I ordered shoes from Nordstrom using Borderfree. I was charged $86 Canadian. The shoes did not fit so I returned them. I was told I would get a refund. I was given ONLY a refund of $33 (Canadian) I was charged $51 basically to try on a pair of shoes and ship them back. I would NEVER use this service again.

I ordered a size Large t shirt (Bape) and it was delivered in approx 6 weeks.
They sent the WRONG size. When I contacted UnionHouse they asked me to keep the tshirt. I said I needed the correct size and they have been very RUDE and refused to compensate me. The only offer was a 'coupon' for $7.00(canadian) off my next purchase. I'm disgusted and will never order from this place again!
