I just noticed a $14.99 "My Coldwater Rewards" on my MasterCard. I did an order in May and returned the items as they didn't fit and i didn't like enough to reorder. They had waived the postage and handling, which was $14.99. When I returned the items, they charged me $9.57. Then I saw they charged me the $14.99 they originally waived. Then today I see another $14.99 pending charge on my MasterCard! What kind of company is this?!
I ordered two items over two weeks ago, that were in stock. I received an envelope last week that had two skirts in it?! I ordered a top and vest. My receipt was in the bag though, so I emailed to tell them of their error and request they send the proper order ASAP as it was a gift. I returned the envelop and they have proof of it, but won't refund until they get their package and won't ship my order... I have to reorder it. Hmmm so I can pay twice for one order? Even better they never responded to my phone call or a second email. Asked to be removed from their mailing, catalogs and emails immediately. Do you think they can do that right? NOPE- frustrating, no customer service, basically steals your money and makes you work to get it back. Thankfully my credit card is refunding!
I made the mistake of ordering from their going out of business sale. Received a confirmation but never heard another word. Fortunately I wasn't charged anything. They seemed to have just abandoned the whole business.
I was formally a regular customer with Coldlwater Creek. I can definitely see why their stores closed, and I hope the same happens with their catalog.
I was charged $6.95 to return clothes that were totally inferior quality.If that is not bad enough I was also not refunded my sales tax of $8.12. Why am I to pay sales tax on merchandise I returned?

I will never buy from Coldwater Creek again. And it's a shame. Their products are good quality but their return policy stinks. If you use their return label, it can take weeks for the package to get to them because they use DHL to pick it up from your local post office and then get it to Coldwater Creek. Sometimes this can take up to 6 weeks. It's unbelievable. Had I known this, I would have written out my own label and paid for the postage.
Sure wish I had read prior reviews prior to placing a substantial order, verbally, last week for my sisters birthday present. Well... they didn't ship her gift to her even though they acknowledged that I provided her ship to address... I received her gift at my home today. Thirty-three minutes, mostly holding today I hung up, went to FedEx paid $21.99 to have her gift forwarded to her. This absurd company offered me a 20% discount on my next order for my "inconvenience". I just received their catalog and everything is 20% off. I wanted them to credit the shipping charges I had to pay. I was told "NO" but a discount on my next order was offered. What a scam. I am so offended at their lack of professionalism, incompetence etc. I'll never order from them again.
I just received several new tops and I'm so o disappointed. They were not inexpensive but are very cheaply made. The styles are still cute, the colors are nice but the fabric is so thin the tops are all more like layered pieces. The "fleece" tops are some kind of fabric for infants- very thin, very cheap. The sizing is inconsistent as well and two tops are almost as wide as they are long. Very unflattering. I have shopped CWC for years but this was their last chance with me. I will not be shopping them again.

I am still waiting for an email to say that the product has shipped- a month after they took my money. I have sent several emails- the only response that I received was that it would take them up to 5 days to respond... still waiting.
I used to love Coldwater Creek when I could go purchase items in their stores. They are not "cheap" items and you would expect some quality from their products. Since now having to order goods online, I have become very disappointed with this supplier of consumer goods. The shipping timeline is horrendous compared to other online retailers. Of the 6 items I ordered in the past month, only 3 of them were of any quality based on the price I paid for them. I ordered the same shirt in two different colors, for example, and one is of good quality and the other is not even comparable. I won't order from them again. I gave them a chance but am overall disappointed.
I placed an order for two items. One said it was out of stock. I contacted the company to find out when it would be IN stock. No response other than their stock "we'll get back to you in 24 hours... no, really... we will...". Then I got a package with the out of stock item in it but not the other item I ordered. However the packing slip assured me both items were in the package. I contacted the company immediately. No response. I called, and they kept insisting that both items were in the package... I've called and called and emailed to get it sorted out. Finally got them to tell me they'd send me the item I'd already PAID FOR but OH NO... that item is now out of stock.
I'll probably get taken off their mailing list once I finally get this item. If I ever do.
I used to love the clothes from Coldwater Creek and shopping at their store was a pleasure, and I hate to shop. Now that they only have online, or by phone ordering, the customer service is terrible. I ordered a sweater and didn't get it until months later and was never told it was on back order. I had to call and find out. And, when I called to find out the status of the order, I was on hold for over 30 minutes before I was able to get through. Also, ordering online has been a problem as when I went to enter my billing information, it said that one of the items wasn't available, but didn't say which one. Just terrible!
I ordered 3 items from this company. I received the first item and returned it. At that time I called to cancel the other 2 items. I was told I they had already shipped but to return the items when I received them. They said that I would no be charged for return shipping. A received item
2 of 3 and promptly returned it. Two weeks later I received item 3 of 3. Phone calls to them never get the complaint resolved. I will never order or buy anything from this company again.
A $200 order, I had a free shipping code, however it wouldn't arrive until September 8th. So I opted for the 19.00 2 day shipping. 4 days later, I call. No emails. 3 unanswered calls. Finally they call me... to tell me it hasn't shipped, BUT when it did, it would be 2 day shipping. So, no refund of the 19.00. I explained it was a birthday gift. I needed it. AND I was in a store during this call, keeping very quiet, so others didn't hear my business... and the girl suddenly snaps DONT YOU YELL AT ME! And puts me on hold. Huh? Seriously?! Now 3 more days have passed and its finally processed. Expected in 5-6 days. Still no follow up call. Still no emails. No refund of the 19.00 2 day shipping. No birthday gift for my mothers special day. At this point I will be surprised if it ever arrives. Even knowing how urgent it was, they still didn't process it for days. I don't know if ill ever get it. I used to love this store. NEVER EVER AGAIN. BEWARE.
If you don't know how it fits, what the fabric is or how it will look on you, how can you possibly justify spending several hundred dollars on anything? You drive a car before you buy it, you try on shoes, but see a dress company online and it never occurs to you that it might not suit you... why?

We purchased $400+ worth of women's clothing. Received confirmation of order. One item was out of stock and two items were backordered. Why didn't it say that when we placed the order? Received order had shipped notice. Took two weeks for order to arrive. Should have taken two days. When order arrived it was completely wrong. It was obvious that they had crossed orders (we got someone else's order, they got ours). Called customer service. They said fine... do you want to keep it.? No! OK, send it back and return shipping charge will be $?. We said it was your mistake - there should be no charge. Had to escalate to management to get them to take responsibility for their error. They resent our order. Clothes did not fit as depicted in the catalog and online. We sent them back also.
I was attracted to a few sales items, loaded $300 of goods in my cart and went to check if I could get any discounts or cashback. They showed me an offer for 20% off and free shipping for signing up to text messages, which I took, but it wouldn't register at the checkout. Shows that "your coupon is valid," but nothing happens. The lowest shipping on $300 of goods was $19, no free options, plus $40 of taxes. Customer support is only till 5 pm EST on weekdays - that's really limited for modern days. Also, the checkout process was inconvenient - no way to return to the cart until entering all your data including the credit card. The site became unresponsive several times while shopping online. Shopping filters were not applying properly.
Did I mention that there are no reviews?
I was a loyal customer before their restructuring, but this shopping attempt has shown a lot of red flags. I'll take my dollars somewhere else.
Ordered 4items July 21. Credit card immediately charged and received email confirmation of order. Since then have tried calling (always busy!)and emailing. No response to anything. Really disgusted with lack of follow up. Can't blame everything on the pandemic.

Worst company and customer service ever! My husband purchased me a gift card last year for $250 from the 'old' Coldwater Creek that is absolutely useless now. Now the 'new' Coldwater Creek says the old bankrupt company took everything with them... Well, except the name, and website url, and branding but aren't responsible for any of the debts or gift cards. Honestly, how can anyone trust a company that does this? I'm not a big shopper and don't keep up with who's in and out of business. My mistake! One thing I can promise is I will never shop there again. As far as I'm concerned, if the company has the same website and logo, they are still in business. Nice trick Coldwater Creek, guess I can shred this worthless gift card.
Ordered two tops from the new Coldwater Creek. Really dissapointed. The cut is bigger, the sleeve openings are huge, the drape makes me look like I'm pregnant (and I can assure you at my age, that's not possible). I have a couple of the pintuck tops from when CC had their retail stores. The fabric was nice, the cut flattering. Not anymore. Even the color of the blouse looks different in person than it did in the catalog. Very disheartening, since CC was my "go to" for a lot of my wardrobe. Haven't attempted to order slacks, as they all say "mid rise" now, and that just isn't my style. Would like to be able to purchase the slacks that sit at the natural waistline, like they use to sell.
I ordered a quilted jacket which appeared to be of good quality and so I planned to keep it. However when i tried it on for a friend she pointed out that it was too baggy between the shoulders in the back and it puffed out. I then decided to return it, not realizing that it was past the 90 day return policy by approx 2 weeks. The jacket was sent back to me with no explanation, no email, with my address label placed over the return label. When I called to ask about it, I was told they probably sent it back because it was past the 90 days and they usually put a letter in it. Manager said same. They could not have cared less when told I would never shop there again. I would have been fine with receiving credit. They have the worst customer service of anywhere I shop and i shop online frequently. Will NEVER order from them again and will spread the word to my friends.

Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
