve issue, and had to go to dispute resolution. Customer service told me:
"because you did not tell the seller you want a pinkamong four colors they selland made no remark to remind the sellerso they do not agree to bear the shipping cost".

I should not have had to tell the seller I wanted a pink one since that was the item and photo in the description.

They also said:"Howeverafter I checked your order and message with sellerI found no information that you ordered a pink one. The website shows color is multibluepinkyellow and moreit means the color they sent is at random."

Again, below is the EXACT description of the item. Creative Instant bowl with Rabbit lid Ceramic bowl.

The only bowl that has a rabbit lid is pink. The item description does not say random one will be sent.

Will never buy from again.

Avoid this seller at all costs. This person mostly uses dhgate to carry out their shenanigans in men's clothing section. Defective products at exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs.(huang*******510)

Upon receiving mis-represented, substandard, non-UL approved products from DHGate vendor (sunway168) we were unable to get a refund. Apparently DHGate does not have a way for buyers to rate their Vendors. The lack of an honest feed back rating system for vendors on the DHGate system is troubling, alarm bells should be ringing right about now. Even though the products sold were mis-represented by sunway168, and the agreement (apparently meaningless) stated that the seller was responsible for return shipping we got no satisfaction and no refund after much haggling with vendor. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a beautiful piece off this website because I just could not beat how cheap the prices were. They charged me and a few days after shipped it. Seemed like everything was going smoothly until a week later they recharged me for the item and sent my account into overdraft. I was livid. I imedietly contacted my bank (bank of America) and they quickly were able to cancel the charge. If I didn't get notifications from my bank this company from bum $#*! Beijing would have had the last.

STAY AWAY from this company. I ordered 4 cute lights for my kitchen. The lights were shipped straight from China. The product was defective. Each of the four lights were crooked. They would not install level. I tried to communicate with the company. There is no 800 customer service number ( I should have checked first) and you must use their email or live chat system to communicate. Which the links do not work when trying to dispute. Finally some one called me directly from Chine who was extremely difficult to understand. Then they asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then they said I was lying and I really didn't like the lights. I did like the lights but they were poor quality and defective. They were extremely difficult to work with and would not refund me. Therefore I had to call the credit card company and am filing a complaint with the FTC or some governing body to report their fraud. Do NOT SHOP THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THIEF!

Please Please Please DO NOT shop with this company. They care more about their policies than the customer. I bought a wedding dress from them with prettybridal_2017, the dress was not like picture. The top was almost completely sheer with awkwardly sewn in cups for the bust. I would have had to pay someone to alter the dress so it would have been wearable. I told the company so many times that my wedding date was coming up, I didn't want this dress, it was causing me more stress to deal with and they did not care. DO NOT SHOP WITH DHGATE PLEASE!
