I will never order from here again, nothing to do with Boohoo, but because of the fact they have hermes deliver their parcels. If they had a reliable company like DHL or DPD i would order from here.
I would've given them negative stars if i could. The worst ever trashy materials i ordered 8 items, material is the worst bot true to size. So i decided to keep 2 and return the rest. The two items i kelt literally shrunk after the first wash not only that, the sweater got ripped some how pic attached, not judt that when i went through return website they wanted to charge me more money plus that i'm gonna pay at usps. What freaking service is that. So disappointed will never ever buy anything from boohoo again and will never recommend it
I've been a customer since 2016 but every order I've had this year there has been issues and it isn't due to the pandemic. I've experienced wrong tracking numbers, poor customer service and canceled items with just an email saying (oops our bad). Once this last item comes that I have been waiting for Since September, they won't hear from me again.

I consulted the agent on the 23 of September and I was told to wait till 26September they are investigating the courier company that should have delivered my parcel else they will be a refund on that day. On Sept 27, a consulted them again requesting for a refund, the second agent told me the very same story to wait till 7 October they are investigating the courier company, and if I haven't received my order by Oct07 they will refund me. Today is 08 October, I don't understand if I am banned from chatting with Layla or what's happening, I've long navigated to Chat with Layla and the chat wont even open.

They took extra money out of my account and so I emailed them to get my money back, and they took very long to get back to me, and it was a very long process in the start, I had to give heaps of information that was very irrelevant. And I didn't even get my money back in the end. It just took so long, I couldn't be bothered following up with it. But surely an incident like that could be corrected straight away? I will never ever be purchasing from them again.

I am waiting for a delivery they create a level in Feddex they never put a package physically. Wort company ever to deal with. I paid for 3 days delivery. Waiting for a month. I want my money back.

Such poor quality clothing and the sizes are so far off it's a joke! I am a size 8-10, and I ordered a size 8 dress and 2 other size 10 items. The size 10 top wouldn't stretch enough for me to even get it past my arms and head. I also bought a dress in an 8 which fitted fine but the material quality is shocking! The other was a set of lounge wear which were nice in a size 10, the top fitted ok but the size 10 bottoms were super tight! I am done with boohoo and I will never buy from them again.
First time ever using boohoo. I've dropped 100$ on clothing and I'm from USA and was expecting a weeks wait for delivery. It's not been 3 weeks and I haven't gotten anything yet. Not only that they make you pay $10 for their shipping and it's still taking forever to arrive. Also when you try to track package, it brings you to strange website that can't track it at all. Never shopping there again and would recommend to anyone not either
Not only are the clothes terrible quality. But the fact that they flat out lie about paying duties for shipping to Canada all over there website. When I messaged about the fact that I have to pay 40$ Each on the 2 packages they sent I was told to contact them on Facebook and they would refund me. I contacted them and sent all the screenshots of the duties I paid. I was told I'd be refunded to my card by the 3 of September. It is now the 8th and I know there will be no refund. Complete scam stay far away!

I ordered from boohoo twice big orders and they came fast ( up to one week but cause of distance) and I mean the quality is good, it's not perfect but good. Everything was exactly as ordered. ( size, color) The clothes doesn't leave colors after washing. I'm really satisfied with boohoo but of course you get what you pay for so to be careful when ordering cheap items especially.
I ordered $60 worth of clothing from boohoo and they sent me one confirmation email and then never any tracking. I tried to log in multiple times to my acct and it would not allow me. I then tried to change my password and the link would expire within seconds. I finally got ONE SKIRT this week and it's saying my order was fulfilled. Every time I click the contact us link on their website, nothing happens so I literally cannot get into contact with them. The best part is the skirt was literally $7, the cheapest part of the package. DO NOT buy from here they are unorganized and have ZERO customer service and stole money from me. :)) ))))))
