DON"T USE
October 2, 2017

The only reason why I picked one star is because there was no 0. I purchased two chairs and the day they arrived I knew they didn't match. I immediately emailed them that I needed to return them. It took two weeks for them to send a reply and then I was informed that because I was returning them I would have to not only pay the shipping back but also pay for the shipping that it cost when they sent them. It would end up costing me the cost of one chair to return them. I would never deal with this company again and now I know why Amazon is putting them out of business.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!

Defective products and poor customer service. Used PayPal credit so I was covered but what an ordeal!
Customer service was great until I called to complain that the 8 bar stools I ordered were leaching some type of white substance. Then they completely blew me off stating their product wasn't defective so they weren't going to replace or credit me for the stools.
They don't allow reviews to be posted either, a red flag from the beginning!

I purchase an office executive chair and after 6 months the "gas cylinder" the part that makes the chair go up and down malfunction, its been three more times! The part has been replaced each time and the person in customer service has been great and the part arrive quickly with no extra charge because the chair has a two year warranty. But after a year of use, the seat is flat and the cushioning for the back has also flattened, the chair is hard and uncomfortable to sit in anymore. I will never buy anything else from this company and suggest you shouldn't either. Next purchase will be at overstock.com my brother bought the office star executive chair with discount for the same money I spent at biz chair and it is much better quality and no malfunction. Ordered two lobby chairs. Received one of them with dents in the metal legs and back. The box did not have any damage that would indicate this happened in shipping. The company is blaming the carrier and now stating that since we didn't notate the damage when delivered they can't go back to the carrier. This is not an issue with the carrier. This was an issue with your product when it was packed in the box. I now have a dented chair in my lobby. When customer's ask me where I got these beautiful chairs from, I say, "Don't even bother ordering from them. They don't stand behind their products" and I point them in another company's direction. All we even asked for was a replacement part which probably costs $12 and they refused or to send us a new chair and we could send this one back, they refused. They wanted to give us $75 and keep the dented chair. If I wanted a dented chair I would have just bought a used chair somewhere else. Disappointed.

This company has a terrible return process. Many people had trouble getting their items in a timely manner. My Lapcart top came promptly but three engineers in my house could not get it together. It has a defect through the tubing that does not allow to be assembled. You cannot return the product for a refund. They told my husband, (it was his gift,) that it was his problem. If they would have allowed us to return it,, which they did not, we would have had to pay the shipping and they would charge us the original shipping that they had given us free AND would charge a 35% stocking fee. This company doesn't deserve one star but you have to choose something. This is not the normal on-line shopping policy by almost every other retailer. Please be warned this company does not really allow returns. If you like what they send it may be fine but if you need to return it - FORGET ABOUT IT.

The worse experience I have ever had ordering a product from a company. The product was not as was described, the customer service did not help me, to send it back I had to prove it wasn't as described by sending pictures to them & it took weeks for them to say they'd take it back but I had to pay their their shipping fee which they originally said was Free, my shipping, and restocking fees; all of which totaled over a hundred bucks... which was about the cost of the product I initially paid for! No policies are on the website so they fool you and then stick you with it in the end. I can't believe the CEO of this company thinks this is ok. Never again.

They have the dumbest return policy. I got shipped a defective product and their policy is customer pay for product back even though the product is damaged and it was clearly their fault. The box came beaten up and their parts inside almost looked used and damaged.

I ordered a couch and loveseat and was really worried after reading tons of bad stuff about the company. But they were delivered on time, and they were beautifully packaged. Each was first wrapped in a foam-like plastic sheeting, then wrapped in heavy clear plastic sheeting, then double-boxed in cardboard, and strapped to a pallet. The product was in perfect condition.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with online. I received an incredibly damaged couch frame. To add injury to insult, BizChair had me HELP the delivery service unload the couch (I'm a 24 year old woman, 5'6 and very slight), and REFUSED to replace my EXTREMELY warped couch frame. Here are the pictures. NEVER EVER do "BIZ" with them. My lawyers are in contact with BizChair. ATROCIOUS customer service. $#*! YOU BIZCHAIR. Will be posting this same review all over the internet you shady $#*!s. Luckily, I work for a large news network, so we'll be in touch to run a story. I assume "no comment" from your end. WELCOME.

I found the perfect bookcase at 2 other online retailers. Priced at $650 & $699 it was beyond my budget. After a little research to find the manufacturer's name, I found the bookcase at BizChair for $300. The item arrived promptly in an undamaged carton. Started to unpack the unit and discovered the item was badly damaged. Immediately took photos of the damage and the packing and emailed customer service that I wanted a replacement. Received an immediate response from BizChair who notified the vendor. The vendor arranged for FedEx to pickup damaged item and ship another unit which arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase and BizChair. BizChair is a retail storefront for wholesalers & manufacturers and they cannot make refunds or decisions the vendors will not support. Customers need to research the items they select (chairs do have maximum weight capacities, etc.), be sure they are committed to the purchase and have some flexibility with delivery dates as BizChair apparently does not ship from their own warehouse. The customer service team at BizChair is outstanding and made the exchanged of a large, heavy item easy. It took 3 extra weeks to receive my item due to the exchange but it was well worth the 50% savings.

Criminal scam!

Completely criminal scam. We have posted our story in full on numerous other sites, but to summarize: DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS! They misrepresent what they sell and sell broken, ugly, shoddy utterly irreparable junk and you WILL have to pay full return shipping, and you WILL have to PAY A 35% RESTOCKING FEE! They are a criminal organization that makes their money through restocking fees. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

First time buying my company bought two business chairs from them. Within weeks I was emailing customer service because the plastic holding a wheel on had broken off. They sent me a new wheel. I explained again that it was the plastic holding the wheel that had cracked, not the wheel itself and the chair would have to be replaced. The CSR wanted pictures of it. After I sent them she said she would send me the paperwork to send the chair back. A week went by. I emailed again. She said she was sending me the paperwork that day. Half another week went by. I emailed again. She got an attitude and STARTED TYPING LIKE THIS! Saying I should have the paperwork by now. I called customer service and explained that the CSR I had been dealing with was not resolving my issue and was getting snotty with me (though in more diplomatic terms.) Her response was to ask me what the name of the rep was, put me on hold, and then put me on the line with the very CSR that I had been having problems with!
Also, to send the chair back I had to supply my own shipping and packing materials. Freight is outrageous and I don't have an abundance of chair-sized boxes lying around. BizChair's response? Oh well, not our problem.

Long story short, this issue started in September and was never satisfactorily resolved, but I finally gave up around December. The other chair we ordered from them is still in use, but we have pulled metal rods out of it that were protruding from the seat. Will never buy from BizChair again.

Upon noticing that nearly ALL reviews on their actual website were placed on August 5,2013, and of course glowing (highly suspicious). I decided to look them up elsewhere. HORRIFYING REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY and their CUSTOMER SERVICE. I promptly attempted cancelling my order. The woman I spoke to was Shawnette Cottle, she was unpleasant and hung up on me with no warning. I have not received my money back. STAY AWAY! Any positive reviews of this company are completely fabricated, painfully obviously so!

I repeat, do not purchase a chair from this company.
I think the chair we received has USED PARTS. Several of the parts are bent and the foot rest looks scuffed.
When I called to tell them about it their customer service and policies were terrible. I finally decide to return it BUT, even though the chair is damaged there are restocking fees, you are responsible to ship it back, AND, if you can believe this, they charge you for the outbound shipping if it was shipped for free.
This company should be reported to the BBB and I will tell everyone I know about it because now we have spent all this money for a damaged chair that we can't return unless we want to spend almost the amount it cost to buy it.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a product that the bizchair website said was available to ship in 6-7 business days yet after nearly 2 months my product had not shipped (despite the website still claiming the product was available to ship in less than a week). After confirming twice that the product would ship at the beginning of December, the ship date came and went with no update so I finally cancelled my order. My card had been charged immediately at the time I placed the order (rather than at or near the time of shipment for something that was a multiple month lead time) but was made to wait a week for my card to be refunded. I found the product I originally ordered cheaper on another site that does not mislead you on availability and does not hold your money for months for a product they cannot send you. I submitted my review/ feedback to bizchair but it appears they do not care to share what appears to be their consistent feedback with potential customers.
If you have ordered a product from them, save yourself the false promises and cancel your order now; if you have not yet ordered, don't.

They don't tell you shipping until *after* you have paid for it. And their "estimator" of shipping on their own site predicted half of the actual shipping price. Seems a bit fraudulent to me.
