I never received a garment that I wore. Everything sent to me looked old and worn. I tried to go on and cancel and was told my password was incorrect. The link would never work. So I packed up the clothes with a note to cancel my free trial. Woke up this morning to a 73.14 charge on my account. I got at least one email from them everyday, but never one saying your trial is almost up. This is a rip off.
I love everything about Gwynnie Bee except the long wait for the next shipment. Great choice in clothes, the sizes are pretty much what they say, I have been lucky enough to always get clothes that are in good condition. All in all a great service, just wish I did not have to wait as long as I do.
I have used Gwynnie Bee for about a year. It's an easy way to wear a variety of clothes, usually things I couldn't afford to buy. I think if you wear a lot of dresses this is for you! Unfortunately I don't wear dresses except rarely and I don't wear sleeveless. This is easily 60-75% of their clothes. Also when I do finally find something I like my size is out of stock quite often. So I end up making do with things I don't actually like or feel comfortable in. It also takes a long time to get a new shipment. So if you don't like anything you get you're waiting another week for something after sending it right back. If I can find another similarity priced service with more office wear that isn't mostly dresses/sleeveless I will definitely switch.
I had to cancel my membership within a week of my first two items because I was no longer working and didn't need the dresses. I understood I needed to pay for the full month even though I didn't use the dresses, just sent them right back. I tried emailing to cancel but they said I had to call. I called and they offered a $5 pause option that would continue my membership so I wouldn't have to restart the membership over when I got a new job. I became ill and not able to work again so I emailed to cancel the pause option and they told me I had to call again. Why? I was already on their cheapest option. I replied that I was ill and didn't often have time to call during their limited weekday hours due to appointments and again requested cancellation. They ignored my request and billed me for another $5. The next day, I called to cancel and they refused to refund the $5 they had just charged me for. A company that won't refund even $5, when they know I received no benefit from it, clearly DOES NOT CARE about their customers.
I signed up for the trial membership and then stayed on a couple of months more. I cancelled after a couple of months as I thought the price was too high for 2 outfits. Mind you, that was 10 months ago. I haven't heard anything from them during this time and out of the blue, when I get my income tax refund back, they take out over $700.00! Are you kiddin' me? This is NOT OK! I certainly haven't had $700.00 worth of clothing these last 10 months! What really bothers me the most, is that they have my NEW bank account information that hadn't been release to anyone! Stay Away! They don't take "no" when you cancel.
The usps did not deliver my package. I called GB customer service to let them know that I was no longer interested in reviving this and that I would like to cancel my account. I was told that I needed to either buy the items I never received to cancel my account or work with usps to get them returned but I would not be able to cancel without confirming they would be back by a certain date. (Which I can't do because they never arrived and I have no control over usps) not helpful at all. I will never use this service again and I would not recommend this to my friends.
I don't normally write reviews, but thought it was time. I have been a member of Gwynnie Bee for a year and have gotten so much out of it. I am more confident, get more compliments, and have a steady stream of new clothing for work and play. The clothing is well made and stylish and arrives clean and neat every time. I love it!

After giving them a glowing review over a year ago, they screwed up my bank account. All of a sudden after over a $1,000.00 of rental fees, my card was not working (only with them, and no problem with any other business at all) so they stopped sending me clothes but kept "accruing" my account. They literally told me it was a gym membership and in order to cancel my account I had to pay them money (for NO clothing mind you) so they could make my account current in order to cancel my account. (scam, right?) Since it was their IT issue, I refused and told them to reset my account since I had no clothing ever in my possession that was not paid for. I am not paying for a membership. I am paying for clothes.
Now three months after a dead account, that they could not bill supposedly, I inquired to see if there was a way to resolve this. What did they do? They charged my account and it went through and bounced a bunch of charges for me.

I have very rarely received items that i could not wear. Most are very cute and i wear them at least once. However - it is frustrating that there are so many super cute looking clothes that i never ever get to closet - let alone receive in a box. I rarely get my prioritized items either. Otherwise it has been a pretty good membership.
I have enjoyed getting ready for work everyday with the clothes I get from Gwyennie Bee. I am known for the beautiful dresses I wear because of my subscription. Some turn out to be things I don't like, but overall I really like most of my choices. The reviews are great and I have gotten good at picking clothes that I like. I do wish that they had a few more trendy clothes since those are the ones I only want to wear a few times. I will continue to use the service.

I signed up for their service on March 5th since then I have received a total of 8 items ( including the item I purchased), most items I returned the day after trying them on.
I am very thankful for the free month trial, because I have a sort of Ice Cream Cone shape and it is hard for me to find items that compliment my shape without making me looking like a bimbo. All of the items I received were in great shape (looked new), most were decent quality no iron fabrics.
I am planning on keeping the service because it is a great service with fast 2 day shipping, and now that I figured out my size for most of their brands, I am going to love being able to wear lots of clothes without having to buy them all:)

When you put items in your closet you should be able to pick when the items in your closet are sent to you.
Before learning about Gwynnie Bee my shopping experience was AWFUL. Running from store to store took too much time and I was limited to only the brands each store offered. Since joining, I've discovered new brands that I love and I shop when I want and from the comfort of my sofa with coffee in hand. Returning items that do not fit is easy. The only thing that I don't like is when items in my size are not currently in rotation and I have to wait.
The clothes are amazing. It was so much fun to try new clothes for a day or a week or two and then return them.
HOWEVER, I ended up having a problem with my account, namely because I had to get a new card and forgot to update my account. This went on for a month and they NEVER once notified me of the problem. There was nothing on my Account Profile indicating a problem. There were no emails. I discovered the issue because I stopped receiving shipments. I was the one that had to email, that had to call. I ended up paying for weeks that I didn't actually use their service because I didn't know what the problem was.
If I am going to give you money for a service I need to trust that you will let me know if something is not correct. I can't trust you.
Gwynnie Bee allows me to consistently try and wear new clothes - without expanding the size of my closet. I love that I can wear a new dress to work, and then send it back and try something new! It allows me to try out clothes I wouldn't normally buy, as well as rotate classics. I've had great experience with this company - and recommend it to anyone who'd enjoy adding some flair to their wardrobe every couple weeks.
This company is not right. I called to cancel my membership in September of last year and they have been drafting money out of my account every month since then. When I called to get my money back, they keep telling me 24 hours. The money still has not been deposited into my account yet. To me, this is stealing from people and taking money we work hard for. We should all get together and fight to get our money back, and keep other people from making the same mistake.
My rep was empathetic to my situation and sent out new items quickly - even threw in a bonus item. I had changed my address with the post office, but somehow my package never arrived or got forwarded. I was experiencing numberous other mail related issues, but the rep couldn't have been nicer.
I have been a GB member for a year now and absolutely LOVE the service! I have the 2 items out at a time plan and wear a size 10. At first they didn't have a lot in my size, but over the last 6 months they have gotten so much more in my size and a lot of new styles. The quality of the clothes I get are like they are brand new and I have a hard time deciding if I want to send them back! I would recommend this service to anyone who works in an office and likes to try new styles and clothes, but at an affordable price. If you don't like the style, you can just wear it once and send it back for something else!
