I ordered a watch from creation watches selected 2-4 days delivery and after 6 days I still don't have my order, asked for a refund but was told I would have to return the watch I haven't even received. This company is a complete scam stay away be warned
Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.
Bought a Seiko automatic watch from these people in November 2023. It worked fine during the day, but always stopped at night, usually between 2am to 3am Always tried to do lots of wrist movement to make sure it was fully wound. Contacted Creation, they said as its new, it would take time to settle-- what a load of rubbish! Takes then ages to reply by the way.
They wanted me to fund the return of the faulty watch, so throwing more money at it. And would they deny receiving it? -so didnt
Now stuck with a new watch which doesnt do what it should

I ordered a watch for delivery to Portugal, but after months of follow-up, the latest update is that it's stuck in customs. It's been three months without any further information. The company advised me to directly contact customs, providing a phone number that goes unanswered. I requested a refund a month ago, but since then, all communication from their side has ceased. In conclusion, there's a risk that shipments can get delayed indefinitely in customs, and the company does not assume responsibility to assist in resolving such issues.

But 4 days later it hasn't even shipped.
They sent shipping info to DHL. Not a good start. DHL is just plain awful and is supposed to be the "free shipping" option.
Contacting Creation Watches is a royal PITA. There's no US phone number and

If this watch ever arrives, they will need to refund me the FedEx fee.
Every time I check on the order I need to fill out a "Captcha,"

I had a very bad experience with my order due the idiocity of DHL which they returned the parcel back after 2 days of sitting in a parcel shop.So my order was made on June and I got my parcel on September after resending it.I paid about 24 euros toll.The product came well packed and iam satisfied.Conclusion.Its not worth the wait and you don't get a better bargain from this shop because of the tolls.

Scammers! They say it's free shipping even though it's not! Upon delivery of the goods, you will be charged 40% of the cost of the goods duty! Buy a product a little more expensive in another store with real free shipping, but you will not overpay 40% of the cost for duty! Avoid Creation Watches scammers, these have NO free shipping, they are scammers! Overpay 40% of the cost of the goods bypass them!

They shipped my purchase to another state. I wrote a number of very clear emails and received the same form response that didn't address the problem.
It's hard not to think this company is not legit. The phone number listed on their website never works and their listed NYC address is an apartment building.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company; they are thieves. I purchased a watch on the 27th. On the 29th, they sent me an e-mail saying that due to a technical error, they had canceled my order and voided my payment. They told me to reorder after they raised the price of the watch $143. On the 30th, I emailed them back and told them that the charge had posted my account and they e-mailed me back and said, "we confirm your payment has been refunded and should appear on your credit card statement in due course." Two days later on the 1st, they ran my card again and charged me a second time for the order they canceled three days prior. That was almost three weeks ago. They never voided my payment or refunded my money and they never sent me the watch I ordered. You should assume that any good reviews you find for this company are fake.

After two months I haven't received anything.
I placed my order on Nov 27 and on Jan 18 they still have not a clue of where my parcel is. They wrote to me saying that they have no tracking and they say that I can have my money back just by sending them the watch…that I may never receive.
They've kept on sending me the same email since I asked my money back, then they asked me to edit my negative review (on another platform) giving me a 10% discount voucher for a "future purchase". I am still figuring out if I should laugh or cry about that. My advice is just to buy somewhere else, even if the watch you are looking for is a bit more expensive.

All said and done, I got a great deal on a beautiful Hamilton watch. However the order process through their website was a pain in the butt. They debited my bank account, but kept delaying the shipment of my watch for two weeks. I got the Christmas gift a week after Christmas even though I ordered it with plenty of time to get it. They kept trying to confirm information they already had, each time putting the delay back on me. I would have to keep checking my email to make sure I wasn't delaying the shipment due to them confirming info again and again. They claimed to call me, which they didn't, and because I didn't answer. Delayed again. They finally did call and I had to accept and pay for an international call, just for the rep to again confirm the same info again.
Bottom line, order from their Ebay store since bad service like this can affect their seller score. Reviewing service from their website can only be done through third party sites like this, and I'm sure they dont care about that. I'm sure they care about their Ebay seller rating..

Hello, two weeks ago i ordered a Seiko watch from the website and paid. I received an confirmation email of the successful order and payment. However, a day later i decided to cancel the order since i wanted to think better about the products, and wrote them an email of cancellation of the order. They responded within 12 hours that they are working on my refund, and in the next day they wrote that the payment was refunded but it has been a week since that and there is no refund on my Credit card so im really worried.
Can you please help of fixing the problem since im worried and its frustrating?

Bank detected fraudulent charge when attempting to purchase from them, wouldn't even let me cancel my order. Stay away and buy from an authorized dealer. Hell even if I did want the watch it would be late by now so there shipping is false too.
Ordered a couple Seiko's and had them shipped to my office. Received an email the next day asking me to confirm info and clarify why shipping address was different then billing address. Clarified since it needed a signature it was more likely I'd be at my office during the day. Received a reply all is well. Keep in mind they are using an overseas customer service center so all replies happen around 2am central and no one is reply to your email for at least 24 hours. By the point of receiving the reply that everything is good, 48 hours have gone by from when I ordered. 24 more hours go by and I receive a 3 rapid calls in a row while I'm in a meeting at work. A voicemail states its their customer service needing to verify more information and to call or email them. I get out of the email and try calling the number that called me. It doesn't take incoming calls. I check my email and sure enough someone has emailed me a quick email saying my number was unreachable and to provide them with a different number, I clarify they called during a meeting and to call back and that I tried calling. Nothing in return so far after 12 hours. I look up their USA number on their website and it goes straight to a voicemail. Leave a voicemail and again crickets. Good god is it hard to just order something here, but hey, thanks for charging me already while refusing to ship my watches.

I got the email (attached) from Creation Watches. Unfortunately, instead of accepting there was an issue they claimed they are correct. They state that the shipping they charged was a "Remote area shipping expense". As for the wrong watch being sent they simply stated that it is a issue with the picture color. As can be seen in the attached pictures, Casio has two different versions of this watch. One Ivory and one White. They show the white on their site and list the dial color as white yet they sent the Ivory.
They are more concerned about getting the review changed than solving the issue.
Before shipping, I received several emails asking for confirmation of my credit card and address.
Had this process been explained on the site, it would have been fine.
Instead, this appeared to be a phishing scam requiring additional contact to confirm its validity.
Then, according to the site US orders would be shipped free two day FedEx.
Instead, watch was shipped DHL from Singapore and I was charged $8.
When I had not received any shipping info, or the watch, after 8 business days I sent an email asking for information.
Instead of receiving any real help all I got was a email stating it has been shipped.
When I did get the watch, I found it was not the watch the site described or that I ordered.
The watch shown and described on the site has a white dial as I wanted.
However, the one shipped was the one with a ivory dial.
Finally, feedback I left on the site was deleted to prevent any negative reviews showing.
Based on the poor service and communication I have received so far, I am not going to waste my time trying to return the watch.
I do not believe I would ever see a refund or get the correct watch.
Excellent service, good watch, far better than as shown in pics. Only sour point is customer service through telephone is not reachable. This is my third watch from Creation watch and surely will buy in future.
