I am happy with my two blue Regina Andrew Antigua Ceramic Table Lamps which I ordered from Burke Decor for my living room. They arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. I like them because they are painted blue with light aqua vertical splashes of color. And I like the bumpy texture. The lamp shade is white and is a nice size (16 inches wide.) I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the seam on the shade is too visible (see photos.)

I am not even convinced this is a real company. I placed an order in November, it never even shipped. I've been trying to get a refund since. They've told me twice I will get in 7-14 business days, waited those out, still nothing. For 65 dollars. I can't even imagine if it was for more! I would be furious! But I refuse to let this go. Especially because I'm convinced they're banking on me doing just that.

They've told me twice I will get in 7-14 business days, waited those out, still nothing. For 65 dollars. I can't even imagine if it was for more! I would be furious! But I refuse to let this go. Absolute worst. I ordered a table from here last year and thankfully, and perhaps surprisingly, didn't have any problems so I ordered 2 rolls of wall paper months later. This time was a completely different story. I got the run around about delivery for 4 months before I finally asked for a refund. They kept telling me it was a problem with the supplier and to wait another 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc. I also found the same wallpaper on Amazon and it arrived in a week. Now I've been waiting for nearly a month on a refund they said would take 7-14 days. Do not order from Burke Decor.

I ordered a coffee table. When it was not shipped within the shipping window I canceled the order. After multiple phone calls (all go to voicemail) and several emails, I was informed the refund would be submitted to the financial team and the credit would hit my account in 7-14 business days. It has been 14 business days and no credit. I would not recommend purchasing from them as customer service is very low and concerned it may be a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust this site.

This company did the same thing many of you have mentioned. If I had looked them up first, I would have never bought anything. My delivery date was 12/12/2023. They never delivered and I emailed them twice and called them. No one picks up the phone. They finally emailed me back on 12/19/2023 and said your item is not coming until Mid January. I told them I want to cancel but they have not responded.

I ordered the mirror that said "Quick Ship" for a construction project. After 64 days of not shipping with repeated emails (customer service response was that it is in stock but our warehouse is back ordered) I cancelled the order and ordered it from Built.com (which shipped the mirror the next day). Then it took another 60+ days for my card to be refunded. Never again will I ever order from the company and I would encourage you not to either.

Ordered a bed frame in September mid-November we're told it will arrive early December. Mid December nothing, late December nothing. It was originally ordered for Christmas guests staying overnight. That was missed obviously. We asked for money back and cancel order as we went a different direction. Dec 28 delivery shows up at doorstep. Burke changed delivery option to drop at door no signature required when we originally purchased and paid for custom delivery $149 and signature.

Burke knew we would refuse delivery and they arbitrarily changed it without our knowledge. Working with bank to get our money back.

Burke hides behind emails as you CANNOT speak directly with anybody. Don't do business with this company. Shame on them

We purchased an item on their site in June. They charged our card as if it were shipping but didn't ship it, which I think might be illegal. We followed up many times via phone and email and they kept pushing the estimated delivery date. We eventually requested a credit and they became non responsive. We had to file a claim with our credit card company to recover our money 3 months later. Very poor experience. Not sure how it is allowed to go on.

Ordered two items December 12th. They never arrived and I was never informed they were sold out. I asked for a refund right after Christmas 2023 and still have not received it. I have had to continuously waste my time chasing it by email and I am promised it will be credited soon. They don't even have a number to call. How is this company still in business? Do they actually exist?

I ordered two stools in September and every time I checked on the status they pushed back the shipment date. The entire time though telling me it was in stock. In November, I canceled the order and filled out the appropriate information for an ACH. It is now December 18th and no refund or update on it. These people should be arrested for fraud.

I bought a piece of furniture sold by multiple resellers. There was zero customer service by Burke. No notification that delivery would not be on time. No response to my inquiry about a failure to meet the delivery date. I paid $149 for white glove service. The piece arrived packed and the movers unwrapped it. It was filthy with dust. Yuk. No follow up by Burke. My delivery receipt indicated the piece was dirty.

In November I purchased 5 items for my bathroom. Burke shipped 1 of the items and when I received it it was incorrect. I tried calling them several times but they don't answer their phones or return calls. So I emailed them and when they responded told me "they checked with the warehouse and they remember packing the correct item"! So basically they were calling me a liar. I sent them photos of the shipping box and contents and they finally agreed to reship the item and told me to keep the old item. It never arrived, as well as the other 4 items I bought. Kept calling, no answer. Kept emailing and they kept pushing out the shipping date. As of February, did not receive anything so I told them to cancel the order and issue me a refund. They agreed to cancel but I never received a credit so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. My credit card company reached out to them and they had the audacity to show them a copy of the delivery receipt for the 1 incorrect item and say that it was the entire order that they shipped! I then sent the credit card company copies of all the emails, photos, etc. and finally the dispute was settled in my favor. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have 414 complaints closed in last 3 years
312 complaints closed in last 12 months! Someone needs to close them down they are a SCAM! The photos are what I received and what I actually ordered.

Tip for consumers:
They are an awful company, I shop online all of the time and have never had such a bad experience.

I ordered a simple vase with 5 glass tubes, one of which was crushed IN the packaging and fell out of the tissue as I unpacked it. It took five emails not including my photos illustrating the packaging to prove I did not damage the item. They could not replace it for over 2 weeks and I demanded a refund. That was over two weeks ago, countless emails, countless telephone attempts, and there is no refund yet. Order from Wayfair.their service is impeccable and someone actually answers the phone. Another flurry of emails demanding a refund and right now I am still fighting this company. I regret dealing with this company.

This company is a scam and I recommend do not use them. They should be shut down. They don't send items purchased and then don't reimburse. This has been the most awful & frustrating experience.

Ordered a rug November 16 thinking I would have it for Christmas. It is now January and I have not received the rug. Emailed them inquiring when I can expect delivery without response. Left a message on the voicemail today and no one has called me back totally unprofessional.

I ordered a product and it said that it was in stock. After not receiving a confirmation email for a few weeks I decided to email and check in on it. They said It was supposed to ship early/mid March and I kept emailing asking where it was. It's now middle of April and still no help or sign of my package. They said it would ship early/mid April and keep pushing it back with every email. Honestly this company is probably a fraud. 0/10 recommend and don't give them your money.

I ordered two sconces which cost $600 total. Burke delayed my order twice and will not give me an estimated delivery date. When I requested a refund, they said that they need to contact the vendor before they will issue a refund which takes approx. 3 days. Their representatives are annoying and condescending and defensive because I am sure they deal with this on a regular basis. Save yourself time, money and frustration. I ordered my items a month and a half ago and have nothing and they will not refund me.

****DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY! If so, and you decide to return it, you will not receive your refund! I cancelled a backordered order I placed and they received my request on 1/5/24 and I received an automated email confirming this and a message saying I should receive my refund in 15 business days. It is now 3/11/24 and I have not received anything! No responses to my emails and the phone number listed for them just has an automated message saying they will return your call. I even opened a case with the BBB but they ended up closing it bc they wouldn't respond to them either! This is a FRAUD AND CROOK of a company!

Made a purchase but after several weeks still hadn't received the products. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that shipping wouldn't happen for another 6 weeks. The website had said items were in-stock and ship in 8-10 days. I cancelled the order. Very disappointing.

Do not place an order! My item says it will be shipped in 2 weeks but here I am still waiting over a month already. Customer service will not resolve your issue and will come up with reasons and will keep pushing back the shipping time and will ghosts you. I wish I spent a little bit of more money and buy the item in a more reputable website like Crate and Barrel.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Ordered a dining table for my client back in November 2024. Website stated 7 business days to deliver. When I didn't receive tracking after 10 business days, I reached out to the business. They stated that the item was back ordered and would ship in late December 2024. Table was delivered in January 2024; however it was broken. Informed the client to refuse the table and I would start the process to order a replacement. Reached out to order a replacement and they were asking for pictures at first to show the damage but turned around and stated that the table was out of stock. Was informed that the refund process takes 7-14 business days. 14 business days passed early February. Have reached out multiple times and I'm continuing to get the same generic email response that their financial department is looking into this. Never ordering from them again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else to either.

I ordered from this site twice. And both time had horrible experiences. The first time I ordered an expensive light fixture. It never shipped and after months and months of no one picking up the phone or responding to emails I disputed the charge. Still never heard back.
The second time I ordered a bed, it never shipped, after a month I emailed about the status. They said the item was discontinued. I'm not sure when they were planning on telling me that. It's been 2 months and a lot of back and forth and I have still not been refunded.

Half of my order was forgotten about by Burke Decor. Didn't ship for over a month, despite the image of the item having "QUICK SHIP" written on the photo. After several weeks, I requested a refund and to cancel the item. Communication was horrible and customer service took over a week to get back to me, if they did at all. I was ignored three times and the item shipped out despite me begging to be done with this. Will not trust this company in the future and will urge the same of others.

I am an interior designer in the Seattle area, I focus on providing my clients with beautiful, quality products in a timely manner. At the end of August, I ordered a chair that was described as "ready-to-ship" and "in stock" and when the order was placed it was guaranteed within 2 weeks. The chair never shipped or arrived in that window and I eventually had to cancel the order. This was over a month ago. I've reached out at least 4 times to customer service only to be told that a refund is in process and I should see it in 7-14 business days. I've yet to see the refund. I am so disappointed. Very pretty branding, but apparently nothing to back it up. I'm looking into the next steps to get my refund and wish I had run across a review like this prior to purchasing.
