Why do you get such bad reviews? People calling this a scam. Do you pay for the clothes by the price of them or do you try and return them?

Try us, we're absolutely free (we do pre-authorize credit cards), if you decide it's not for you, just cancel before your 1st bill date to avoid being billed.

With us, you wear, return, and repeat versus buying or returning the items. We also have a flat monthly rate to wear, return, and receive new items as much as you'd like throughout the month. We also aren't a styling service - members select the styles they want to receive, and we send a selection of those.
