I ordered what I thought was an original Sony battery but received a knock-off Kaster brand instead. I then tried to contact them by email, phone and website for a return and nothing. They should be banned from selling in the US.

In mid June 2017 I purchased a pair of shoes (Harrison Men's Desert Derby shoes) from Groupon for about $40. After wearing them only a few times, the shoe laces started to fray and break and the eyelets started to break out. I can easily replace the laces, but the eyelets breaking made the shoes not wearable.

When I contacted Groupon for a replacement due to defect (broken eyelets after three uses must certainly be a defect), I was told they are past the 14 day return period and cannot be returned. No one bothered to listen and realize this was a warranty claim and not just a common return. No one bothered to even contact the manufacturer to see if they would stand behind their quality. After more than 10 emails and involvement of Groupons customer service supervisor, they still stand behind their internal policies rather than stand behind their customers. Groupon does not have control over its manufacturers and will not stand behind their products. Do not buy from them, they are just a little above current day snake oil sales people.
