This is a very customer UNFRIENDLY place to shop for pet supplies.
They never want to refund your money for defective products or if the dog clothing does not fit?
I returned 2 items and the owner made a big fuss over it but I did finally get my refund but was told with a very nasty attitude that I should not come back to buy anything in the future because I return too many things? 2 items? Anyway I decided to not return to his store again to buy anything.
Then there is a outside contractor who cleans dogs teeth on the 4th Sunday of each month and starts before store opening time. And I have scheduled appointments with them directly(not through the store) and I meet them at this location for over a year! I am in and out in 20 mins and i wait outside while my dog is being worked on.
Today I was told by the Best in Show owner that the teeth cleaning service did not want me back because I complain too much about their service (lie) and he added... I returned too much from his store too and they did not want me back? I went back to the receptionist, then he said I will call the police if you dont leave! I said go ahead! And I asked the receptionist if there was a problem with me and that they did not want me back? They looked at me bewildered and said no... do you want to schedule another appt? I said yes at another location.
This owner obviously has a problem with me because I returned 2 items and he does not do returns! And of course he lied and exaggerated. He is obviously a liar making up this story for his own personal reasons..., not a professional, rude, obnoxious and threatening person that does not know how to talk to people. This store should be avoided, buyer beware!
And i see others have complained to about this same person with the attitude problem too on Yelp many times! He should not be in the retail business!
Update: The Pet teeth cleaning owners call me that evening to apologize for the incident that they heard about with me and were very upset that the store owner lied about them not wanting me back and trying to play a game on me! They booked another appt for me at another location they do the same service.

I went and looked at a small Yorkie dog and it appeared okay visually. I said I wanted to think on it for a day or two and she said okay.
I called her the next day saying I wanted the dog and she called the day after giving me a story and increased the price from the quoted $2500 to $4120? Stating she would prefer to not sell to himto another breeder at $5000? And wanted to sell the dog to me? So reluctantly I agreed. I felt this was a game on me to get more money!

She delivered the dog on Sept 7th. In the next days ahead the dog was
Choking /gasping for air. As each week went by it got worse and it was clear something was wrong. Kelly said the dogs throat was not fully developed yet and to wait? Not true! After awhile waiting and it getting worse I took the dog to see two Vets, one a Specialist at a Vet hospital, as he was having many attacks all the time.
The Vet did some tests and said the dog had early stages of "Collapsing Trachea" I sent Kelly an email advising her of all this and told her after the final tests I would contact her which i did. She never messaged me back or responded in any way for a month and a half? I told her I wanted to return the dog for refund because he was sold with a pre-existing Genetic Condition. After she learned I filed a claim with my bank card company over a month later, I got a phone message, texts and email from Kelley? She did not address my email concerns but was just defensive.
This matter has dragged on for months trying to get a resolution. I finally I received a refund from MY Bank card Dispute Dept resolving the issue.
She then went on a rampage with emails and said she would not address the dog issue unless I changed my first Yelp review... She did not like it, and ordered me to take the dog to a San Jose Vet hospital to be euthanized (killed) and an autopsy done! I refused, and I asked her for proof of any refund to me from HER account and she refused? Can anyone believe she wanted to have this dog killed to try and prove a point that does not exist. Some concerned Breeder!
Then she tried to blame me with made up lies when the Vets have already Diagnosed the Genetic Condition.
She has a defensive response for everything! Just like all the other bad reviews here on Yelp. About her. Now she is threatening me with a lawsuit! LoL. Like I said the last two times she threatened me, bring it on!
In Summary I had a very very bad experience and do NOT recommend her at all!.

I thought Yelp was a reliable honest company to write reviews with to let people know the good and bad about a persons experience with businesses. Especially now days when so many businesses are practicing extremely bad business practices and bad customer service. I wrote a review on a personal small business because they lied and cheated me and to make a long story short... Yelp took this review and moved it from the main post area (not counting as a review) and put it at the bottom in a separate Link that no one hardly knows its there as it is a gray link at the end of all review? When I called to inquire about my review being gone with yelp I was greeted by this very arrogant young lady that said Yelps reviews are reviewed by a computer that uses algorythms to determine which reviews are removed and there is no way to have them re- reviewed by a person and thats it! She continued to ramble on with more crazy talk that no reputable company would follow? I have lost all faith now in Yelp, as I find reading here has been going on for some time! People should stop using yelp!

I purchased an office chair January 15,2015. A few weeks later the seat flattened. I wanted to return it but they said they had too send replacement seats first? They sent two and still the problem continues. Then the seat broke and I sent photos at their request then they approved the refund and it would be coming shortly. They sent it to another person and then I received a email saying there would NOT be any refund? THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLAY GAMES WITH CUSTOMERS, CAUTION!

I purchased a set of 5 video camera cables. They were made defective.
I followed their stupid process for refund (WHAT A JOKE) but they wanted me to pay return postage to China which was as much as the cost of the cables? COMPANIES ALWAYS PAY FOR RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND IF YOU JUST DONT WANT IT THE CUSTOMER PAYS IS THE WORLD STANDARD. But not China! Their website for filing claims is much to be desired, riddled with poor english and improper words used that do not have the same meaning in english... The people who reply back also do not understand english as to what your saying. Now they want ME TO PROVE IT IS DEFECTIVE BY SENDING THEM A VIDEO? OMG! The button on the return site to send them a "photo" does not work for me? Then they say if you dont send the video in 3 days they will close the matter and you loose your refund? My matter was never solved... So I filed with my Bank credit card for refund. DONT BUY FROM DHGATE!

I had an add posted on yelp. They charged me 2 weeks early. I then called and canceled my add....
