They are a bunch of thieves, who are completely incompetent and useless. They have avoided all my communications and have not resolved my problem. I booked a flight with them last June 2019, which i had to cancel due to visa issues, the airlines agreed to fully refund all my money, however, as I originally made my booking through Budgetair, they had to return the money to them. The airline confirmed that they have fully funded this amount to Budgetair in October 2019. I have been chasing my refund since then and I have not been able to get anywhere with Budget air, who have constantly LIED about my refund. They have stopped responding to all my emails and when i call them, I get an Indian call center that do not understand English very well and have been frustrating and useless. Budgetair, is a cowboy travel broker, that has been utterly incompetent, useless and have stolen my money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

I recently booked a ticket from Lahore to London with Budget Air, expecting a seamless journey. However, I discovered that I needed a separate transit visa due to nationality requirements, which was not made explicitly clear during the booking process or in the terms and conditions.

My frustration was compounded by the fact that there was no way to contact a human customer service representative to address my concerns when booking through Budget Air. Instead, I had to rely on a chatbot, which, after just 30 minutes of booking, issued a partial refund. This left me feeling ripped off and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I believe it's essential for online travel agencies like Budget Air to be more transparent about visa requirements and provide better customer support options for situations like this.

I encourage others to be cautious when booking through Budget Air and to double-check visa requirements for their specific nationality to avoid any unexpected complications. While I had hoped for a smoother journey, my experience has left me disappointed.

One of the worst customer care... you can check throughout the internet to see the complaints against them.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE FOR YOUR BOOKINGS

THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY if any cancellations occur.

Don't book with them!

The worst services I never have. I have voucher number from having covid and I wasn't able to take my flight, but this voucher is fake. When I booked a trip after they canceled my reservation 2 hours after for no reason. Stoled my credit and my money. I'm fighting on this since months. Now them answers is to deal with the original compagny of my flight but that's not true. I reached Avianca and they can't do nothing without a authorization from Budgetair.co.uk

All them response by emails is all times out of subject. They now saying that them website not supporting credit anymore.

Bull$#*!

I was informed at the last minute that my flight from Milan to San Francisco scheduled from 30/10/2023 was canceled without any valid explanation. This situation forced me to purchase a new airline ticket for the flight tomorrow, incurring significantly higher costs than what I had originally paid. Not only did I have to bear an unexpected expense, but I also lost time and important opportunities due to this unjustified cancellation.

Flight cancellations are understandable in some exceptional circumstances, but I expected timely and transparent communication from BudgetAir in case of issues. The lack of explanations and the sudden cancellation of my flight caused substantial inconvenience and frustration.

I request a full refund of the expenses incurred for the purchase of the new airline ticket for tomorrow's flight, as well as compensation for the inconveniences suffered and time lost. Additionally, I hope that BudgetAir can take concrete measures to improve the handling of cancellations and ensure clear communication with its customers in the future.

I highly recommend to don't use Budget Air. I used it twice and I met issues twice:

1/ First one, I paid for my flight but then I did not receive any confirmation email from Budget Air. I had to wait several days to receive an email from them saying that they did not booked my flight because their prices where not up-to-date when I did my booking (I have been refunded the week after).

2/ The airline delayed my flight by 30min more than a month before the trip. The d-day at the airport I found out that Budget Air did not confirmed with the airline that I was still coming (as they should have done) so I could not take my flight and I had to buy new tickets in last minute (I don't know yet if I will refunded for the missed flight).

Most horrific company I have ever ordered from. Not only was there no communication on their behalf in difficult times, the website didn't allow me to cancel my flight that was from London to Los Angeles, California. Even when I had booked refund protection and spent a total of 360 pounds on a return flight they also denied my claim back for a refund that was based on a travel ban from the US for non residents. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, they are absolute scammers and you will definitely not get your money back. Even if its because of things out of your control. Also DON'T waste money on refund protect since they DO NOT HELP and will find a way TO NOT refund your money. There goes my 360 pounds for a trip that I didn't even took. Thanks a lot budget air and refund protect.

The trap is set

Completed a booking via BudgetAir email link - it all went wrong and BudgetAir will not accept responsibility or change anything without charging BIG $ as they know you have to make the changes with them! The airline can not help you.

Useless company

Absolutely useless company - DO NOT BOOK. Due to death in the family I had to change the flight - guy called Donald based in Singapore seemed to be helpful and friendly at first, managed to find a change for 100 pounds and promised to call back within 2 hours to confim - never called back! I was waiting all day! When I called back - lines were closed. I then emailed them requesting call back - never got it! When I called next day he wasn't there and another agent told me the change would cost me 370 pounds! I asked for manager - wasn't available on Sunday. When I called on Monday, manager would not speak to me! Agent promised for manager to call back - never did! When I contacted airline directly they only charged me 100 pounds forthe change! Not only Budget air knowing my devastating situation did not take any consideration but also were trying to make money on it! Absolutely disguisting attitude. Would never book again even if I had to pay double elsewhere.

Ticket prices are good BUT customer service is absolutely pathetic.

When something go's wrong they are impossible to contact and you will loose all your money and need to buy another ticket.

Scammers

I have booked with them before the pandemic and unfortuantely flights cancelled by airlines. Promised travel credit. I was ready to rebook and they told me to contact the airlines. The airlines said to contact them. They still refused to help even when their e-mail said OTHERWISE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Save yourself the headache. Very expensive lesson learnt. Their customer service is outsourced to foreigners who will not help.

In January 2020, I booked flights to go to Sri Lanka in March 2020 through BudgetAir.co.uk. Sadly, due to the pandemic, my trip was cancelled. I refused the voucher I was offered and I'm still waiting to get my money back. After MORE THAN 1 YEAR, their excuse is that they are still waiting for the airline (Qatar Airways) to process the refund. But, THEY ARE LYING because I called the airline and they say that all the refund requests are processed within 20 working days. Well, I've been waiting for more than 262 working days and counting…
These people (BudgetAir.co.uk) have no morals or ethics, and when I try to contact them I only get one template email saying that I have to keep waiting. I think it's unreasonable to wait more than 1 year (who knows how much longer it'll be), but I truly believe that they don't want to give me my money back.

Obviously, it was a big mistake booking with BudgetAir.co.uk, instead of doing it directly with the airline. So, I only can advise other people to not make the same mistake.

Without a doubt, the most horrendous booking experience I have ever endured. I had been trying to reach someone at their service center. When I finally got through after waiting ~40 minutes, my call was dropped not once, not twice, but 3 times. While trying to change a destination due to a travel emergency, a previous flight had been cancelled (without consent). When I finally reached someone, we spent the next 40 minutes seeing what the cost would be. When the final total to change came out to be more than the initial flight, I told her at that point it no longer made sense. She told me my flight had already been cancelled, and I had no choice but to pay for this one. I told her I would call back after taking some time to digest the new information. When I called back, I was informed that my previous flight, that had already been paid for, was now cancelled.

Please, I urge you, read these reviews with caution and choose *any other airline*.

I will never, ever recommend this company to any person.

I have requested to cancel the fight due to the family issue. I booked the tickets on August 22,2022, and I have paid for the ticket of AUD$ 2,579.40. However, I have received a cancellation confirmation on December 13,2022, and am still waiting for the refund amount.

When I was chatting with their customer service, the airline cancellation fee was only AUD$235, which is why I agreed to cancel my booking. However, BudgetAir.com had replied to an email to me once I asked again, and now it was a different story and said the estimated refund was only AUD$2,025. That means the gap that I have to pay for the cancellation is AUD$554.40. This is a scam! Seriously! I also can't believe that the refund will take 16 weeks (four months) to process, depending on the airline. How poor are the services?

I just want to share my experience with all of you guys! This is very stressful to handle since there are no customer contact details to call them with. It takes them at least 5 days to respond to an email.
My issue is still ongoing and not fully resolved. This company is a total hoax and please stay away from them and do not book flight tickets with them.
