Contacted the company multiple times looking for the repair of a Tendence watch. No reply to multiple inquiries over a month. NOT a legitimate company- beware!
Insanely priced ($100) rubber watch band failed prematurely. Sorry, no warranty says they. High expectations should be expected from super-high prices, says I. FAIL.
Outdoor table top warped in barely a year- asked them to replace it- company would do nothing. Ethics-challenged...
Bought a watering can for $50 (that was $35 overpriced). It leaked. They ignored multiple emails. Oh well, just another horrible experience with Burke Decor.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from Burke Decor!
Weeks go buy, no delivery. They say it shipped, but no shipper tracking info. THen they say it was lost. Then they say they will re-ship. No tracking information. Weeks go by. Nothing. Then they do not respond to emails. Repeat.
Scam. Avoid.
