The website was informative and calling the company directly I was able to talk directly to a repressive that was local and helpful.
I ordered something from them and normally you would get shipping notice and tracking information. After days I try to find out where order is and you have to sign into website
And find out it is pending! I called customer service and they said it was backordered from "their supplier". You would expect to get a notice saying it was backordered or have website tell you it was backordered when you tried to order it. So I said just cancel it if it has not been shipped and then they say they will put in a "cancelation request"

I had no choice but to order another part from a reputable company and wonder when if ever I will get my money back. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICES, it will cost you in the end. They keep contacting me offering me $25.00 "discounts" I do not want anything from them even if they gave it to me. I am 73 and in all my years I have never had dealings with such a horrible company! They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
