I found shopping with Creationwatches very much to my satisfaction & I am happy with my purchase. The picture on your website doesn't do the watch justice- it looks much better for real & keeps perfect time so far. However one word of caution, I was stung for excise duty which I didn't expect. Customers should really be warned that this is at least a possibility when shipped from outside the EU. Having said that, I would have no hesitation in using creationwatches site again.

Well designed website with clear information and multiple pictures of each watch on sale. The prices are very competitive and include postage which is very helpful as it's one less thing to worry about. Excellent email communication and access to the DHL website to track shipment every step of the way. My watch arrived in the UK in four days even though I ordered it between Xmas and the New Year!
I'm so impressed that I've already purchased three watches for myself. At these prices you really can't go wrong!

The website is easy to use with great graphics, any queries are answered very fast if not immediately by a professional and helpful team member, ordering and payment is hassle free with quick email confirmation and delivery is super fast (usually 2-3 days to Australia) with tracking you can actually use. Most importantly the prices are almost impossible to beat!

I would go so far as to say that your service is better than Amazon! Considering the watch came from Singapore, with free shipping and an unbeatable price, I don't believe any other supplier could do a faster and more efficient job.

This is my second transaction and will not be my last. The PayPal method is seamless, as is the tracking of the package.

Received my Seiko 5 within 10 days from Singapore to India. Watch came nicely packed with international warranty card and user manual. Have been using it for 2 days straight and I love it. My only hesitation in buying from Creation watches again would be the hefty custom duty I got charged. Indian customs charged me 3500 rupees on a 6k watch. More than 50% of the cost. Still I applaud creation watches for their excellent service. Hence the 5 stars.

About six months ago I placed an order with these guys. I had bought a watch in the past and received it promptly. This time around, they appeared to have used a cheaper postal service since it was a lower cost item and adjusted the delivery window accordingly. So I waited. After several weeks I got worried and contacted them. They told me, it's normal, keep waiting. After a couple of months they told me they were investigating. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting and I'll I get back is the same copy-and-paste responses from someone called Vanya asking me to wait. I demanded my order or refund. Same copy-and-paste response.

So be warned that if there are any complications with your order, these guys don't want to know about it - you're own your own.

A fast prompt and reliable service. This is no scam dealer. Email communication is prompt and gives additional confidence to any buyers. The watch prices are significantly lower than own country retail levels, which makes a purchase all the more attractive. My order was promptly despatched and arrived around 4 days from originally placing the order. The product was exactly as described. I have no hesitation in using this dealer again. One fly in the ointment is you may be liable for customs and excise duty. On my last purchase I had to pay 50 pounds. On querying this with the vendors they said it's in the small print. There is no guarantee you will be caught for these charges but if it happens you'll have to pay which doesn't make the purchase as good value as you may have originally thought.
