Probably one of the worst retailers I've dealt with online. I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well and after waiting for almost a month for the return amount to show on my bank account I emailed customer service. They inform me the item was never received and I needed the proof of purchase for the return. I didn't have it, because it had been so long ago. The mystery remains as to where the return went and why they can't track the return postage. Horrible customer sevice, sub par quality and unprofessional business. I have never had a lost return and am pretty sure they kept the item and screwed me out of $30. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!
I purchased some items from this site, and the material of the clothing were so cheap. Not to mention trying to return these items cost just as much as it did purchasing them. I would never shop from here again.
Wow. I ordered several dresses. They sent the wrong sizes which I had proof of so I requested return shipping costs to be covered, but they insisted they were not at fault. Only after a parade of emails did they finally agree to reimburse shipping. I received MANY emails. Twice they asked for my credit card number and information to be sent via email in order to reimburse shipping costs. Sounds a little fishy. One email assured that my shipping reimbursement would take 3-5 days, another assured that return order refund would take a "maximum" of 21 days but also stated that the "majority" are completed in 7-14 days. *26* days later they will not respond to my emails asking where my refund is and I have received no explanation whatsoever. An extremely unprofessional and suspicious company.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and they came in under seven days both amazingly and the quality is great! They paid duty and shipping is free depending how much you spend. You can't get any better than that! I'll definitely be ordering from them again! Thank

I ordered a couple of times on Boohoo. The dresses were fineand they fit but as soon as I received some dresses that I was not satisfied with, then there was a problem. I returned the dresses like they told me too and then nothing... I have been waiting 4 months for my refund! Bad company when there is a refund involved.
I had to wait 2 weeks for my order they said would take 5 days. I ordered 2 pair of jeans in size US 8 and they sent them in UK 8 well thats a size 4 in US and I was positive I put US Size 8 because I knew it was a UK company. Still waiting my refund. It's a joke. Don't buy from them!
I ordered from boohoo.com on 6/26/15 and I received my order in the mail today. Fast service, the quality of the clothing was what I expected, I had no issues with them at all! I will definitely order from them again in the future.
I ordered a playsuit on sunday in preparation for a party on saturday and bought delivery which was 3-5 days so I was sure I would have time to try it on, see if I liked it and have the whole of saturday to find something if I didn't like it. However I sat inside the whole day saturday waiting for my outfit for the night and had to leave to go to the party without it being delivered. I emailed once on friday and once on saturday to see what the hold up was because I tracked my order and It said it was in transit yet was ignored both times. If you order from boohoo don't expect it to arrive on time or get an answer from customer services either.
You may be drawn to this site because of how cheap a lot of the items are however I've had a lot of experience with this store and if you buy something cheap, expect a cheap looking and feeling product. I wouldn't say boohoo is deceitful but sometimes the cheaper items do look better on the site than in person. I've bought cheap tops off this site and they just weren't worth it, bad material, thin, not true to size etc...
If you're willing to pay a bit more ($30 range) you will get a decent quality item that looks good. Their denim, shoes, coats and other things that aren't below $10 are amazing and actually a bargain. I got a very thick, nice coat for $90 and a well made dress for $30.
TLDR: You get what you pay for. Boohoo draws people in with the lowest prices but don't buy those items. Look at their mid-range level priced clothes and I can assure you that there is quality and better prices than what you'd find in retail stores.
The clothes are awful and the customer service is bad. Avoid unless you like the Boohoo feeling.

I ordered from Boohoo.com after hearing about it through a blogger. I had the worst experience with the company in not being able to track my package and having to go back and forth for days via email with different people about the whereabouts of my package.
To top it all off, when I received my package, the bracelet I ordered fell out of the bag IN BROKEN PIECES! None of my clothes looked anything like it did on the website and nothing fit right! The clothes are poorly made and have no shape! I was so disappointed! I wanted to return my entire order but got so busy with my job that I kept forgetting to return the merchandise and get my money back. I guess I will have to trash everything.
Was so worried about buying online after reading so many bad reviews but my experience with boohoo has been perfect! I ordered last Wednesday and my order arrived this morning all in very good condition. All my questions asked trough their facebook page were answered very quickly. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to anyone!
- I had an Order No. ******* with 7 items that was ordered and was supposed to reach in April.
- From the tracking service, I noticed that the parcel reached my country but was returned to the sender due to an invalid address. I had provided a complete delivery address.
- Through enquiry from my local postal service, the package label by BooHoo had omitted an address detail which caused the package to be sent back.
- After multiple frustrating emails with different BooHoo customer service staff, 3 of the original 7 items were shipped out again to me and the cost of the remainder 4 items refunded to me.
- The 3 items re-shipped to me STILL had an incomplete delivery address even though Saqib from Customer Service had confirmed my FULL delivery address via email.
- When I communicated this to Customer Service, a different person replied, completely ignoring the issues I had highlighted and my request for a refund, and said the items have reached Singapore and should be reaching me.
VERDICT: Do not order from this site. You may have had numerous successful orders without a hitch, but it's a matter of time before things go awry.
Ordered from boohoo May 2nd, around…7 PM. Then I read the reviews here, I freaked out. Tried to cancel the order but the company says once you send the order it's almost impossible to cancel it and instead you have to refund it after receiving the items and sending them back. I didn't even go through PayPal just in case I had a dispute on my hands which was careless of me.
Nervously, I emailed them and told them I was extremely worried about their bad reviews and I need to know what steps to take in case my package doesn't arrive and where can I find real legitimate reviews on them that are actually positive. The response was WONDERFUL! Next day my items shipped. They told me not to worry and gave me instructions just in case they didn't arrive and told me I would be updated every step of the way. Which I was! Tracking number wasn't helpful at first so I just crossed my fingers and waited. On the 7th I got an email about my items being 3 days out estimated and a real working tracking number! On the 9th I got my items, which the estimated days were the 11th-15th. Tried them on FIT WONDERFULLY. The quality reminds me of forever 21 but a little better. Maybe Target. The bathing suit was my favorite, so pretty and colorful and a great fit (was worried my butt would show like in all other bathing suits and it didn't). I bought a sweater a size bigger (well I'm in between sizes so I got the larger one) and that fit perfectly. I'm excited, the clothes on the website are cute to me for reasonable prices. I won't say cheap and I won't say expensive. So, it's worth it. I love this site and will certainly buy from them again.
Ordered from them from Singapore and was impressed at first at how quickly they shipped out my items. Told me my expected delivery was between 4th-6th may but even after the 6th, i did not receive my parcel. Went online to track my parcel, and the site states that it has been "delivered", on the same night, got an auto generated email from boohoo saying my order has been cancelled. Made no cancellation whatsoever, did not even get an email informing me as to what happened. Quite dodgy that they would state that my parcel is delivered on their tracking site but in reality my order has been cancelled. I even paid £7 for shipping so i expected at least reliable tracking lol. I was so confused so i emailed boohoo. They did not sound one bit apologetic and refused to reply my enquiries and were very vague in explaining anything. Customer service is horrible, especially for a company that is quite well known. Smaller companies i've ordered from the UK provide much more reliable services and tracking
So their clothes are trendy with very attractive prices. DONT BE LURDED IN.
This company is a total scam. The clothes are garbage, poor quality is an understatement.
If you have a return, good luck getting your refund. They won't issue the refund although the item was returned to them within their return guidelines.

I've purchased from this site 2-3 times in the past and always received what I ordered. I complained about overpaying duties due to a human error and boohoo dealt with my situation promptly. I don't know why people are dissatisfied with this company.
The only reason i'm not rating it 5 stars is because of the inconsistency of product quality. Some of them are great, some of them seem flimsy and cheap.
Products are made cheap not at all like showing on site, second they will never refund your money, they give you months of run around stories and drag it out and then just disappear and never answer emails once they say they have a 21 day return policy but after 90 days or no refund and they have had your merchandise and accounted for it you will never get your refund. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
First time user; items ordered are good quality, they match the descriptions and sizes perfectly, and the delivery was on time and hassle-free. Pricing is unbelievable! What's not to like?
