I purchased a greats swivel accent chair! It has wonderfully neutral upholstery with tones of grey and black that go well with a variety of styles. Well constructed and swivel function is hidden perfectly under the base of the chair so you don't get the nursery look of a lot of other swivel barrel chairs. Would definitely recommend it. Ordering was easy and the quality is excellent.

I order a desk that was "ready to ship". I was told it could take up to 14 business days to ship. After 16 business days still no sign of it being shipped. There is no way to contact someone by phone so everything is done through chat and messaging on their site. I was then told on day 16 that it would ship by the end of the next week. After reading other reviews I decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company. When I messaged them about that they said they would cancel my order.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a wall clock two weeks ago and was told it would take one to two weeks to deliver. When I called today I was told it wouldn't ship till four weeks from now. Now I'm reading all the reviews re: how people never received the stuff they ordered. This company is outrageous they should be put out of business. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

I ordered from this site twice. And both time had horrible experiences. The first time I ordered an expensive light fixture. It never shipped and after months and months of no one picking up the phone or responding to emails I disputed the charge. Still never heard back.
The second time I ordered a bed, it never shipped, after a month I emailed about the status. They said the item was discontinued. I'm not sure when they were planning on telling me that. It's been 2 months and a lot of back and forth and I have still not been refunded.

I ordered a $64.00 Wideboy Alarm Clock in Black with White Face in early October 2023 got a notice that the package had been delivered through SHOP. I communicated with the company--spoke with someone who informed me that the package had not been sent and that it would be late November before I'd received it. Sent an inquiry last week, late November, and got a notice an email back that it would be late December before I could expect it. At that point I requested to be reimbursed and submitted the request for a check to be sent rather than give them my bank account info. And kept all communications with them, JUST IN CASE.

How does a company that charges so much money and not deliver their products stay in business? Anyone who sees this review...buy elsewhere! This is not a legitimate company. They don't deliver. The prices are insane and They will keep you waiting months for your purchase. Then they will tell you that you can't have your money back and you will be forced to buy another rediculously overpriced item only to have to wait months for delivery. For all intents and purposes, Burke Decor is a fraud...do not spend your money here. This order was placed on June 20th, 2023...Almost 3 months later I've recieved nothing. I'll keep you posted as to whether I get my money back. Don't make the same mistake!

Shut them down

Horrible experience.ordered 3 jamie young vases on July 1st and they never notified the manufacturer of my order! It's 11 days after. Don't answer the phone or emails. They are on silent mode ln Instagram.horrible company. Must have shut down.amd now I'm out of my items and they have my money! Contacting the BBB and my cc company

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! Burke decor will take your money and keep promising a ship date - but they will continue to push the delivery dates out further. Every time you call or e-mail them, they push the date out two weeks, just to make you think it's coming. This company is a scam. I ordered something in February and as of this morning they pushed out shipment date until ate August which means November. I called for a refund and also contacted the Better Business Bureau which has multiple complaints against them.

I purchased, and was charged for, a console table that apparently was on backorder. I was notified a couple days after my purchase that the item was backordered for 2+ mo. I requested a refund/order cancellation. The rep said she would pass along the info. I never received my refund even after multiple inquiries. I eventually had to go through my credit card to reverse the charge. Do not order from this site - they charge your credit card and never respond again.

I purchased 2 different decorative pillows from this company. I received one of the pillows in about 8 days. The other pillows stated it would be 3-5 days. I kept on reaching out the them & no one picks up the phone nor does anyone from customer service get back to you. I have been waiting over 4 weeks & I still have not received the pillows. I told them that I wanted to cancel the order since I have not received anything yet & no one replies. Finally, today, I was trying to chat with someone online & they told me that I canceled the order. However it takes 7 days to receive a credit. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to receive a credit for the pillow that was returned. I have still not received a credit!

Wow. I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing from this site. I bought a toy tent for niece. The tent took EIGHT weeks for delivery. It arrived boxed so by the time I gave as a gift (couple weeks later) the tent ripped at the top seam. Welp, NO REPLACEMENT or refund. Nope, you have TWO days of delivery to open TOYS and check for any defects. I will NOT EVER order from this site again. Very disappointing.

FRAUD COMPANY!

****DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY! If so, and you decide to return it, you will not receive your refund! I cancelled a backordered order I placed and they received my request on 1/5/24 and I received an automated email confirming this and a message saying I should receive my refund in 15 business days. It is now 3/11/24 and I have not received anything! No responses to my emails and the phone number listed for them just has an automated message saying they will return your call. I even opened a case with the BBB but they ended up closing it bc they wouldn't respond to them either! This is a FRAUD AND CROOK of a company!

Nightmare experience

Ordering from Burke has been a nightmare. It's been months since I ordered my table so I was told I would get a refund on the shipping. It's been over a month and I still don't have the refund. The company they hired to deliver my table only has ONE DAY available to deliver and I have a doctor's appointment that day. I'll never shop with Burke again.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE HAND. THE WEBSITE SEEMS SO LEGIT I DIDNT EVEN THINK TO LOOK THEM UP. THEY SCAMMED BE OUT OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A DINING TABLE. IT WAS A BACKORDERED ITEM WHICH I WAS OK WITH. THEY CHARGED ME AND THE TABLE WAS SUPPOSE TO SHOW UP 8 WEEKS LATER. 8 WEEKS CAME AND WENT AND NO TABLE. THEY SAID THE SUPPLIER DIDNT HAVE THE TABLE TO SEND BUT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO IN 4 WEEKS. WELL 4 WEEKS CAME AND WENT AND I FINALLY SAID GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY SAID OKAY THE PROCESS TAKES 3-4 WEEK. OF COURSE 1 MONTH LATER, NO REFUND. I AM REPORTING THEM TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO MY BANK BUT ITS POSSIBLE THEY WONT BE ABLE TO HELP ME BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU CAN ONLY DISPUTE CLAIMS THAT ARE 60 DAYS OLD. I THINK BURKE DECOR KNOWS THIS AND USES THE "BACKORDER" SCAM SO CUSTOMERS CANT GET THEIR MONEY BACK. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER. If you're looking for a company that sends you broken cement large vases, and doesn't assist in the return, shop here. If you're looking to spend $2000 on a table that will take 12 months to arrive, for the delivery man to leave it outside the house, MAKE YOU CRY, and force you to hire someone to help you move it inside, shop here. If you're looking for a return, I hope you're not expecting the money to come back. A year of dealing with this company and let me say, the joke was definitely on me. They gaslight you too! So, if you're looking for the worst company in the world, look no further.

I ordered a dining table in May 2023. My cc was charged immediately. I kept getting back order notifications when the item showed quick ship on their website. Finally September 8,2023 I requested a refund. They granted the refund and said to allow 7-14 days to receive it. October 26,2023 I still have not received my refund in the amount of $1094. When you call plan to be on hold for at least 45 min. Once I got through they said they changed their policy with refunds and will only issue them ACH or mail a check. They will not credit your cc. I filled out the necessary paper work for ACH. They said allow 5-7 business days. To date, November 7,2023 I still have not received my money. I called back once again and they said they do not have the ability to contact the financial department because it's off site. They said they would flag my account to expedite the process but I still do not have my money. I personally think this company is a scam and I will never receive my refund. I have now turned it over to the BBB for their help.
