I ordered 6 barstools in red with red poly seats. They sent 1 gray seat. I have called 3 times now asking how and where to exchange the seat. Instead of sending me a retun label so I could exchange the seat for a red one, I was told that they would be opening up a case and for me to send pics of the item that was sent in error. They also told me to just donate the gray seat.? Luckily I kept it because it looks like I will have to spray paint the gray seat red.
