DON'T DO IT!

SCAM! I waited 7 weeks for my order only to find out it was a scam. The order was never even shipped and they gave my a fake tracking number. And then customer service told me to wait 10-15 days to check for a refund. They were trying to hold me off for a couple more weeks so I can't dispute the charge on my credit card!

I was reading the reviews on your site (sitejabber) and am nonplussed at all the bad reviews. I have dealt with dh gate for almost two years and have never been ripped off by any of their suppliers. I guess all it takes is to look at the bonafides of a company and go with your gut feeling. I have many great dealings with this company and give credit where credits due

I heard for DH Gate from a youtuber. I head that it's a safe solution for online shopping. And tbey weren't wrong. I bought two knives (I am a knife person) and everything went smooth and withouth any problems. All in all great customer service. Always taking care of their costumers.

Returned item was suppose to be paid back by seller and they never did. All they did was block me from messaging and purchasing any else. Very unprofessional. Im out 21.21 now and have nothing. Im a good customer too, bought lots of stuff from DH gate and this is how Im treated.

False advertisement!

Had to pay customs on everything I bought eventhough it said « free shipping ». Other sites put it in their advertized prices so that you know what you will end up paying. I feel ripped off. Wont order there again.

Customs fees are not paid when the item is for free shipping, free shipping means that the postage for the courier is for free. It's the seller who's going to pay for it, but the customs fees are charged in your country and is your responsibility. We've indicated this in the order update that you may be charged for customs fees which is beyond our control.

Some bad seller

there are some sellers who do not keep their word, they say that the product will arrive in a while and then it takes double or triple days to arrive, so I do not see it as serious

I've Been buying with DhGate for a couple of years now and I have had mostly good experiences with them. You have to buy from recommended sellers and top sellers if you want to avoid being dissapointed. Once you build a relationship with the seller, you can negotiate prices and terms with them. I will be shopping with dHgate for the long run.

Have been using Dhgate for over a year, for people new to this research your buyer ensure they have good and reputable service, also when you order i recommend buying only if they offer DHL shipping. You should always receive your items within a week if you use this. This site is really meant for WHOLESALE purchases.

So where should i start, first of all, I ordered a pair of shoes around 3 or 4 months ago, they showed up as undelivered, i messaged the seller and he just made me wait another month for them. I then messaged DH GATE and they just said they would message the seller to make him respond to my messages, thatS right just make him respond but not resolve the situation, I finally got a refund after waiting another month. I decided i had enough because everything I bought on the site turned out to be broken ripped or wrong size. I had around 50 dollars on my account which i decided to withdraw. A WEEK LATER I LOOKED AT MY BANK ACCOUNT AND I HAD ONLY RECEIVED 18 DOLLARS, FROM 50 DOLLARS I WAS SCAMMED OUT 32 FOR SO-CALLED TAX CHARGE, i had bought another thing around 2 months ago, today i realized that it turned out undelivered and the seller was just waiting for the money to be released to him, he had even stopped replying to me. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, JUST STAY AWAY.
Go to sites like banggood, aliexpress, gearbest, i have never had a problem with them

TERRIBLE! HUGE SCAM
December 5, 2017

Received a completely faulty item from a seller. I created a dispute and uploaded all the necessary evidence - but only got a PARTIAL refund.
DHGATE refused to let me return the item for a FULL refund, because they said they had 'messaged me and if i didn't reply it meant i was happy with the partial refund' - but when i go to my messages NOTHING IS THERE.
LIARS. SCAMS. Will STEAL YOUR MONEY
