This is my 2nd order with nextdaydeal. Again it was flawless - I'm saving a fortune. Unlike the other companies that import I don't have to worry about delivery taking weeks and I have peace of mind my warranty is in the UK. Once your order is shipped they send you the tracking number with DPD and surely enough it turns up the next day. Just check the DPD tracking on the morning of the delivery for their one hour slot.See positive reviews
Purchased a nikon D750 Fx last September. It is faulty. This company said they will help resolve the issue by sending it to the manufacturer, nikon. But nikon have told me that they will not repair it under the warranty. I have asked this company for a refund or replacement, but they refused saying they don't do refunds or replacements. So HOW are they going to help me. Nikon told me that I would have to pay for a service repair, surely this surplier should. So I have a faulty camera and this company or nikon will fix it. After leaving a bad review on trustpilot, someone from this company rang my landline and was rude to my wife. Then they kept ringing all afternoon and into the evening. When I answered they spoke to me in quite an abrupt way and rudely. I had to hang up. Then this man kept ringing and again I answered but hung up again and he kept ringing into the later evening. I was going to report this behaviour to the correct authorities. If they ring again I will ring the police.See critical reviews
I can now confirm this company is genuine, the camera was as described and came on schedule the following day.
I asked them a question on their live chat service to make sure the camera was new and unused and they replied very quickly which gave me confidence.
They're cheaper ones but I found they didn't give a UK warranty and took far to long to deliver.
No, they are not. They are imported and ours arrived in a box that was damaged and had been tampered with (CD-ROM with software was missing). They guy (in spite of all the Louises and Katies signing emails, is a one-man band) is refusing us a return after Canon told us they don't recognise the serial number and this seller is not a registered Canon seller. My negative review here was followed by relentless phone calls from him in the middle of the night shouting at me and insulting me. This is the person that has taken £449.99 from me and all he can do is harass and intimidate with threats. Never have I come across any 'business' that exhibits that kind of unhinged behaviour before. Important point: his company is dormant, not registered as trading so even more likely to result in problems should you need to use the warranty (it is a warranty with his business, not with Canon, at least after the first year). There is at least 5 companies registered to the same address and my negative review in Trustpilot was followed by an avalanche of fake 5 star ones to push mine out of sight. He is now trying to scare me off by bluffing about taking legal action against me just because I exercised my right to publish a negative review unmasking his rogue trading practices. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision when buying (if not too late).
