I, too, was happy to see CWC back in business and have made multiple orders with them. I'm finding I'm not getting a refund posted for ALL the items I'm returning when I get a refund but am having to call to have them run down my returns to ask why, weeks after they've received the items, I'm not seeing the refund on my bill. Then, after I alert them, they tell me it will take days for their department to research and, once confirmed, it will take up to 14 days to see it reflected on my bill. I'm happy with the product, but NOT their (fill in the blank - poor business practice, shorting customers...) And I've been ordering long enough that any problems with returns, overall, should be resolved. NOT HAPPY.
I ordered a dress on July 28th and it was promised to arrive by August 7th. I was assured both in person and on line it was instock. I called on August 8 to inquire about the dress. I was told it had been pulled and should be arriving any day. I called back on August 11 and after about 15 minutes and initially being told it had been pulled I learned the dress was not only out of stock but I could not cancel it since it had been pulled. Eventually they agreed it could not have been pulled it it is not in stock. This was my first and last time to order from Coldwater Creek.
I would not know the quality of the clothes I ordered because I never received my package. This is a Chinese company It is mailed out of china They say my package was delivered to my address. My post office says the tracking number is not real They could not locate the company So I am not getting my package because they insist that I have received it and I never received

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and returned them as they were way too small==they were marked a 12 but they were probably an 8. Still haven't received a refund despite mailing them back well over a month ago. All I get are form emails when I try to contact them. And forget about the phone! They have become a terrible company. Placed on order on Jan. 4th for $221.34 worth of merchandise. Got email confirmation on Jan. 5th that it was shipped and my credit card was charges. It is now Jan 25th and I still haven't received anything. Tracking shows it was in Indiana then to Illinois then back to Indiana and the last tracking was Jan. 16th departing Indiana. That was 9 days ago and still nothing. Calling customer service was a joke. On hold forever and the rep couldn't even find my tracking information. She was going to refer my info to the complaint dept and I should be getting a call in 24-48 hrs. Still nothing.
Waited over a month for order. Bogus tracking site said it was delivered which is a lie. I would've known. Doorbell camera. They don't answer emails, I sent three. TOTAL SCAM.
Absolute WORST online merchant I have dealt with in a long time. So sad, I shopped for years at Coldwater Creek store in Leesburg, VA. Now, you have problem ordering online? You end up in an offshore call center trying to get through scripted broken English. THEY LOST my order IN THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM that they had CONFIRMED by email to me on the day the order was placed, then, after 10 days of inept customer service refused to honor the order's discount on a replacement order because that promo had expired.
I ordered a floral sweatshirt, paid $13 for mailing (which is exorbitant to say the least), waited 10 days for receipt and received A PAIR OF SHOES.

I have always loved Coldwater Creek clothes, even though they were considered an "old lady"retailer. I was happily awaiting a purchase of two summer dresses, but was extremely disappointed when they hung like sacks on me when I tried them on, especially for the price of $216.42! Using the pre-printed label for returns, I sent them back on April 21,2022. They were received in their warehouse on April 27, according to USPS. I have called and emailed over 10 times asking where my refund is, as it is now June 9,2022!
Multiple answers have been "the warehouse has to put it in the system", "please give us 3-5 business days", "please give us 5-10 business days" "it is a processing error on our part" "we have forwarded this matter to our finance department" and whatever else they can think up to stall my refund. The customer service reps are not from this country and are difficult to understand. Even the emails have poor grammar and syntax in their sentences.
I am beyond disgusted and will NEVER purchase anything from Coldwater Creek again. If the rating system had a minus -10 button, it would still not be low enough. Awful, awful, awful. No wonder they went bankrupt the first time. I've accepted I will not be receiving my refund.

Pros: attractive catalog, some clothes fit OK. CONS: 1) terrible at notifying you a product is back ordered/ delayed/ out. Ordered things for Valentines Day- was NOT told until after Feb 14 -WHEN I CALLED it was out of stock. Ordered a dress April 22,2018- I needed by May 18- was to be shipped May 4th- DELAY, delay, delay! It is MAY 29 and STILL NO info. ARG! 2) Many items poor fit. 3) Many items now cheap & poor quality... I loved the stores but now seems MOST items NOT worth ordering! WHEN will I learn to not be swayed by the pretty catalog?
While I like the products from Coldwater Creek, the Customer Service line is terrible. I called with a question about an order and got a recording that gave me the option to get a call back instead of staying on hold or of waiting for approximately 14 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes while listening to the same song over and over, I decided to call back in and leave my number for a callback. Approximately ten minutes later, I received a call that ask me to hold and said that I was first in line for the next representative. Thirty-five (35) minutes later, I still hadn't moved off hold. Seventy-five (75) minutes on hold and no ability to talk to a representative. Ridiculous! Don't offer a callback option if the customer still is going to have to hang on indefinitely to talk to a presentative.
Your clothes are wonderful (though quality is slipping) Chicos has free shipping and returns to the store, saving $20.95 over CWC shipping and returns. Chicos has more sales and a 5% discount without having to get a credit card. Chicos is available as a brick and mortar store, and so purches from you are risky (especially with your expensive merchandise and costly returns). Plese know that I mean to be helpful. But as for now, I can more easily afford Chicos. Your prices are really high and so is your postage. Not everyone wants another credit card, which is the only discount you give.
I used to love shopping at Coldwater Creek when they had stores, back in the 2003, 2004. Etc. The sales staff was alway helpful, the clothes were good quality and aside from basics, there were clothes that were so well designed I thought, "I have to have this!" Prices weren't cheap but they seemed fair, so if they were on sale they were a bargain. When I lost a lot of weight, I had to get rid of most of my closthes which was a shame on the one had because I loved almost all of my wardrobe. (Yes, loosing the weight and keeping it off was worth it.) Went to the mall, and low and behold no more stores! In the catalogs, the clothes are mostly conservative in a way that make them boring. I understand their return policy is difficult. I'm still getting catalogs from them and I spotted a tee shirt that caught my eye. $69.99! Seriously? I'm plannng to write them to tell them not to waste their paper and postage on me. They took a really fun place to shop and turned it into expensive ho-hum.
I RECENTLY ORDER TWO SWEATERS FROM COLD WATER AND UPON RECEIPT LAUNDERED ON DIRECTED ON THE GARMENTS PRIOR TO WEAR AND FOUND THEM TO BE FALLING APART BEFORE THEY WERE EVER WORN. I HAVE BEEN BUYING ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND THERE HAS BEEN A CONSTANT DROP IN THE QUALITY. HAD I NOT PAID SO MUCH FOR THE CLOTHING I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT CAME FROM A CHEAP DISCOUNT STORE. I HAVE LITTLE INCENTIVE TO BUY ANYMORE CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered from what I thought to be a US company but order tracking was from China, the tracking reports were bizarre and possibly fraudulent, package not delivered to me, although the tracking indicated that it was delivered on 10/30/2023, however there were 2 more tracking posts from two separate times of day listed on 10/31/2023 which merely stated the date, time and my city, not my address.all postings were in Chinese script even the ones for the US, with merely place names inserted in English, company responded to my emails stating that a small package containing an item I didn't order was sent and delivered to me, and that they understood that it was a mistake and not what I had ordered.at first no mention as to what small item supposedly was, then in another email it was stated that the item sent was a pair of polarized sun glasses ( I had ordered over 68 dollars worth of sale priced clothing, not sunglasses) and that unless the package could be accounted for they could not (would not) help me.the final email concerning this package asked me to ask neighbors and family if they had received the package.finally I was offered a 10% refund for my greater than $68 purchase, which I did not and will not respond to.this company is no longer reputable.I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less and they did respond ( however unhelpful) to my emails
For the first time in my life i decided to order a jacket from Coldwater. For some reason they abbreviated my address, therefore USPS could not deliver and received a message it was being sent back to them. I called them and asked if they could resend another shipment since 2 weeks had passed. Being that I am used to dealing with other retailers with great customer service I assumed they would resend item or refund my money. I was terribly wrong! They don't resend items even thought it was their mistake for abbreviating parts of my address, but they did not give me a refund. Every time I would call they were rude and basically told me to take a hike. Finally, after one month the post office sent them the package and a week later my money was refunded, but not the shipping even though they put an incorrect address. It's not even worth getting upset but I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE AGAIN! Buyer Beware

Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
