I recently purchased four sets of SS Door Hardware; one set was missing a mounting plate; the DHGate website had a "chat" system to address product delivery issues; however, the system does not work! I suspect by design. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION FROM DHGATE!
