I waited months for an item which had a vague delivery date of 'end of the month'. At the 'end of the month' I was told it would be 'beginning of next month'. When the beginning of that month arrived I asked customer service if they had a more concrete date bearing in mind the chandelier needed installation once it arrived. Again I was told 'beginning of the month'. No concrete date. Eventually towards the end of THAT month (August), I finally wrote to them again asking for an update. They told me that as per the tracking info it was 'on it's way!'. The tracking info showing the item having been stationary for over two weeks at a shipping hub. Eventually I gave up and called the shipping company myself having now finally received the tracking info. Customer service congratulated themselves on the safe arrival of my item a week after I contacted them with the shipping delay, and 6 weeks after the item was originally due. It's now sat outside our house waiting for installation which we now have to wait a week for as we were completely unable to plan in advance. If I could go back in time I'd have picked a different item just to avoid their customer service.

I am obsessed with the rug! Took so long to get it because of supply chain issues, but I'll have have it for the rest of my life! It was so worth the wait.

They don't give the full order or deliver on time, but when the time comes to request a refund or exchange, they are very quick to mention the 30 day exchange time! Horrible service.

Horrible customer service, you will not know where your order is-or maybe ever receive it. I would seriously caution against ordering anything from this site.

They are a fraude, never received my product, never got a refund after two months! Dont buy from them

I ordered a product and it said that it was in stock. After not receiving a confirmation email for a few weeks I decided to email and check in on it. They said It was supposed to ship early/mid March and I kept emailing asking where it was. It's now middle of April and still no help or sign of my package. They said it would ship early/mid April and keep pushing it back with every email. Honestly this company is probably a fraud. 0/10 recommend and don't give them your money.

Absolutely terrible customer service! The item that I purchased stated the option to ship quickly ( 2 weeks) which is why I placed my order. On the 12th day I reached out to them. I called and there was no answer. I sent an email and got a fairly quick response. I wanted to see why I hadn't even received a shipping notification, and requested a refund. I needed this piece for a model home which was why the deadline was so important. In the response they told me that my item was already in route. 2 days later I received a shipping notice. Seems as though my item had not shipped but in order to no loose a sale they were basically going to force me to continue with the purchase of this item, or incur a 5% restock fee as well as $481.68 in shipping fees. I originally paid $2491. 29 for this item, according to them I would be able to get $1717. 32 back for it. That same day the company that had been enlisted to ship my item called me to set up a delivery day SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS OUT. WTF QUICK SHIP?! I let them know that I was trying to return this item and to please hold off on shipping. Also, this would mean that my item had not in fact NOT shipped. So why would I need to pay $481.68 in shipping fees?!?!?!?! I sent an email asking this question and told them that I needed the refund for the item. They completely ignored my question about the shipping charge and stated that my refund would process in 7-14 business days.
On the 19th day of not getting a refund, I send an email wondering where it was. Guess what. NO RESPONSE. But, I did get a quick email from pay pal stating that I was issued a refund it it would take a few days to hit my account. Still no response from them. Soooo 2 months of wasted time and $773.97 of money in the trash and I still don't even have a email response, much less an refund. I fully believe I would have never gotten a refund if I didn't badger them. Absolutely trash company. Every time I have called, no one has answered. I have tried to be understanding. I would like to know if burke decor would like to give me a loan of $2400 for 3 months so I can reciprocate the favor. Unacceptable. I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. Do not buy from this company
