I have bought a iPhone 6, it came broken. I have started a dispute on the website. The seller was stalking me by Whatsapp and sell phone to close the dispute.
DHgate had promised me to give me a partial refund of 240USD. After the seller complained they only wanted to give me only 40 USD. I find this very odd.
Dhgate is more concerned about the seller than her customers!
I demand my money back the total amount of 240USD.
Update: Dhgate contacted me to say that i did not contact the analist about this. DHgate is lying. I contacted the analist several times by e-mail about this case. Everyday i contact also the customer service of DHgate. NO RESULT!

To save time and money of which I did not have much of. I ordered a dress from a seller called Sweet-Life, I was so excited, the dress was a beautiful Taupee Beige and gold color, paid 189.00, after many msg's to the seller to make sure the dress they send me is exactly same color as pictured on the sellers sight, I received a dress that was ivory, that looked like a wedding dress, needless to say, for 3 weeks every night I would sit infront of the computer chatting with DHGate, it was like talking to the wall, and messaging the seller, The Biggest Crook, they told me to keep the dress and agree that there was nothing wrong with the dress, but want to return, and they will refund my money back. I knew that was a set up. Told them I would get DHGate involved, they were upset with me, getting DHGate involved was a bigger head ach. I was told to ship the dress back, which would have cost me 240.00, I was told by DHL that the seller should have provided me with an import account # for them to charge the shipping fee too. Neither DHGate nor the seller Sweet-Life provided me with that. Which let me to believe that instead of being out $189.00, I would be out 429.00. I messaged the seller and reminded them that they had said they would refund me without shipping the dress, if they really meant it, why cant they do it now. They never responded to that. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE CHEATED OUT OF YOUR MONEY, AND YOU DONT WANT THE FRUSTRATION. DO NOT ORDER FROM NTHIS SELLER, AND DHGATE WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. ALL IN ALL WASTED PRECIOUSE TIME AND EXTRA MONEY, BECAUSE I STILL NEEDED A DRESS.

It is also advised that when you do return the dress, it is best if you use a local courier since it is cheaper and would cost less than the faster couriers.

I've been ordering from DHgate for a couple weeks now. At first everything I was receiving was either damaged, missing, extra stuff I did not order, or orders cancelled because seller decided they just were going to ship the products I guess. A handful of refunds later (which take up to 15 days is a true BUMMER) I'm starting to receive orders that are packaged well, colors and quantities are correct so it is getting better. I'm not sure if the point system they have makes sellers treat you and your orders better, but if they continue to arrive in great shape and the correct colors and quantities I'll continue to order. All in all DHGate seems to be a great website. I'd recommend to other buyers.

Ive received my order broken and sent a photo to dhgate asking for a refund. The outside packaging was intact, so I suspect it was packed already broken. The photo was apparently insufficient evidence gor my claim (what else do you need!) and my claim was closed. Terrible customer service if I could I would rate zero.
My first time int'l shopping. Item arrives as described, easy payment and low cost.
But the delivery time is taking too long.

I purchased a tall waterpipe and the packaging was terrible. It was replaced 4 times but the seller refused to send the 5th and told me to not contact dhgate because he would ship it himself. I have pictures and text messages as proof now (he/she) says (he/she) can't find my order. -.- stole me off 100$+ US dollars. What an easy way to make money, I should probably do it too. The experience makes me not want to purchase anything from this site. #it's a crime
