I ordered my dress about 9 days ago thinking it wud come on the 7th day since it had 5-7 buisness days delivery. I NEEDED that dress by the 7th day since it was my sisters baby shower but i expected it to come sooner... It hasnt come yet! I ordered 2 sweatsuit sets. One came with a hole in the crotch. I contacted the merchant and they want to refund me $6.95 and asked me to fix the hole! 1. I didn't order damaged products and 2. I shouldn't have to repair a brand new pair of pants. I will not purchase from them ever again!
Paid next day delivery for a Christmas present in November. On 30th November was marked as delayed on the shipping agent. I tried contacting customer services via their virtual chat several times throughout December only to be told to keep waiting. In early Jan, I found an email for customer services (which was NOT easy) and contacted them. I was told to wait 11 days from 30th December which is the last time their internal system was updated. Contacted them again on 12th January only to be told that didn't include bank holidays so I've now got to wait for 14th Jan to see if it turns up.
Appalling customer service. The parcel is clearly lost at this stage but they are making me wait as long as possible before acknowledging it. Still waiting for my refund and waiting to hear what the next excuse will be on the 14th.
I returned a coat because it was too big and the quality was terrible. I got an email saying they received my item and that I should expect a refund. After about a month I reached out to them because I hadn't received it yet. I was told that they had already issued my refund. I sent them screenshots of my bank statements from the date of purchase to the date of this email correspondence, clearly showing I had not received my refund. They responded by saying they already issued it. I then went back and forth (for months at this point), sending my proof at least 6 times, each time receiving the same bull$#*! answer signed by different employees every time. Don't waste your money on these overpriced cheaply made clothes, or time trying to communicate with their customer service bots.
I purchased few stuff and didn't received my package. I tried to reach out to the company several times and i couldn't get a respond, there's no way of contacting them, so end up loose. What kind a company is this cannot respond to their customers,this is stealing and cruelty, i wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase here and i will never purchase anything from boohoo again..
Worst customer service ever. Paid extra for express shipping. It never arrived anywhere close to express. Definitely a scamming company. No phone number and customer service reps seem to be bots who repeat the same crap over and over. Do not buy from them. Quality is poor and service does not measure up to anything close to quality.

I'm sorry to know that you haven't received your parcel yet. This is not what we want you to experience from us, especially that you have a premier. We do our very best to get your orders delivered to you on time but sometimes there are delays with the courier that we can't foresee. I can see your parcel was due to be delivered to you on the 24th of December but hasn't had a tracking update since the 24th of December. We do have a certain timeframe agreed with the courier to investigate a parcel that hasn't had a tracking update in a while. Please allow until the 10th of January for this to be investigated and delivered to you. It may sound like a while, but your parcel could still be delivered to you within this timeframe. Rest assured, if you haven't received anything by this date, you will absolutely be fully refunded or have the order replaced if the items are still available (totally your choice). You can keep an eye on it here:
Appalling service. Bought several items on 12th December with Premium next day delivery. Items never arrived. Only resolved/refunded today. They excused themselves of any responsibility by blaming Evri. Customer service is obviously offshored with standard templates replies. Might as well banged my head on a wall. Asked them to refund the premier service charge (only bought to guarentee Xmas delivery lol) and they are now refusing. I'd strongly avoid using them.
Do NOT ORDER from this place. There is a reason they have no phone number and $#*!ty reviews! If you order a Christmas present early as we all do forget a return if something don't fit! Would get a negative 1000 stars if possible.
If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. Cheap material, nothing like the pictures online and extremely overpriced for the awful quality. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.
I ordered a shirt and it was too large to keep so I returned it. I paid to ship it, and then they still charged me a portion of the payment. If I returned the item, why wouldn't I get the full amount refunded to me? Don't buy from here unless you know for sure you are going to keep your item!

First I wanted to complain because I had measured myself using their instructions and their sizing guide was way off, when the items arrived they were 2 sizes too big!
When I expressed this customer service didn't care, they told me that "next time I should use their sizing guide" and sent me a link to it. Then I paid to return the items, which you usually don't have to pay for but okay. Re-ordered items for the second time...and...THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG and wouldn't ship the item that I ordered till I sent back the wrong item when I did. I expressed that I had paid for express delivery so I could have it before I went on holiday, they told me they were shipping my item next day delivery and they LIED they put it on standard 6-day delivery. When I raised the question they gave me another bs excuse. I am absolutely appalled by the experience. Will never be ordering with them ever again.

I brought items from boohoo and didn't get the order. There's absolutely no way of contacting them and I've lost £50 in the process. I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
My package did not arrive, customer service takes 30 minutes or more to contact. You can not call them, only chat or email available. I was told I had to wait 30 days to "confirm" package was lost before I could even get a refund. Will never order anything from them again.
Looks like lots of people having the same issue with this crooked company! You purchase items and get an estimated shipping date of something like 5-7 business days then a month has gone by and you've received NOTHING. Customer service reps are rude af when you can even get ahold of one at all. Oh, and if you have the pleasure of chatting the the manager "Gail", she will also be of zero help, refuse to refund your money or reship the items and instruct you to wait another month just in case it shows up. This company is trash!
WARNING! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They charge you $6 to return an item (to get a return label) and then have the nerve to give you a partial refund because they "don't refund the delivery fee." So you will be out of pocket $15-$20 bucks after returning one item. DON'T DO IT! Terrible customer service as well. Let's all make this known and get this company canceled!
