I made 3 different purchases with 3 different sellers.
First seller (SHIDASTAR) was great. I received my order very quickly, product was as expected.
Second seller (PROWRUDDER) was good, product as expected but took a little longer, no problem.
Third seller (SAMLI2009) is still an extreme disappointment. They have yet to respond to my inquiry as to where my order is. Now they show that the order was delivered. NO! NOT TRUE, I am still waiting for a helpful response from Samli2009 or DHGate. I desperately need the product that I ordered from them and I am still getting jerked around.
I am at a loss, wondering how I can receive help from somebody/anybody with a slight bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE EMOTION. I feel like the proverbial Redheaded step child.
I do not want put a hold on my payment because I would like stay in good standing with DHGate. Please tell me what I should do.

Like the title says, DHgate is pretty good. Easy to navigate and order stuff from. Just becareful when picking sellers, and always buy from reputable seller. Their customer service is pretty helpful as well because their live chat is always available.

This past few days I am aloud to pay for 1 order, after this any order I pay for, the card is declined. Both my cards are declined! With message "The card shows a large amount of recent activity which may delay processing. Please try later". What you don't want my money?

Shipping takes a long time and some items aren't the best, but it's an awesome site for getting cheap good stuff.
There are only a handful of reviews here and who knows what percentage of those are fraudulent from DHgate employees. I purchased an item that never arrived and the seller advertised the product would be free if it didn't arrive in 23 days. DHgate did not enforce the guarantee of its seller and the dispute I filed didn't mean a thing. I never had an issue with Alibaba and their customer service has been excellent. I will never buy from from DHgate again after this experience.

I received my item much sooner then I expected. The hair is very soft and looks to be exactly what I imagined it would be. Remember as a Caucasian woman that gets a full weave done. We must have a invisible part! So be sure whatever color you choose has a part to go with it.
