I am having the same issues as everyone else it appears. I have also been buying from them for years but recently had 2 orders never ship. First one place March 5, the second on April 3rd. I cancelled the order after 3 months, was promised a refund that I have never received. The status of my order has now changed to "returned", but as I said, no credit so far. I got an email about them being bought by another company saying I can "File a Claim", but the details are unclear. Something about giving me either a cheque for $5, or credit for $15. My order was over $300.
So I found these reviews after I did a Google search. I, like almost everyone on here had a credit with BTR that was taken away from me without any warning. I got the same email that has been posted a few times on here. I ordered from them quite a bit in the last few years. They were slowly becoming garbage earlier this year. I wanted to use my credit before their management change but I couldn't find one thing I'd even consider ordering. Now I'm out money I paid them. How can this be OK? Please don't shop with BTR, don't support a company that steals money from its customers!
I can't believe I actually had to pay for this delivery service. They give you a 2-3 week shipment date and they can't even manage to meet that. Its been over a month now and all I have been told is that "your order is on track, we will email you when it has shipped". That is not good enough and can't see them being in business for much longer if it continues. Companies like Amazon makes these guys look like amatuers and will not be dealing with them again no matter how many $10 off 'sorry' coupons they send my way.
I placed an order April 26,2016 and still have not received my order. Now, the phone lines are directing me to go to *******@beyondtherack.com. However, they never respond to your inquiries! Im going to place a dispute with paypal against them. Sonja H
Never had any problem in the past, till march 03, when i ordered two polo armani shirts, haven't received my order since march, i heard they filed for bankrupcy, why are they still taking people's money then?
I used to order tons of stuff for my family from this site when it first came to be. Several years later, they were taken over by another company, during that transition part of order $200+ order never arrived. When I called I was told it was sent to me and that it had been delivered, I should send proof. How do you send proof you didn't receive your goods? A loyal customer of 9+ years who had never reported such an issue should have received better treatment but oh well I'm glad it wasn't a much bigger spend for that order. They can keep the few dollars and maybe the company will get wealthier, right?!
Made a search on google and you will see that the articles on this site are more expensive, in addition this company has problems of debt, that is why they do not refund their customers.

I live in Canada and wanted to order some bedding for my new king size bed. I assumed since they said they were located in Canada I would be better to order from them instead of internationally. I was wrong. I ordered 4 different pieces if bedding on Jan. 14/2016, I just got an email today (Feb. 6/2016) that it is being shipped today. 23 days before they even get it starting to be shipped! The same day I ordered something from a company in the USA of which BTR didnt have available, I got it within a week! I will never shop BTR again, misleading thinking its Canadian when I called their Customer Service it sound like they are just a broker and have none of the products, they get them from elsewhere, obviously very slowly too.

As state on the item description pages, as well as our FAQs, it can take 2-3 weeks for us to receive merchandise from our vendors before we can process and ship out. We work hard to ship as quickly as possible, but we do require this waiting period to receive the shipments first, and we do not hide this fact on the website. I have made several purchases and feel confident in buying from this Quebec Canada based company. They do have unique products from all over the world so I suggest checking the country origin. The customer service is good and when they delay or cancel an order due to supplier problems; apologize by telephoning, email and usually offer a $10 coupon with an expiry date. I wouldn't usually spend more the $100 on line unless it is fully refundable and within Canada.

Ordered items (3) in early February approx value 350.00 CDN dollars and I got nothing. Responded to customer service multiple times in regards to a refund when items where not received by mid May but the response was "please be patient". Got an emai about the company claiming bankruptcy... chose between 5.00 refund or 15.00 credit... I don't want either... I will never buy from this site again and the 5.00 dollars is not worth my time! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered Ugg boots, saved 44% by ordering from Beyond the Rack compared to the Uggs Australia web site. I placed my order on Sept 11 and it arrived Sept 24 - a lot faster than their estimated date. The Item was exactly as described and came with lots of free samples.

Ordered a burberry scarf over a month ago. Got an email stating they didn't even ship it and they were sorry. This was a present had to order something last min and rush the order. All they offered me was my refund, just unacceptable service. Don't order from here! Worst experience and service.
I've made 3 purchases from BeyondTheRack, starting on January 6, and have received them all pretty quickly. First purchase: Ordered Jan 6, received Jan 14.3 pairs of shoes and a dress, all seem decent quality, fair price, no complaints.
Second purchase: 50 pair shoe rack for $20. I checked on Amazon to see if it was really a good deal, and the same shoe rack was $40-$50 there so I bought it. Ordered Jan 9, received Jan 17. I haven't opened the box yet as I will be moving soon and will wait until I get settled in my new place.
Third purchase: $10 cat toy within 3 days after my second purchase to take advantage of their 3 days of free shipping after any purchase deal. Ordered Jan 11, received Jan 22. My cat loves it!
Their regular shipping charge is $9.95, which I think is a bit high but I guess I'm just spoiled with free shipping. Still, great products at decent prices.
Will likely order from them again.

I would like to suggest everybody not to get any stuffs from here. It took almost a month for the delivery. I ordered 6 items worth $108. I just received 3 items. The items were like exactly on the picture. But waiting for a month was not worth it. I never got the other 3 items. It says item refunded on my account. However, I have not got any refund yet. They have shipping fees too, which is expensive. So, I am not sure where the products come from. I tried to contact with the customer service. But they do not provide appropriate response. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I will try my best to get refund. :'(

BTR has great prices on high-end products. However, the process takes an extraordinarily long time. I've waited months for items to get to me, and usually by then, I've forgotten about it. In their defense, the site clearly outlines their shipping policies and time frame. Although it is often frustrating to wait so long for an item, they disclose this ahead of time, so you know not to expect the item right away. My most negative experience was when I waited nearly two months for a pair of shoes, only to have the order canceled. I didn't receive any store credit, simply an email saying "sorry, we had to cancel this order". I understand the buying process of sites like this, but there must be a way to ensure a more consistent experience for the consumer. I still recommend this site, however be warned it may take a while to receive your items (unless they are a "quick-ship" deal, which I have found to be very prompt).
If want a refund or return an item to them GOOD LUCK! Emails that claim to have never received! When once I actually did receive a reply to an email 3 MONTHS later might I add -the bull$#*! response was return policy no longer 1 year it's 30 days, had they responded on time initially I would have been within 30 days. So no refund for me, this is a way for them to scam u and not provide a refund.

I purchased item for $58.99. Then found it in store for $29.99. So prices are a rip also.
If u have any brains DO NOT DEAL with this company unless u want to be ripped off, get items delivered in used cereal boxes ( so cheap they can't afford decent boxes) and deal with customer service agents that simply hang up on you when ur not happy. Bring back the old BTR they were great but the new BTR is Awful.
Spent an HOUR(!) all told trying to place a $1200 order for sweaters. The website cleared my cart 3 times during the order, making me go back and re-populate. When I finally got to the end, and put in my credit card number, it timed out - so I had to go through again! Then tried the Amazon pay option, but it reported an error. Then called in to place live, and was told she couldn't see sale prices, so couldn't adjust from full price until orders shipped - so no confirmation on final price at the time of sale! How this company survives is a mystery to me.
Waste of my time.

I ordered a givenchy purse two weeks ago out of impulse because I was so excited about the discounted price. After paying for it, I started to wonder how Beyond The Rack is able to sell the purse at such a discounted price. I googled Beyond The Rack and when I did, multiple sites like site jabber.com got me really nervous. I emailed Beyond The Rack and I also called them the next business day and requested to cancel my order. Lucky for me the item hasn't shipped and they were able to give me a full refund. I did not want to take my chances of receiving a replica. If I am willing to pay a little under a thousand bucks for this purse on a website that I'm not to sure about, I might as well pay a little more to be 100% sure its authentic by going directly to Barney's, saks or givenchy. I have never had a problem with this website I ordered threes time & all my orders came within a reasonable time frame. I'm just wondering if this website it allowed to "mark up" a discount? Seriously I was looking at a pair of shoes that were on "sale" for $19.99 and were said to be regular $80.00. I thought this was too good to be true so I looked up the brand of shoes traced it back to the original website and they were only $24.99 regular on the website? Yes I understand its a marketing scheme, but at least make it reasonable. Do your research before you make a "steal" of a purchase!

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
