Camera Power Pro

I ordered from Camera Power Pro 6 days ago, with expedited 2-3 day shipping that I paid extra for. I have reached out to them in every way they allow, email and by phone, regarding the status of my order. The person on the phone is sales, this is the only working option to select when you call, is completely useless. He claims that he is the absolute only person there and can not access my order, cancel it or refund my expedited shipping fee. He also cannot transfer you to anyone else because again he claims he is the only person there. I have also tried emailing the appropriate email for help and have yet to hear back, keep in mind that when you email them they state that it could take up to two days to get a response... well, it is 5 days since my first email and I have no response, tracking number or the product I ordered. Avoid this business at all cost!

I ordered 2 Nikon batteries and a Nikon charger. I received Chinese knock-offs instead. I paid $152.08, if I had wanted the Chinese versions, I could have gotten them at Amazon for $85 and free shipping. Advertising one thing and selling another is fraud. I emailed them and they finally responded with... you should try them... but you can return them. I emailed them that I wanted to return and that was a week ago and still not a peep. I called their toll-free number and their answering system said they're all busy and to leave a message. Their mailbox was full. Their chat window for the site continually saye back soon. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wouldn't trust the Shoppers Approved reviews either because it looks to me like they're done by mostly false customers. The better Business Bureau had nine other similar complaints regarding this company. If you disregard this review... good luck. Are you going to need it!

I ordered a camara battery 2 months ago and didn't receive the battery. I requested to cancel the order, and was told I would receive the refund into my account, but have not received either yet. I also sent an email to the company and have NOT received a response from anyone at all. Tracking shows that it's still in CA and has NOT chanced for over a month, and my checking account did not receive the refund. I fear this is a hoax. PLEASE exercise caution or just avoid taking a chance with this vendor. SCAM!

I ordered some Japanese cells for my Canon DSLR that were rated 1850 mA. When they arrived they had a different part number, were Chinese cells and rated 1600 mA. I called them and they said they could not help me over the phone that I had to use the web. Using the website I have written them three times asking for help and I've received no reply. So what they advertised on the website and what they send you a different and they have absolutely no interest in fixing it. Be warned. Never again will I do with this company.

I purchased batteries for our camera from them. One of the batteries was defective. I was given a USPS call tag and I know they received it. They were supposed to either replace this expensive battery or credit me. I tried numerous times by email and phone to follow up - they have never returned a call or email since. I would not purchase from them again. They do not honor their guarantee or service promises. They owe me money or a battery which I doubt I will ever see.

Don't buy anything from them they'll send an order number and look legit but when you call the person that picks up sounds like a 17 old in their parents living room that just woke up from their sleep, and when I asked what happened he directs me to their website to put out a claim I did just that waited a few days and to my surprise guess what NOTHING! If you've already purchased something with them go to your bank and dispute the transaction

I ordered a battery for my camera, received the product but found out it wasn't the battery but a new charger I needed. I have sent them a chat, emailed them several times, called their company and no one answers. I have now filed a complaint with BBB and my bank about the company.

THIS SITE IS FOR SURE A SCAM. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND BUY ELSEWHERE. The website looks professional and the prices are good, but you will not receive your product. I ordered a battery over two weeks ago with expedited shipping. It still states the product has not shipped. I have emailed support multiple times with zero returned messages. If you try to call the phone number and ask for support it says INVALID FUNCTION. Complete scam company and i'm sure they are falsely creating all these 5 star reviews which is pretty nasty.

What I received was 2 Chinese cells rated 1600 mA with a different part number although they did fit the camera.

When I called I was told I could not be helped by phone I needed to contact customer support on the website. So far I've written customer support three emails and Have not had a single reply. I will never buy from this company again. Be warned.
