Awful all around. Do not use quoted 7000 on the phone and it would up costing us *******.
They packed our items horribly. We had 20 000 in damage. Ins check was 180. What. Aj joke of a company

Deserve zero stars. Quoted 7500 over the phone. After they arrived the proce jumped up to 17 000! We hired them to pack all our items. What a mistake. We had thousands and thousands of dollars in damage. A 4000 TV destroyed, $6000 antique tables arrived with their legs completely off. A 3500 leather chair ripped. I buy high end vases and decorative objects. All were packed on the bottoms of boxes and crushed. We estimate our damage to be worth over *******. I jua got back our ins settlement. They are only giving us $198. What a joke. We have used Mayflower before and everything was packed exceptionally well. Nothing broke! We only used moving solutions because of their original quote of 7000 which turned out to be ******* and cost us even more to replace everything that these guys broke! Horrible packers, horrible movers. Do not use!

Horrible experience.ordered 3 jamie young vases on July 1st and they never notified the manufacturer of my order! It's 11 days after. Don't answer the phone or emails. They are on silent mode ln Instagram.horrible company. Must have shut down.amd now I'm out of my items and they have my money! Contacting the BBB and my cc company

Horrible experience. I should have learned the previous time I ordered with them and I Was missing an expensive chandelier. Calling into CS is like having a root canal. The reps sound solemn, not upbeat, promise to help you then literally give you mumble jumble,
But you on hold then disconnect you. If you ask for a supervisor, not one is ever around or in a meeting as they say. They'll promise a supervisor will call you back, but you wait and wait and nobody calls. How can that even be!?!?! Forget replying to emails to ask for assistance like they suggest, they do not reply to those either! Saying that I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. I am missing an outdoor ottoman that was supposed to be delivered months ago. Summer is almost over now and I haven't been able to enjoy it. I tried calling the manufacturer myself, ART Furniture, for assistance, but was told they do not speak to home consumers. I am so mad.DO not do business with Houzz. I will be deleting their app from my phone once I get this problem resolved. Look at 1 stop lighting. Better prices and if you call in they sometimes even give you a better price. What I like most about 1 stop lighting is how professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful they are. I hope this review helps many.

Customer service agents answer the phone so unprofessional.( How can I help you? - no mention of the store they work for.it is bizarre.). I had a package that was marked delivered but it was not.my ups every guy told me to contact them so they could file a claim and investigate. They were unwilling to help me at all. Other companies look into these things for their customers. Very displeased.and the product Ia ordered of course is no longer available in initial.
Also ordered a pet residence Thar was delivered to us used, damaged and missing pieces! Quality and cs has gone down hill. A real shame.

Save yourself a headache and do not order from Current. Not the same form years ago. You place an order and it doesn't ship for weeks up to months. When you call or email they give you the run around. Read all the negative reviews on Facebook.

With all these negative reviews, you think they would improve their service. Paid extra to ship my order overnight and it wasn't shipped. 2 days later it still says" a label was created ". I have had many issues with free people and not receiving my orders. I am done with this company. I surely hope they go out of business to put an end to pissing off people.

Well I wish I read all these bad reviews before I purchased from one kings lane.
They were the only company which had a round leather pillow I wanted for my sectional, so I ordered it.it took 7 weeks to be delivered! And it was a different color than what was on the website and has letters embedded into the leather on both sides of the seam. I called to complain about it and was given two options.to either keep it and get a 20 percent refund in the form of a gift card which they mail out to me(say what?)! Or, send it back and place an order for another. I begged for my refund to be put back on my card and after speaking to someone in CS she said she would try.
Three days later, I call and was told that the girl is, of course, on vacation. Unacceptable. Never order from them. Horrible Customer service. Stick to wayfair who bends over backwards to please its customers. Pics attached
Updating my review a week later to day thar even after posting this review, nobody from one kings lane even reached out to me. That goes to show how lousy this company is run. I wrote a review for houzz once and was contacted immediately by a rep. To help me resolve my issue. Okl is awful in every manner.

Do not ever book with them. Horrible customer service.be prepared to hold for hours. And be prepared to never receive call backs. All we did was book a hotel on their site which stated we had free breakfast.our confirmation did not state that
Trying to get them to honor the free breakfast was a nightmare.
First woman named lynn a customer service supervisor ( what a joke.) told us that she contacted the hotel and we were all set. This was after an hour of being on the phone with her while she " spoke to corporate ", etc. She said we would receive a new confirmation confirming the breakfast in a few days. 5 days went by and nothing. I called them

Was on hold for 45 minutes for a supervisor who advised me that lynn did not add the breakfast on. She lied to us to get rid of us. how can they get away doing this to their customers?!?! After I was told this by a girl in cs she said she would help me
I made sure to give her my callback number in case we got disconnected. An hour holding while she did God knows what on the other end, we got disconnected or rather, she hung up on me.and... guess what. Never called back. Totally ridiculous and a waste of time dealing with their incompetent company. Don't do it, if you are booking a hotel, book through the hotel even if it's a little more money it will save you so much time and aggravation. What a joke of a company.

I purchased an item from them on Dec 9th. One that stated was in stock. I figured that was plenty of time to ship to me for christmas, seeing that it was a gift. I called to check on the status around early Christmas week and was told that it was shipped by a warehouse but she couldn't give me a tracking number. Of course I still haven't received it today, Dec 26. Just called their number today and got a normal person who answered"hello". He said their offices are closed to Jan 3rd. Really upset over this unprofessional business. I don't even know if I'm going to receive this item. Sent in my 5th email to them
