Disputed the $37.02 charge (who in the world would pay $37.02 for 3,3X3 silver polishing cloths?) with American Express. DHgate sent illegible documents showing they did deliver the 3 items! What a complete ripoff! Buyer beware!
I ordered some Black Jordan Super. FLY shoes ordering was quick and easy the seller even had a gallery of shoes i could view from his link.
The order took just over a week to arrive and the shoes were perfect.

This is a nightmare if you receive something that is not suitable. You get blackmailed into giving a five star review so you can receive a partial refund for a dress that is the wrong color. I am still waiting for the seller to refund me. It has taught me not to take any notice of the sellers ratings if this is how they operate.

The reason I am so fuming angry is because one of the sellers I purchased from changed the order on me, yet charged the same for far less product. What I ordered were socks priced by the dozen. Instead of sending me the 48pairs of socks I ordered, they sent me 4 pair and charged me the same price. My invoice still reflects the price for 4 dozen not 4 pair. Its not a lot of money but I am so angry at the deceit. The other items are charms on a necklace. They only sent the charms no necklace. And now there is one last item that I have never received, yet they have charged me. In order to request a refund you have to upload a photo of what you have received. No matter what browser I use, their platform will not allow me to upload the photos and without the photos you can not request a refund. I have emailed and messaged them many times. During the messaging I figured out I could actually upload the photos to the messaging but they refused to help me that way. It's absolutely ridiculous that they have no way to resolve issues reasonably. Now they keep sending me messages of the same thing to do over and over again which I have already done. Just ticking me off even more...
After ordering several times and patiently waiting for my orders, two came in that were not as discribed. After a dozen times or more of trying to communicate with them to only be ignored, I no longer trust this company and will never order from them again. Buyer beware.

It has now been six weeks since I tried to return a dress I ordered which arrived two sizes too small. After three weeks of dispute negation finally agreed it was wrong size and would refund. They asked me to post the dress back which cost me £16 which they agreed to pay. I provided tracker details and its now been two days and silence. Sooooo frustrating, I wish I never came across this site. Keep away the reviews cannot be real.

Be careful on this site. Some sellers don't care about you at all. The products are fake and can cause you trouble with customs. Customer service is okay but some of the representatives are rude and are not helpful. Remember that you're buying illegally made items from criminals. This is the absolute truth about this. If you understand this, then just imagine that anything can happen.
Amazing product, shipping took a little bit too long because of the national holiday in China, but quality was really good, and it was totally worth it to wait an extra time. The only negative thing I would point out, the sneakers smelled like glue first two days, but then everything was just perfect. I'm very satisfied.

Product was good, but they froze my account. For over a week i have been doing every thig safetycenter has ask. With no results. My bank said no problem on their end. I hate to use Alibaba but they will not unfreeze my account. Safetycenter changes the requirments every email they change the requirments
