Compared to my previously purchased cover, this new one does not have the same level of "fuzziness" on the inside lining.
The outer waterproof layer of the new cover is the same my previous cover.

GREAT car cover. Really excellent. But it cost almost double the quoted price (in canadian dollars) and took 3 weeks to arrive.
