I ordered something from Macys.com. It took three weeks to get to Canada from the USA. As soon as I received it I returned it. Borderfree received the item two days after i sent it.

Three weeks later and still no refund!

Totally unacceptable.

This has to be without doubt the worst online retail experience I've ever had. They really have no idea what they're doing. I gave it a one star because there was no zero star. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS..

I ordered shoes from Nordstrom using Borderfree. I was charged $86 Canadian. The shoes did not fit so I returned them. I was told I would get a refund. I was given ONLY a refund of $33 (Canadian) I was charged $51 basically to try on a pair of shoes and ship them back. I would NEVER use this service again.

BorderFEE

Do NOT order from Borderfree(BorderFee). The company has screwed over pretty much everyone in the international community here in Norway. I had a $26 package shipped to me from Target when Borderfree was running its free international shipping campaign. It took 4 weeks to get here, and when it arrived, beat up, I received a bill from DHL for $150 in tolls. We have a cap on tolls here, and I was well under. I talked to DHL who were willing to take away the toll if BorderFree would confirm that my items (they had my itemised bill of sale) were under $30. Border free would not, and they would not contact Target about it either. They basically just wiped their hands of the issue. Now I am stuck paying $176 dollars total for $26 worth of goods. DO NOT TRUST BORDERFREE. There are many other great ways to shop internationally, and companies who will have your back for choosing to do business with them.

A bit slow

I ordered 2 pairs of prana pants with 34" inseam. That option is really hard to find in europe. The price was good since it was on sale and the time was ok. I ordered with fast delivery service since it was only a euro extra and the delivery was fast. But the time from order to the product was actually shipped was more than a week. The handeling in customs was great, ordering from outside Europe can be a real hassle in Sweden.

I had ordered a dress from Dillards website located in USA to ship in Tasmania-Australia and had paid AUD$50 Express Delivery, 7-12 business days. Arrived way later than that...
I had contacted the customer service who wouldn't believe me because their tracking system showed a delivery attempt failed (during the right time frame) in a location in Australia different from the actual destination address. I had to tell them to use a bit of good sense and their brain to make them understand, I had to re explain my case about 4time to 4 different people to every email during 2 weeks...
No refund possible. That's what it is.
Eventually they understood they screwed up and that their tracking services is not very good, although there are not answering any emails anymore now...
Definitely not worth it for $55...

I read this negative reviews after I ordered from Nordstorm. I was afraid that I couldn't receive the shipment but it finally delivered to me today, although it took over 2 weeks, but i understand this as the shipment has to be delivered to borderfree first and it tool time for customs clearance.

The package was not good but I am not sure if this was done by Nordstorm or borderfree.

Waste of time

Odered parts from Motosport MX for our bikes. This was handeled by borderfree. Motosport deducted from the credit card once and borderfree 8 times for the same item. Card was cancelled since they were deducting the amount everyday. Never order again.

Borderfree/prAna refuse to acknowledge that duty/taxes is calculated separately even though prAna's website indicates just that. PrAna insists duty is embedded in the purchase price of the merchandise yet their site clearly states it is part of shipping. PrAna/Borderfree REFUSE to refund my duty/taxes on returned merchandise.

I received the goods in about 50 days. Although it was not great, I had to tell the truth

Terrible.

Terrible. I ordered Champion shorts to Canada a month ago and still never received my order. To top that off, after getting the tracking number for Canada Post, I found out my package HASN'T EVEN MADE CONTACT WITH CANADA POST. God knows where the hell my order even is. At this point I have to wait 10 business days to get a response cause the person on the phone filed it to the superiors

Do not use their service

It is not realable company. Cancellation of an order after it has been placed becuse it is not convenient for the company to ship it is not legitimate in international trading. It is a shame that a realable company as Target is using their services.

This company is horrible, y'all stay away from them. I ordered something from macy's I paid for shipping and everything. I paid $274.94 for the items and they made me pay $194.53 for the shipping it was $469.47 in total. They charged me again for shipping while I already paid wtf I called to cancel everything and they were like that wasn't the actual price for the shipping. This company better gives me my $300 something they stole from me otherwise I'll report them cuz I am not losing my $#*!ing money.

After a month of consistent emails and notified delays without promising an exact date, I finally received the Dakine Gemini 28L from eBags thru Borderfree (FREE SHIPPING). The item is in excellent condition. Very satisfied. I'd say I will take another risk if they will offer another free shipping option. I live in the Philippines and it's very expensive to ship from the States, so 1 month waiting time is still acceptable.

Nightmare

Ordered a wedding dress online that was never shipped (despite many interactions with customer service who insisted it would arrive on time) ended up having to buy off the rack 2 weeks before my wedding with no time for alterations. Swore I'd NEVER use Borderfree again. Recently placed an order online with Target. Ordered 6 items (all in stock) paid all duties and taxes up front and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. I didn't realize they use Borderfree to ship; should have cancelled right away, but decided to give them a second chance. So far 2 separate orders have shipped with 5/6 items (still no word on 6th), nothing has been delivered, and we're at day 15. Delivery date is in a week. No discount offered for not honouring the 3-5 day shipping that was paid for. 2 separate charges on credit card for 2 shipments which has added $20 to the original price and still one item hasn't been accounted for. I will NEVER shop with a company who ships with Borderfree again. These companies need to take more responsibility for what the third party shipper is doing. Unreal. Complete nightmare.

Horrible

JCP orders shipped through borderfree- 4 of them, for 2 blinds, 5 months later I have 1 blind. Most have been cancelled, items missing, horrible excuse for a international shipping company.
