I called TruckID (CarID) and talked to a CS rep to ensure the part was in stock. After I was told it was in stock I went ahead and placed the order. Withing 2 minutes after placing the order I get an email from CarID saying that the order will be cancelled because the part is not in stock because it is discontinued by the manufacturer. The part is still showing that it is "In Stock" on their website. The order was cancelled by them immediately but they still charged me for it days later. I am forced to call my bank to dispute the charge. I hope I can get my money back. CarID is not a professional retailer and they do business in a shady manner. Recommend avoid.

I ordered the 10 piece pillar post kit for my Cadillac XT6 and when it arrived the front pillar trim pieces, before the mirror, were missing. I have been on the phone, getting the run around from three different people, that all three want to pass the problem on to the manufacturer. Just send me my missing parts. Also the wait time to talk to someone is ridiculous!

Flimsy door seals for my F-250 looked good at first, but the little plastic tabs did not fit tight enough onto the holes in the door frame. Within 2 days, one came loose and another disappeared... just fell off I guess.

I bought this truck spoiler that was supposed to be custom fit for my truck. However the spoiler is generic and doesn't have the cutouts in it to fit around items on the truck.

CARID has dragged their feet on everything! You will definitely not get what you want on time. Not even close to on time, and then issuing a refund is a whole other issue! Still waiting for a refund after several promises. They'll tie your money up for weeks. Yes, they're REAL nice when you order something, but, DO NOT BE FOOLED! Plus they fed a bankruptcy

Bought a product, paid someone to install it. Just to find out it's poor fitting and very wobbly. Essentially useless after paying someone to install it. Your customer service won't take back packages outside of the original box, how would I have known it was defective if I hadn't? Now I have to mark it as fraud.

The sale people should tell you that the covers had to be custom made and take a while to get to the customer. Upper seat cover is good, but the lower stretch material needs to be much thicker, heavier material.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
