So, after not receiving a call back from Customer Service as promised (see review dated 9/25/18), I received the determination below with the order confirmation attached.
Order placed and confirmed by CC three weeks ago. Never received merchandise or email regarding shipment status. Sent email to customer service with copy of order confirmation attached. Received confirmation of email saying they'd reply within 24 hours. No reply. Called Customer Service. No record of order! Asked if it would be helpful if I sent a copy of the order confirmation. "No, I wouldn't be able to receive that. It would go to the email department." Seriously? Customer service rep raised issue to supervisor who will send an email to the warehouse and get back to me within 48 hours. Why am I not optimistic?
I like your catalogue and the clothing in it very much. Your shipping charges, however are outrageous. I will not be ordering again unless there is a free shipping offer.
Their clothes are quite beautiful, their customer service is great. At regular prices they are a bit expensive but wait for their sales and you can find some awesome deals
I would give it really a zero. They never delivered my order and I got the runaround from Iris, the person who contacted me from the company. First they told me it was delivered to me, then they said they delivered the wrong package to me. I kept telling Iris I never received a package. I kept asking for the name of the logistics company they said delivered it to me but I never got the name. The Post Office said they never received it and the tracking number the company gave me wasn't a Post Office tracking #. They said they sent me a pkg with 3-D glasses in it. They first offerred me a 10% refund then they upped it to 20%, despite me telling them numerous times I never received a package. They said they had proof but never sent it to me in the attachment they said they would send. This is a scam company!
Terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from Goldwater Creek ever again. I returned two shirts because the label was PRINTED on the yoke of the shirts in huge lettering, even though the image online showed the label was sewn on in the collar of the shirt. The label was visible from the OUTSIDE of the shirt. I returned the shirts 20 days ago and was told that it would take at least another 10 days to receive my refund. AND I couldn't understand the rep's heavy accent. I was so confused as she could not even tell me whether the merchandise had even been received at the warehouse. ALSO, in the catalogue they NEVER photograph the back of any of the garments.
I have to say that I waited 12 days with no tracking which made me mad. I received my blouse today and love it. Very well made fit is perfect. I gave bad review but I was wrong

Worst customer service I have experienced in such a long time... ordered 14 items and returned 11 due to sizing. 3 weeks later they still cannot tell me where my package is... they say i should have received a shipping confirmation from my postman. LAST TIME WE CHECKED POSTMAN DOESNT CARRY POCKET PRINTER TO SPIT OUT RECEIPTS TO CUSTOMERS FOR PREPAID LABELED BOXES LEFT AT THE DOOR TO BE RETURNED. It was a large box I took to his vehicle and watched him scan it in. No receipt magically appeared after he did so. THEY packaged a prepaid label and THEY cannot link it to my order. THEY insist the post office to blame. NOT
They do not update their web site AT ALL after initial purchase. Mine still showing ordering pending.

Will never order from here EVER. Received a gift for Xmas and talked w customer service in January and they said since it was a gift there was no time limit on the return. I called back in April and they would not honor an exchange or take ownership of the mistake via an extension of time for a return. Also if your Christmas gift is ordered in the beginning of December and you don't receive it till much later they go by the original ORDER date for 90 day returns on gifts. So you may in reality have only 60 days to return or exchange. DUMB POLICY. And I wouldn't exchange anyway. There clothing is INCREDIBLY UGLY IMO.
And the WORST customer service reps EVER. Uninformed, rude and unapologetic in a way that demonstrates a GENUINE desire to resolve issues for customers money THEY ALREADY HAVE.
I purchased one pair (thank goodness) to check out the sizing and quality of Coldwater Creek's Knit High-Rise Straight Leg Jeans (Medium Wash.) When I opened the package, a terrible odor wafted out that smells like mothballs or formaldehyde. The tag says to wash the jeans before wearing due to dyes that might stain you or other clothing (huh?) so I washed them in cold water hoping to get rid of the smell too and then dried them on low. That awful smell was still there. So, I put them through a low dry cycle again with a scented dryer sheet. The smell was still there! I tried again with 2 dryer sheets. No luck! They are now hanging outside the closet of a spare bedroom and when you walk into the room, you can smell that awful odor. After reading other reviews of customers trying to return things with no luck, I'm not going to even try (especially now that they are washed; is that their little trick?) They weren't cheap either at $95 including S&H and tax. Guess they'll go into the trash. I have been so pleased with their tops and sweaters but I probably won't buy anything from them again on matter of principal. They deserve to go out of business FOREVER!
Had been loyal customer for past ten years. Ordered pair of shoes and were too small and never received refund. Customer service is worst in my whole 66 years!
I returned 12 items 3 weeks ago and they claim they have not recieved it yet. After researching about the return parcel service they use for return shipping, I understand that they send returns to a consolidated location, then pick up returns in bulk. So basically whenever they get around to picking up all returns from all customers in some arbitrary measure of time, you might get your refund. But I have zero confidence.It seems it will take months, if at all. And meanwhile I will have interest on my credit card and be making payments on the items I returned. It was over $1000 in merchandise. I am sick to my stomach. With competitors like J Jill, Eddie Bauer, Land's End, etc. processing returns within days and having a seamless tracking system in place, it is a wonder that CC is in business again. There is no excuse for the horrible customer service. It took 4 phone calls to get a copy of my invoice. They NEVER respond to emails. There is no option to review items on their website. They also do not have pictures of the clothes on models. The sizing is off on nearly every item. And they sell online almost exclusively. So to have such a faulty system is inexcusable. Do not purchase from them, it will be a nightmare.
I ordered some shoes through them and returned them and got them back from Coldwater with a note that the shoes were from a third party and I couldn't return them to Coldwater Creek. It was also too late to send them back to Women Within. They are another company that has terrible customer service and I refuse to order from them and would have NEVER ordered if I would have known that. So I now have $70 worth of shoes I cannot wear due to a bunion. Thanks Coldwater!

They said package was delivered. It was not. Bad customer service. I used to buy from this company. I will never again. Yet another company gone to scam people. Phony tracking system.
On Nov 27th I ordered a Sierra Henley for a Christmas present. The website said it was "In Stock", but after ordering, the confirmation said, "Expected to Ship December 22". I called & they advised me it was on back order. I told them that is NOT what your website says. THEY said the website is wrong a lot of the tine. So here it is, Christmas Eve, and they have the unmitigated gall to send me an email to tell me the shirt won't ship until December 28th! This is FALSE ADVERTISING, in one of it's truest forms. I will NEVER do business with this outfit again. And, they had better stop sending me their stupid catalog full of clothes that don't really exist!
Coldwater Creek does not fulfill orders that are placed, nor do they even let you know if an order you are waiting on has been canceled. I understand owners of the company are from Hong Kong now. BEWARE! THIS IS NOT THE COLDWATER CREEK COMPANY WE ALL LOVED! STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!
I purchased a dress and found when trying it on that it ran extremely big. I followed the instructions for returning, which included using their labels, one for me to keep with the tracking number and a phone number. The return was sent on 8/17. I've tracked several times, but no information can be provided. Today, 8/27, I called the number provided on the label I saved. Gave customer service the tracking number provided by them. I was asked if there were any other numbers that followed what I gave. I said NO, I gave you to full number, which was on the label that YOU provided. She said she could not locate the package. Then I was told that it could take up to 3 weeks for them to receive the return. I live in Illinois, I was told the warehouse is in Indiana. Why it takes 3 weeks to receive a package is beyond me AND after receiving the return it then takes 10-12 days to process the return before a credit is given. This is insane. I would like to know where my package is sitting after mailing 10 days ago. After reading many of the reviews online, I feel this credit won't ever appear on my card. There is no way for me to track as the tracking info they gave is bogus. They jump to take your money for a purchase, but there is no guarantee of a refund when returning. Very disappointed. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered this dress to try as a possible mother of the bride dress. It was delivered on time. It was way too big and had scratchy sleeves. So, went about returning it. Read over the packing slip on how to do so and realized if the item is marked final sale, it cannot be returned. I had no idea! After sales tax, the dress was about $90. I would NEVER have ordered a dress to try had I know it was nonreturnable! I called to speak to a rep. She was nonplussed. I never saw anywhere while placing the order online where it said this and I told her so. I got back online as if I were purchasing it again to see if they showed it couldn't be returned. They have a scrolling message in a dark red bar with tiny white letters that scrolls about 4 different messages. The message about final sales being nonreturnable is the very last one. By the time that one came around, I had already hit the purchase button. I never even saw it. I emailed them and nicely complained and said they should change it to a message in bold print that doesn't scroll, unless it's their goal to dupe customers. They never got back to me. So, I have this dress with tags on it that'll never be worn by me. I will not be buying from this company again. Very disappointed!
I placed an order on December 13,2022, and had an expected shipping date a few days later. It was pushed back, but since it was Christmas, I attribute that to the holiday. The second date came and went, and I received a shipping date of January 11,2023. On that date, I checked the order status and saw it had been moved to January 19th. I called to cancel, but was told that it had left the warehouse and couldn't be canceled. Today, the 15th, I checked the order status, and it has been updated to the 23rd. Where do our orders go between leaving the warehouse and being shipped? Nevernever Land?
I should mention that with each expected shipping date my credit card history would show a pending charge of MORE than the cost of the sweater. It would drop off after a few days, but for that period of time, my credit limit was reduced considerably.
Also, I emailed Coldwater Creek's customer service department twice with no response.
Answer: Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck
