Being that I ordered rechargeable batteries, it's a little early to know whether they will properly hold the charge for my camera, but so far so good. They were very nice to deal with, very gracious and courteous. The company felt they didn't ship in a timely manner (I thought they did), so included some extra complementary things with the order, a battery charger and connection for the car. However, the charger was not the right size and was not usable, had to discard it.
Thought we had received the wrong device because we did not realize it was "one size fits all" since we were replacing our lost original device. A little more reassurance or info regarding the difference would have been comforting. We had read one Amazon review and person stated they had received the wrong device and we were anxious about that. More instruction etc would have been helpful to us and maybe others? Otherwise, excellent service. Thanks!

Cannot truthfully judge until products arrive and are tested. One thing that is very important to me is the country the products are shipped from and the country of manufacture?
