The CalTend SportsTex custom seat covers fit perfectly on the front row of our Kia EV9 GT-Line. We ordered with the "Power Thigh Lumbar Support" and they came with 2 separate pieces for the leg rests. Installation was not too difficult but the instructions could have been better.

It was not Carids Fault its the place they get there orders from, no staff, shipping problems? I ordered it in March 15th got it Arpil 26th was told in 7 days it would be here ai kept calling was being told it was shipped every time I called, was lied to 5 times can't understand staff why lie tell the truth, and I got it today alot of scratches and cuts, grind marks will have to do alot of work before painting it thought it would come in better shape,,, it was a Daytona 500 rear spoiler,,,,

They had the parts, had a good price and shipped promptly. The package had no packing material so the parts (spark plugs) came out of their boxes but they were not damaged.

Carids website says saa pillar posts will fit 2005-2009 buick lacrosses. However, after paying $72.00 for pillar posts, they sent me pillar posts that are too small. Apparently they are made that way by the manufacturer. I called carid and they took care of it. I got a full refund and it's much appreciated. These things happen. Carid will make it right when things go wrong. I won't hesitate to shop at carid again.

The fender well was the correct one, but had to refill holes to line up, looks cheap and had to stretch to get the parts that did fit. Also does not cover the area that the original did.

Terrible this is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the company to sum it up getting shipped the wrong parts having to wait hours on hold having to wait for your company to get a credit from another company before I can do an exchange for a product that I purchased from CARiD even after your customer service person confirmed to me that yes the product has been received it is accepted by the other company but I have to wait for your company to get a credit from a totally different company that I did not purchase anything from so I can get a refund or exchange for the wrong product that your company sent me it's just a joke like I said I'll never buy anything from your company again

I ordered rims but the order was changed last second by the app or website and the wrong rims were sent. I still haven't received a return ticket and was told I would have to. Pay a restocking fee.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
