I booked flight from canada ro india from budget air and i was told the ticket got canceled because the credit card issuer canceled the transaction. I was told i would recipe the refund but i havnt got the refund yet.

Booking was easy and it has the cheapest fare i have seen for my route. I did confirm with the airline website the booking, and everything was in order.

I have cancelled my booking 1 year ago and they have deducted refund amount from account and in next they have credited back after asking for refund they are saying they have refunded after sharing the bank statement... Ridiculous service i ever had... Don't book from this $#*!ing site

They never warn me about the cancellation of my flight because they are creating fake adress mail each time you reserved this create enormous black holes and block the refund procedure and the contact with their partner when you ask them for refund they are playing the worst ping pong game I ever saw

I made my purchase, got a reservation number and no e-ticket. They sent a message saying I would receive it within 24 hours. Never did! Contacted their customer service only to be disconnected 4 times asked for the same information 10 times all to be told they do t see my information. I showed them payment taken from my American Express and still nothing.

It is my single most worst experience from a business in the last 15 years. I still regret not using my go to expedia website for buying flight tickets. It's been more than a month since the budgetair cancelled my tickets due to their inability to confirm the flight changes I agreed to, and charging me $330 cancellation fee. It's been more than a month still I yet to see any signs of refund to my card. They have no phone customer service, and every time I email them, I'll get a different response. I had lot more miserable experience to share, but I don't want to revisit the topic again. I normally don't write review on the internet, but I am motivated to write a review for budgetair and let people know about their worst service. If you come across the budgetair website while shopping for any of their products, avoid it like a plague and run in opposite direction.

Flight was cancelled by Oman Air in March 2022, no help, no rebooking, no money back from Budjet Air, no service only computer chat, had to buy new ticket (+ 600 Euros on top) to get back home from TRV (Oman closed down their presence there in Trivandrum and canceled my flight without giving me a another solution to get me back to MCT and Europe) on 3/4/22 after 20 mails they tell me my ticket has expired after 1 year and nothing to do, Airline states that this is out of their responsibility and that I bought a kind of strange "china ticket" is not linked to Oman.
So now after a lot of stress and time effort it looks like NO ONE will refund my return after 16 months waiting time with Budget Air preventing they we were waiting for approval of my refund request. What a scam! Never ever this company. They give a $#*! on me a customer.

Use Budget Air at your own's risk! They take your money and invest it for days before refunding after cancellations

Do not book through here, they don't have a phone number to contact and do not provide anywhere close to decent customer service. They messed up my name on the ticket and there was no way to get in contact with them other than email, caused me to miss my flight and most importantly missed out on two days that I could've spent at my destination rather than more travel time. And when they finally responded to my email they didn't do anything to make it right,highly suggest booking elsewhere even if they provide a cheaper ticket,paying extra is worth having the peace of mind that you can contact someone if you have any issues

I found this budgetair through skyscanner websites,i booked the ticket on may 16,till now we didnt receive our confirmation itenary and e ticket,But they withdraw some payment already in my credit card.They have only virtual assistant.Dont have any customer care number itself.

WORST EVER 3RD party booking agent! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This is honestly and sincerely the worst site anyone could ever use. There is no contact number... the one number you may find takes you to another travel agency that has nothing to do with Budgetair and obviously cannot help. Budgetair cancels your flight without your confirmation and expects you to fit into their agenda. They canceled my flight and rebooked me 5 days later without my confirmation and when I went online their AI chat robot told me if I needed to cancel it would cost $70, this was less than 24 hours after booking. When you send emails... no matter how urgent— you get an automated response telling you someone should respond in 5 business days... yet they take the money off your credit card immediately. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, PLEASE MARK THIS COMPANY AS A SCAM! Save yourself the trouble I am now going through! I ended up missing a very important meeting and though I bought flight protection, it doesn't seem to be protected at all!

I had an emergency during my flight and couldn't travel due to a passport issue. I contact emirates to explain the situation before the flight time and they pospone my flights. Next day I called butgetair and they told me that I didn't show up and they will change me 600 dollar per ticket plus 50 fee per person. I explained to them that I pospone my flight with emirates before the flight and they put my tickets on hold so I don't get penalicéis for not showing up. Butgetair could not contact by phone emirates to confirm this neither emirates could contact butgetair, but according to emirates; butgetair should just make a simple call to them to confirm this but budgetair wanted an email which they know by law emirates cannot do. I call both businesses back and both more than 20 times and multiple days until I found a God sent gentleman willing to stay on the line while I contact butgetair with the hope to clarify the situation.

Take under consideration that butgetair uses customer service from India and I could barely understand them. The representative from Ami rates was able to confirmed that I called before the flight and I should be changed extra fees for not showing.

At this point the person from butgetair added that to his notes and told me that a supervisor from a department that we are not allow to call or contact, will contact the airline to reconfirm this and I should wait 5 days for this process to be completed.

I paid $5000 for 5 tickets from jfk to milan and emirates and Budget air took $4,100 as fees for not showing up to the flight even though I call and I was told that those fees won't be changed because I was calling with enough time before the trip.

BE AWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE

Please do not use this platform. I broke my leg 6 days before our trip to Dubai. I was released from the hospital on the day we were to fly out. The surgery caused me to be put on 12 weeks bedrest as a rod was inserted through my knee and down through my tibia. Due to the nature of my injury, there was no way I could have made the trip. I am still in a wheelchair and unable to use my right leg.
They will not refund our fare or provide a credit.
This platform is a scam. Buyer beware.

Scam trash, do not buy. Only purchase tickets directly through the airline. These people are not affiliated with any airline

Extremely unprofessional staff. The worst experience I had with them. Recently I bought a return ticket from them from KHI to CPH but unexpectedly my stay got increased one week and I have to changed my return ticket and pay them again for rescheduling the ticket but when I arrived at the airport after a very long travel and thought I am gonna take some rest for next couple of hours I got to know that the airline didn't have the record of my ticket and they denied my boarding. Ohhh
I would extremely request you all to please stay away from them.

This is a scam travel company so dont ever ever use them. They wont refund you or posts high fees almost same of flight fees when flight are rescheduled or cancelled. This travel company should be reported as scam. Never ever use this travel agency!

If you booked through Skyscanner contact them and complain about them and ask them to remove Budgetair from their website. And if you are fortunate to be from an european country you can fill a complain through this: https://e-justice.europa.eu/42/EN/small_claims

More they get feedback and more this company will be in trouble, hopefully,
