After two months I haven't received anything.
I placed my order on Nov 27 and on Jan 18 they still have not a clue of where my parcel is. They wrote to me saying that they have no tracking and they say that I can have my money back just by sending them the watch…that I may never receive.
They've kept on sending me the same email since I asked my money back, then they asked me to edit my negative review (on another platform) giving me a 10% discount voucher for a "future purchase". I am still figuring out if I should laugh or cry about that. My advice is just to buy somewhere else, even if the watch you are looking for is a bit more expensive.
