So my last review got removed here. Thanks for that. Do not buy from this company you will receive items that are missing in your purchase you will not get a refund... I bought a miniature kit and some of the main pieces were missing. I asked for that part no money and was told no I could get 2 dollar to use for next purchase. Buyer beware. Also I disputed through them and that was removed.

I ordered two scarves (and after the other reviews am now wondering if they are going to turn out to be fakes). Order was placed on 1-22-16 and they were supposed to be mailed sometime between 2-5 and 2-12. Nothing went out and on 2-12 they put something up (they never emailed me to keep me updated) saying that the order was "on track". No, it isn't! If it was, it would have been sent out! Why is their business model different from that of other companies where you are only billed when the product ships? They have had my money for a month and I have nothing! And if I do not like the scarves (if I ever get them) I do not want to have BTR credit for them. Bad business model, bad way to process orders!
Update: since this, I called and asked for my order to be cancelled. Since it had not shipped yet, they promptly cancelled it and refunded me.

I have been a customer with BTR for almost 5 years now and I bought a lot from them. However, I think they are tired of staying in business and they don't have what it takes to pack up and go. It's just no longer working for them. I have orders since February 3/2016. It will be 4 months in a few days. They don't even have any idea when it will be available. Secondly, I returned some items that were terribly poor quality for the price paid, they issued a BTR store credit, then all their payment issue, which they don't seem to be able to resolve started. You can no longer pay with a credit card, or they don't want you to! Unfortunately, I also could not use my store credit of almost $200, even with $0 due, I don't want to pay with PayPal because I have no balance due, all I ask is to be able to use my store credit and move on to another site for my future purchases.

I've ordered on 16 separate occasions, I waited 3 weeks to 6 weeks for items to arrive, but expected that as I read reviews prior to using the website. Anytime I write customer service to follow up on a purchase, I get same-day responses from them

No complaints, and never been an issue, most people just complain about shipping time. But the stuff I get is well worth the wait :) Today I got Jimmy Choo shoes for under 400$! Score!

I bought few items from here had two cancelled and been waiting 5 months to get a refund, the items received look cheap and fake after the return i called three times per week and kept being told that they have send this over to returns department they received the item and yet dont want to issue a refund... what a waste of time.

I don't know how this company gets away with fraud! Their sight says under new management and ownership, yet they don't say who the new owner(s) are. If this was truly legitimate then they would have no problem posting this information. I haven't been able to find any info of ownership or management for BTR. I am convinced it is still the same owner as before and the supposed "new management and owner" posted on their site is just a ruse to get people to shop so they can take their money and not provide a product. DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless they are willing to post honest information, it is still obviously a scam!

It's true that sometimes retailers may offer cheaper prices than we do. Some of our sales are curated with sought-after items sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price, and some of our items are offered at deep discounts. We typically have the lowest or one of the lowest prices on discounted items, but cannot guarantee the absolute price all the time across the board

Also, as our events do change every 48-72 hours, we’re considered to be a flash sales site, however, it is true that we do repeat some of the same events. Our buyers have been working hard to make BTR a great shopping site for our members and during the last few months we have launched several new brands to the site. We do hope you have checked them out.
We always try our best to provide as much information as we can with regards to product information on our site. However, there are times where we are not always provided the information by our suppliers before the event goes live. Does not honour credit
January 9, 2017

Keep you calling back with promises of honouring credit. Each person tells you it is with the "executive team"... and that you will get your credit, but they fail to do so. Am so disappointed in the number of people who have lied to me. At least be honest and tell us that we are not going to get our credit, don't waste the time of your customers.

Their delivery time is ridiculous! Reputable companies charge your account when they ship. These jokers charge you are soon as you order with a possible shipping date 2-3 weeks out. And then they ship on a slow boat.

I would mark them as spam if I were you.

STAY FAR AWAY

I had purchased a few dresses and they were too large so I returned them. A credit was issued. Later when I tried to use the credit I was unable to. I reached out to customer service who did nothing to help with the transaction error. Now my $200 credit just VANISHED! I have been trying to figure out why for the last few months. When I finally got an answer I was told my credit can't be returned due to new ownership. This is very upsetting and unacceptable. If you are running with the same website and the same customer database, you should owner the credits that were pre-existing on the account!

We need to come together to fight them.
Enough is enough. For how long are we going to have companies like that steal our hard earned money?! Let us unite and fight them!

On 03/21/19, I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Men"s Sunglasses.
Today is 04/24/19! I have not received my order. I was told (2) times that i submitted the wrong address for USPS to deliver my package to. This is absurd!
I have not received my order and i contacted my Credit Card company about this matter. They will be issuing a credit back to my Credit Card.
Please don"t buy anything from this company and they have changed there name to
btr.com
This company is proud to engage in Fraud, Lying...

I returned goods that weren't satisfactory. My credit of $200 disappeared and the company won't respond despite a dozen emails sent. Always an automated response that someone will call. But they never do. It's internet fraud. Hundreds of similar complaints online. BEWARE!

Has really gone downhill.

I've used BTR for a few years now, but my orders from December 2018 will be my last ones. In the past the items were generally good quality. That's not the case anymore. The items look nice in the photos, and it seems like the "markdowns" they're advertising are really great deals. But once you receive them, it's sadly obvious there is NO way these thin, cheap fabrics would have sold for north of $100 anywhere. Expect about the same quality as Stitches or Ardene. Not only that, but my recent orders took two extra weeks to ship (so 5 weeks), and one of my jewellery orders (of about 15 different selections) didn't even arrive at all. I had to make an inquiry, only to find out that my order had been cancelled without my knowledge. And only then did they say they would refund me. BTR didn't even have the decency to give me an additional credit or incentive to continue shopping with them in the future for that blunder. Don't waste your time with these guys. Shop elsewhere.

Somewhat misleading

They always appear to have some great prices on shoes, makeup, clothing, and housewares. I've ordered a few high end things as well. My experience is that the low priced items are the absolute WORST quality.
I recently spent $79 for two pieces of art. They were listed as "Ready to hang immediately". What I received is two rolled up pieces of canvas art. Completely NOT wall ready.
I looked into returning them, and I was disgusted to see that it I used their return labels, they would deduct $10 from my refund for using the labels. They also came in 2 separte rolls. So originally I paid $10 shipping and NOW I'm paying $20 to send them back? $30 down the drain for a product that was described inaccurately that I go to look at for 10 seconds. That's robbery as far as I'm concerned. If this had been a pair of shoes that didn fit, be prepared to spend $20 in shipping just to try them on. HORRIBLE!

I'm another person who's been scammed by Beyond the Rack. Bought a (fake) Louis Vuitton wallet which literally ripped apart after 2 months of light use. After going back & forth for weeks with emails, I'm out $350. This company is an unethical sham operation that needs to be shut down!

I could give it a 0 star if there is one, BTR selling counterfeited merchandise, paid almost 1400$ for a fake bag... :( Feeling betrayed and sad. Will never ever buy from BTR again. This company scam people money. Be aware.

Thank God for SiteJabber which you cannot even find until you've clicked through several pages of search results. Clearly, beyondtherack is a very well financed new venture. They have dozens of search "results" all set and ready to go when you are trying to get at facts. And they give mediocre savings if any. Stay clear.

I placed an order september 20th, it was supposed to be shipped in the first half of october and I'm still waiting for. I try 2 times to contact the customer service (by email) but I thinks it's there is nobody on the other side... Stay away from this website.

I received a statement in my email account that says that I owe them $10 commencing today, December 15,2013. I have never bought anything from them... not ever. They closed up shop at 6 pm e. S. t, but I left a phone message at *******660 and forwarded their email (since you can not reply) to *******@beyondtherack.com requesting they delete that charge and give me an explanation. I note that on sitejabber there is one other complaint that matches mine, with the same date...
