I use them bc I refuse to abuse Amazon workers, so, that means I have to wait maybe two weeks. But I always get my stuff and it's even sweeter for the wait, imo.

Where's my goods

They take the money out of your account and 10 days later still have no goods. Am thinking of going to my credit card company to get my money back. The email address they offer doesn't work

They wrongly addressed all the export documents (using the shipping address, instead of the correct invoicing address - as I correctly indicated during the orders) and I finished to have big and costly orders blocked at customs in Italy. Solution: I had (personally) to find a solution and pay extra money since they didn't want to change the documents they wrongly made. ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID

What a shame

Invented a Target promotion of free shipping to Israel and after spending hours looking for the items I wanted to buy, they shamly cancelled my order!
Won't buy from borderfree or from target again!

Amazing Service
December 10, 2017

Order a jacket on Macys.com on Nov. 28th, 2017 and received the package today. I did pay $35 for duty and DHL shipping but it was worth every penny.

They had the free shipping promotions at Target and Hanes. Both of my orders were cancelled because they realized that it is not profitable to them to ship overseas.
Regarding the Hanes order they just said items are out of stock, while they are definitely in stock, I can still see them on the website! Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

Absolute criminals

I ordered shoes from Sam Edelman for $88.20 Cdn dollars - Borderfree charged me $195.82 for 'shipping and handling' which was a complete rip off. I tracked the parcel through Canada Post and they dharged a total of $27.00 for shipping, handling and duties which means Borderfree charged me in excess of $80.00 for nothing. When I spoke to Sam Edelman they said they did not charge me anything above the $88.20. When I (finally) reached "june" at Borderfree in Dublin, Ireland she could not explain and put me on to the company's supervisor and resident weasel "Keith Walsh" who guess what, put me on hold, phoned Sam Edelman customer and patched me through - BACK to where I started. The are the biggest scam company in the world hiding behind Ireland (try getting your money back from there) and just hang up when they are asked direct questions. Will NEVER use or purchase from any company that does business with them. They should be investigated thoroughly In the meantime DO NOT USE anyone who ships through this company. As an aside why can't we give negative stars in a review.

Deliveries are left without signatures (over $1,000 left at my front door). Orders that are cancelled are delivered anyway. Refunds take over 3 weeks and usually don't happen until you fight for a refund. I have waisted sooo much time and energy trying to get a refund for something I didn't want and it was shipped anyway. I sent it back via their courier and there is still a problem. I WILL NEVER EVER USE Borderfree AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE.

Borderfree a part of pitney bowes must be a scam. I ordered and all paper work comes from borderfree not the dealer DHL does not believe there paper work as cost. So it is in Cebu, PH. I have to prove what i payed and what i payed. I do not owe VAT tax on frieght is it my job to teach ignorant people how to do there job? THIEVES AND LIARS seem to fit. BORDERFREE needs to do there job or pay me to do for them. The same goes for DHL shippingi am still fighting, if i refuse order i still pay? Read there agreement!

My order from Macy's (USA) was in 14 days (10 work days) in Poland. Everything is OK. I was afraid to order with Borderfree because of opinion on this site but it was totally causeless. Recommend.

Placed some orders they confirmed all the orders took a hold on my money with pay pal for 12 days and then just cancelled them all with a rubbish excuse. Rang them they just don't care!

I have ordered something through the partner company Brooks Brothers, but Borderfree handles the payment. Because there is no Brooks Brothers shop in Holland, I ordered this through the website. The product was not what I wanted, and I returned it. Then the whole thing started. I have been waiting now for almost 3 months. Brooks Brothers says Borderfree will take care of the refund. Borderfree says they already refunded me and that the problem lies with Ideal. Ideal gave me a quick and very detailed response why it was not with them. Borderfree then tells me to check with my bank or with bank company. They are telling me every time they are sorry. Every time the customer service agent tells me 'I promise I will fix the issue'. Nothing happens. And Brooks Brothers sees all the contacts that have been and tells me 'let me know if we can help'. No one is refunding, that is the problem. And then I get the message 'case is closed'. What the bloody hell!? This is not ok. And Brooks is watching this whole thing and doesn't intervene at all. It's so wrong haha. Don't order anything through the websites that use Border Free, and I recommend you to not use the Brooks Brothers either.

I ordered from them. The order went to border free site. I was charged of the amount I order from Ross and Simmons. Again they charged my card via Ross and Simmons account. They are scams.

WORST customer service and biggest shipping SCAM out there. DO NOT USE THEM - AVOID AT ALL COST! I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. This bunch of crooks adds taxes when taxes aren't due (wtf?). Their delivery times are a joke - 18 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver to Australia? Shopbop, Netaporter, Mytheresa, etc, have no problems shipping internationally within days at no cost - and very low costs for returns! I'm astounded that companies like Saks, Neimans, Nordstrom, Barneys use Borderfree. I will not shop at any store if it means Borderfree is the only shipping option. Do not give them your money.
