It is unbelievable, but it's the truth!

I ordered chairs and couch for $1,900 and advised I live on the 6th floor but with an elevator. The truck turned around in front of my door since I do not have a loading ramp or a forklift. I am a private person! They returned the merchandise and charged me $500 for the return. Again: Unbelievable, but true.

Absolutly worst com.

Purchased a chair 250.00 chair came seat scuffed up, no casters head rest doesn't go down after i raised it up and they now want me to send it back at my cost. Worst company i ever purchase from. I should have read the reviews

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Wanted to return 3 office chairs. Their new policy forces you to pay 35% restocking fee and pay for return shipping yourself! Have never heard of a company that does this EVER. I paid $250 to send them back their chairs and I got nothing in return. Spoke to a supervisor and they were no help. They would not budge on the 35% restocking fee even if it meant losing a returning customer. Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

Bizchair will charge the full amount upfront then they will order from china and delivery date will be given a week but after two months there will be no sign of delivery, its hit and miss case, if you get it early then 2 months then it depends on your luck. Furniture will arrive in pieces, you will get complete furniture in 2 3 different deliveries.

Coupon No Honor

I got a heavy duty bariatric chair with arms. I had a coupon in my inbox minutes after I placed the item in cart but I didn't see it until I placed the order. Right after I ordered, I saw the coupon & emailed BizChair asking if they could apply it as the purchase hadn't even gone through. The man said he'd make a note on my account (but I never got the discount). I also haven't gotten a reply to my email.

Bad customer service, and horrible delivery
December 24, 2022

Order chair on 12/13/22 order and just got the chair in today on 12/24/22. It was scheduled to be here 19th. It took like a week before I could talk with a supervisor about the chair. So the chair came in today and the box was beat up in the legs of the chair was sticking out and messed up. So, in other words, the chair showed up damaged..

This website has been my biggest nightmare, Tracy the supervisor on the phone, was an absolute nightmare to speak to, very condescending and entitled! Despite a registered phone call that prove that I was promised 7 days shipment, it took over 14 days to get the furniture! When i tried to cxl the order after this company failed to fulfill their promised, i was told i would have to pay $ 350.00! What a joke! They don't understand how to take ownership of their own mistake and go above and beyond! Pathetic service and awefull costumer service! Never ever again I will but from this store! They are an absolute fraud!

Stay far away
August 11, 2020

For starters, RAUL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

Got an email stating I would receive my chairs on Aug 10. I called off of work, LOST MONEY waiting all day for a shipment that never came. I didn't receive email, phone call or any form of communication letting me know what to expect. This company is very unprofessional. Raul got into a shouting match with me about a full refund. I want a full refund and he said that won't be possible. I'm infuriated! How do you deny me my full refund if I've never received my order?!? Raul will bring this company down with his attitude and ego alone. I literally can't believe they hire people like him to work in customer service. I hate to leave reviews but this is your warning STAY AWAY. Im going to fight to get my money back and keep calling and reporting to whomever necessary.
Think twice before throwing away your money guys.

We bought 4 bar stools from Bizchair.com and the stools arrived fast. Turns out we made a mistake and ordered the wrong stools. So with Traceys help we returned the wrong stools and reordered the correct stools. They have very good customer service relations. Thanks.

Customer service sucks
September 12, 2023

I ordered 6 barstools in red with red poly seats. They sent 1 gray seat. I have called 3 times now asking how and where to exchange the seat. Instead of sending me a retun label so I could exchange the seat for a red one, I was told that they would be opening up a case and for me to send pics of the item that was sent in error. They also told me to just donate the gray seat.? Luckily I kept it because it looks like I will have to spray paint the gray seat red.

Chairs we ordered all arrived dented, scratched and with cosmetic damage. We reached out to customer service and never heard back. The discount they offer is not worth the product you receive.

This company may sell defective product for high profit. 2/4 shelves have problems, one has obvious distorted shape.
When I place order, says free shipping, after that, ask me pay shipping fee.

I read bad review from other consumers. It deserves closing door.

Horrible customer service. Online ordering system is stone age--does not send email confirmation, shipping confirmation or tracking number. Company sent two shipments and only wanted one. Company would not take item back OR even offer a partial refund; they profited in full TWICE off a mistake caused by their online system. Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Product not of quality expected. Will never shop with these jokers again.

Read all reviews before purchasing a sofa. You almost scared me off. Two things to consider when you buy from this company: 1. Always request a sample of the fabric because the web site pictures are not accurate 2. Realize that nothing comes in 3 days - it took 2 weeks. Also there products are made in North Carolina not China. With these things in mind the sofa is terrific. It cost much less then other stores and web sites I visited. Customer service was just fine, They led me to the manufacturer who answered all my questions and were very helpful.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. After ordering two $700.00 items, both arrived beat up and cracked in a number of spots. They won’t replace, return or refund any money. Their so called “customer service” consist of being put on hold for long periods of time, getting lied to and hung up on. This “business” is a joke.

Very Disappointed!

Very Disappointed! I ordered chairs for my barbershop for the waiting area that said they hold 500 lbs and when they arrived, they were a size that fit my 5 year old daughter's Kindergarten class. How could they possibly fit someone up to 500 lb comfortably? Then to find out shipping is on my dime. Now I have 6 chairs sitting in boxes waiting to be donated after already spending$175. Bad business. Only return business builds a companies reputation. You got me once but not again.

BizChair is a joke. Ordered over $2000 worth of office furniture for our business and the table was damaged on arrival. Neither the shipping company or BizChair would take responsibility or give any kind of refund. I will NEVER order from this company again. Terrible customer service!

If I could give BizChair zero stars, I would.

After placing my order and receiving my invoice which clearly stated "Free Shipping on this item" they tried to charge me almost $100 more dollars for shipping. Upon taking this to the attention a freight department rep, they would not honor the original invoice. BizChair was recommended by my Chiropractor. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. They did not even attempt to meet me at a middle ground. It is very underhanded. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

On 9-8-14, I ordered a mobile service bench at a total cost of $896. The BizChair site indicated shipment in "2-7 business days." The money was taken out of our account on 9-11-14. When I heard nothing, I contacted BizChair on 9-18, and was told this item was on back-order with estimated delivery in 6 weeks. At that time, the website still stated 2-7 business days for shipment. I contacted them again on 10-7-14 for an update without change in projected delivery.

With no updates and no item received, I contacted BizChair again on 11-10-14. (Now over two months waiting for my item.) Their website was saying "3-30 business days" for shipping. The BizChair rep had no new information and indicated vendor was "out to lunch," but she promised to send an update (even confirmed my email address).

As of the writing of this review, I still am no closer to receiving my item. Red flags should have gone up when each rep contact kept asking if I wanted to cancel my order!

I placed an order for a bench on 9/9 and received an email with a tracking # only to be told by fedex that they initiated the slip and have not sent out the product. I called today 9/18 they claim it was shipped which fedex did confirm nothing is going to my address even with another tracking #. I tried to cancel this order several times but nobody will cancel the order and I'm charged $180 and have no bench! I really wish that they would just stop my order and credit my account.
