I, too, was happy to see CWC back in business and have made multiple orders with them. I'm finding I'm not getting a refund posted for ALL the items I'm returning when I get a refund but am having to call to have them run down my returns to ask why, weeks after they've received the items, I'm not seeing the refund on my bill. Then, after I alert them, they tell me it will take days for their department to research and, once confirmed, it will take up to 14 days to see it reflected on my bill. I'm happy with the product, but NOT their (fill in the blank - poor business practice, shorting customers...) And I've been ordering long enough that any problems with returns, overall, should be resolved. NOT HAPPY.
