“Seller agreed to pay returned cost and never did. Im out $21.21 for nothing.”

Returned item was suppose to be paid back by seller and they never did. All they did was block me from messaging and purchasing any else. Very unprofessional. Im out 21.21 now and have nothing. Im a good customer too, bought lots of stuff from DH gate and this is how Im treated.
