If you have a return, good luck getting your refund. They won't issue the refund although the item was returned to them within their return guidelines.

My 1st order on Boohoo and definitely my last. I just recieved my sequin(Plastic) tshirt dress. And this is NOT sequin. It's layers of plastic rounds. And it makes noise at every touch. What a shame
I order from boohoo so often it's so convenient shipping to Ireland is so fast free return and quality of the cloths and shoes are good only thing I haven't liked I baught from then was the stick on bras that was not one bit sticky and knickers which were awkward material I have messaged them and they asked me to return them but I haven't had time and left it to long now but other than that I will continue to buy cloths from them just no underwear anymore
Pure FRAUD. ORDER WAS NOT THE CORRECT ORDER. NOTHING ABOUT THE ORDERED BOOTS WAS CORRECT. Big mess trying to return: getting many emails from 4 different sources--none are resolving the return problem. Classic scam of deceive the buyer and blast fake emails so the buyer gets frustrated abd gives up. I am not giving up.

Paid for sepcial. Delivery never received it due to mistakes od DPD it returned to boohoo as i dont want it anynore... i was waiting to long for it and they force me to pay for delivery even i never recieved a parcel, it was never at my house it went from dpd to booboo.Its awful!
Hello, I received my items and all I want to say is how sad, disgusted and disappointed im with boohoo, the delivery was a problem full of lies. The quality of the products very very poor. I went though the reviews and I came across a few saying they had the same problem,
With a falso promise of delivery and dont giving a s••• about customer, all the customer service keeps saying is there was an attempt of delivery and we should wait a bit more even after next premium NEXT DAY delivery being paid

I am very confused and very disappointed. It has been 2 weeks since I 1st ordered my items and I have not received them. I track my package on your site and it says I will still not get it until 7/30/15. But when I track it through your carrier It says my package is out for delivery in my town as of right now. BUt... I just went to check the mail box and there was "my" package from boohoo addressed to me with my address on the top like normal. Then... When I go to open the package it contains 2 items that are not mine! I never ordered these dresses EVER. And it had a Delivery summery paper listing the items with someone else's name: Veronica Sparrow from 33 St John Ave APt #1 Binghampton NY *******. I am really upset because does this mean my clothing items got delivered to someone else!? I have been waiting for 2 weeks just to find out I got the wrong items! I was planning on wearing the items I ordered and waited for to my friends wedding this weekend. Can Boohoo please explain how this happens! I need all my money back asap! I will never order from here again. And will make sure no one I know orders from here. Garbage!

I had purchased 2 items on December 14th. By December 16th i got an email saying they were shipped. I paid the extra money so that they could be sent to me by the 21st. In total i spent 74$. My products have been sitting in a postoffice in NY since December 18th. I just received an email saying im being refunded 20$ because my items are out of stock! Both items were over 20$. Im highly pissed offf. Customer service doesnt work and basically doesn't exist with this business. If i could give negative stars i would. The tracking number they give is a fraud and doesnt even work
I did the site quiz about what size to buy and it told me to buy 16 so I ordered a size 16 jeans when they came I couldn't even get them past my bum, I always order 16 everywhere but I know that sizes are different for each store/ website so I sent them back and ordered plus size 18 instead they came and still don't fit, the last time I bought a pair of jeans (size 16) I was 1 stone heavier so I know it's not because I have gained weight or anything, I also ordered a plus size 18 dress which is fine in length and around the stomach but on my chest it's too small, I usually buy size 16 for that aswell, the clothes in general are nice and are exactly what they looked like but the sizing is all over the place.
I would give no stars if I could This place BOOHOO advertises a size which is the wrong size then you pay for postage and you send it back and pay for the postage again and you have no top no money and you are out of pocket even more money. They do not have a exchange program and if you want the right size you have to pay for the postage again so a $18 top will end up costing you double at least

I bout a few things from Boohoo... saw the ad on Facebook and gave it a try. I was really unexpectedly pleased with a few items I bought. I'm 5'7 199 lbs and site said my size would be a 14 but I got my US size 12 and glad I did. The 14's would have been too big. Nothing I purchased was too big or small. It fit me just right. The only complaint I have in the blazer (long blazer black with I believe gold chain links) I bought was the shoulder pads are bigger than I'd like them to be. Material is kinda flimsy but it's still cute and I'll still wear it. The rose dress I bought with the high neck is sooooo cute. My favorite purchase. The tank with sheer cleave isbsuoer cute too. Didn't fit snug. Nice silk like material but stretchy so it doesn't hug my fluffy tummy. The cheetah print mini skirt is cute. Kinda like a polyester material but stretchy. Fits really nice and was only $3. Definitely worth it. I also got the plaid skirt with suspenders attached. It's ok. Not my fave... good material but my shape isn't right for it... Yet. It's a little long for my liking. Wished it was shorter... comes right above my knee. Again I'm 5'7. I will definitely shop again... I kinda now kno what to look for
I paid an extra 2 to get my delivery within 4 days as i wanted it for an event and it came in 6 working days! I have already had delivery problems with another order too. So disappointed.
I placed an order on June 3,2021. I received an e-mail advising me that the package was shipped on June 8,2021. I contacted customer service multiple times, the tracking information is not up to date, FedEx hasn't received the package, I was advised on June 21,2021 that the package would be delivered within the next 72 hours and they wouldn't issue me a refund. The 72 hours passed and then another day, I reached out to customer service notifying them that I haven't received the package. I was forced to dispute this transaction given that their tracking information is unreliable, and their customer service agents are unresponsive. It's been over a week since the e-mail promising me delivery of my package within 72 hours — I still haven't received my package nor a follow up response despite the multiple emails I sent them. Fedex still shows that the estimated delivery date is "pending." Furthermore, I had to get my financial institution involved to urge a response and I still have yet to hear back. Stay away!
While it is true that you get what you pay for, I expected at least decent quality. F21 has better quality and similar prices. Items arrived on time, but it really wasn't worth waiting for them. Out of 12 items, I kept 4 of "meh" quality. The others were of HORRIBLE quality and I will be returning. Items do not look like the pictures. Ordered a yellow blouse and got an orange sheet-looking thing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The size guide is not right and you will not receive the right sizes no matter what you do! I emailed them about this three times about the fact that their sizes never are correct and all I got as an answer was "use the size guide". WTF? Thats not what I asked about! The sizes simply arent what you order! Doesnt matter if you are a size 10 cause the chlothes you receive arent a size 10!
I placed an order on 8.5 for a total of 68.99$ (59$ for product + 9.99$ for shipping).
I was promised up to 14 working days shipping.
On June 20th I received a letter stating I need to pay another 9.99$ to EMS post to receive my order!
So not only I paid for shipping and the order was EXTREMELY late, but I was also asked to pay EXTRA for shipping!
Boohoo refused to refund me for the shipping stating: "we can't take responsibility for other charges once your parcel arrives in your country"
I didn't even asked to get the whole shipping charge refunded due their late delivery, just for the extra charge!
They chose to lose me as returning customer rather than refund me 10$!
So basically our value for Boohoo as customers is LESS THAN 10$!

I love this website, i love the clothes, i love the deals but shipping is complete BULL. I have ordered and paid for 4 day shipping 3 times. Im currently waiting on a delivery that was to be delivered TODAY but I am told they are still waiting on USPS to pick up the parcel... we have been waiting for 3 DAYS FOR USPS to pick it up? I must seem like an idiot Ive worked with USPS multiple times throughout my life time and have never had an issue with them, BOOHOO is the issue. Im tired of paying extra to NEVER EVER receive my things on time. And Dont be fooled its a new excuse everytime your order it late! Ive spent so much money with boohoo, I love the deals and clothes, but I will NEVER order from them again.
They sent me 2 jumpsuit that were defected! I sent them back. I spend over 16$ to return. On their first message they said, ok make sure you save your receipt, which I did. After them receiving my return, they refuse to Reinburse me for defected return fees. HOW TACKY CAN THIS COCKROACH COMPANY BE? I will be posting on many sites for their how sneaky of a leech they are!
I ordered two jackets since it seemed like it was pretty on one of my friends. She mentioned it was a cheap and quick buy. I should have headed the word cheap. I would describe this fabric like the kind you can make out of blankets that you can get at a local fabric store and sew together your self. The stitching on the inside of the jacket to sew the sleeves together was so bulky, itchy, and uncomfortable. I could feel it all of the way down my arm from pit to wrist. I couldn't believe that there was no lining on the inside of the jacket! I will not risk buying again. I've had such horrible online buying experiences and this one has just been added to the list. I would still rather go shopping in person for items to avoid this hot mess. At least in person, you can touch, see, feel, and try on the clothing to ensure it is not a total waste of time waiting, shopping, returning, and waiting for your refund. Please* do not allow the "made in italy" on the tag fool you into thinking it means it is high quality. It's just like it stating "made in china".
