I have ordered a lot from Boohoo, and they were usually hit or miss, but the coupons and sales made it worth it. I noticed as time went on that their quality was getting worse yet they were getting more expensive. I finally decided to try them one last time, and got my answer. I ordered two matching sets and the quality was horrendous. Normally returning something is free, but they must have recently changed their policy because they charged me to return it. I basically payed $15 for shipping there and back for clothes that were the quality of $1. Never ordering from them again.
I ordered some boyfriend jeans and they were WAY too big. I followed the size chart accordingly but still huge. Also when it came it was ripped and horrible packaged. Would not recommend :(
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I received my order but, was a little nervous as the sizes I ordered was not what I received. However each item fit perfectly! Shipping took a few extra days but I mean there's an entire pandemic out there. If you're unsure place a small order & check it out. I've just placed my second order!

I ordered well over 3 weeks ago didn't get it delivered on the expected date so I contacted the customer service and reminded them I paid for fast delivery and they said unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I paid $15 extra to have it shipped faster. So the second time around I still don't have my order and there response is we can't do anything about it. This by far has been the most unprofessional way to handle this entire situation. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my items and not even one apology from them. Kind you I paid for expedited delivery and no refund for that even. Neverever again. Folks please DONOT order from them if this wasn't my first time I would have never going to this pain. And I still have no idea where my order is because the tracking does not give you any accurate information
Ordered to pairs of tall cut boyfriend jeans size EU 34 and 36. The site stated that the model had size 38. The packaged contained 2 pairs of remarked jeans that where another model and both measured in as a size 40 instead. Shipping back is not covered by boohoo. Site is in Swedish( when in Sweden) but shipping is actually to the UK thus sending them back would cost me more than the pairs cost. Please stay away from boohoo as they are a fraud.
While it is true that you get what you pay for, I expected at least decent quality. F21 has better quality and similar prices. Items arrived on time, but it really wasn't worth waiting for them. Out of 12 items, I kept 4 of "meh" quality. The others were of HORRIBLE quality and I will be returning. Items do not look like the pictures. Ordered a yellow blouse and got an orange sheet-looking thing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

The blue one... was actually black. The peach one aas actually rotten peach and the veige one was so see through I'm not sure it had a colour. One customer service person agreed, the others argued and said I was wrong.
They make you pay top dollar for rubbish, then charge excessive postage too and from.

Bought 2 items and you have to pay 16$ for the shipping. They canceled an item because it is apparently « out of stock » but wasn't when i ordered. Now they won't cancel my order for just one shirt the same price as the shipping. They really just want to make money over everything else. Now i'm gonna have a shirt for the double of what it is worth. Also, have ordered a lot of clothes from there before that and most of the time it looks good but the fabric is so thin for what you pay and its almost uncomfortable. Don't order from this company, order from somewhere else really...

I would not reccomend ordering anything from boohoo. Their products are low quality and the sizes are completely innaccurate. Their customer service is awful as well and you won't be able to exchange faulty products. I would just order from somewhere else, ordering from boohoo is a waste of time and money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM SCAM COMPANY. I order 9 items totaling over $100 and paid for expedited shipping. It has been over 2 WEEKS STILL NO PACKAGE. 6 Days past my promised scheduled date. Customer service gives you the run around, promising new dates and no clear date and had the audacity to refund me 5.00! I am so sorry I wasted my money and got scammed. AVIOD AT ALL COST.
I ordered clothes almost 3 weeks ago and never received my items. According to fed-ex the package was empty which honestly is difficult for me to believe. I will never order from this site again. It's just wasted money and time. The reason they don't have a telephone number must be b/c of the amount of complaints they would receive. Lol...
EDIT: Prior to this review, speaking with fed-ex and finding out my items weren't coming, I ordered from the site again. The difference between the orders are, I used Klarna for the first order and paid the total amount for the second order. Received all of my items with the second order. Use Klarna at your own risk. Sticking with the 1 star rating because I never heard from Boohoo via email regarding the first order. That's bad business.
EDIT 6/18/2020: Reached out to BooHoo via instagram and left comments about not receiving my items. A representative reached out, looked up my account and gave me a refund. Changing the rating because they rectified the situation and I received my second order.
I ordered a package from boohoo on may 17th I paid and additional 14.99 for expedited shipping it is now may 27th 10 days later and I reached out requesting that they refund my shipping and they refused it is a complete scam to charge someone for a service you do not provide I paid 14.99 to have my package in 5 days it is now day 10 and I still do not have a package I want my shipping charge refunded now
I had an issue with my Credit card and was only able to speak to some random robot on WhatsApp who did absolutely nothing to help! I called the bank and they indicated that the issue was on Boohoo.com's side and that they needed to resolve quickly. The entire ordeal was super frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your energy ladies

Otydlig information om vad som gäller vid returer. Fick betala drygt 600kr till posten för att skicka tillbaka grejerna & till råga på allt kräver Boohoo att jag fortfarande måste betala 199kr för frakten av min beställning trots att jag returnerat alla varor. 800kr helt bortkastade. Undvik & bojkotta.
I'm extremely upset and feel ripped off by Boohoo. This last order I made I spent over 500$ on white sweatpants because they advertised that they were 100% cotton only to receive them and they were 100% polyester on the label. I had even contacted customer service to ask if they were preshrunk and they said they would get back to me. No one informed me that they weren't cotton. I go back to the website listing and they switched it to polyester after I made the purchase. Customer service has done nothing for me, I keep having to speak to different people and repeating myself because they don't read into the past conversation. Being that I live in Canada I will have to pay huge shipping fees to return the clothing and will lose the shipping fee I paid to receive them. This is so wrong considering I bought items that were false advertised and now I have to pay for it. Horrible customer service I will never buy from here again.
Three weeks haven't received my package! Called fed x and they denied the package cause it was empty! They suppose to issue a refund! You get what u pay for! These pple have sent orders in the past either clothes faulty or too big or missing! Guys do not! I repeat do not order you will be upset thank me later 130.00 gone!
