I had ordered a dress from Dillards website located in USA to ship in Tasmania-Australia and had paid AUD$50 Express Delivery, 7-12 business days. Arrived way later than that...
I had contacted the customer service who wouldn't believe me because their tracking system showed a delivery attempt failed (during the right time frame) in a location in Australia different from the actual destination address. I had to tell them to use a bit of good sense and their brain to make them understand, I had to re explain my case about 4time to 4 different people to every email during 2 weeks...
No refund possible. That's what it is.
Eventually they understood they screwed up and that their tracking services is not very good, although there are not answering any emails anymore now...
Definitely not worth it for $55...
