I ordered from Beyondtherack on February 20,2016. It is now March 28,2016 and I still have not received my items. I tried to contact beyond the rack but, I'm redirected to another location. At this point, I would appreciate a full refund. I would never order from your company again. "Terrible Customer Service."
I ordered from beyond the rack for the first time, and all my item's were made in China. They market their products as name brands, but they're name brand knock offs. They pay pennies on the dollar for their junk merchandise, then misrepresent it 5o consumers as deep discounted name brand items.
If the deal is too good to be true, you won't be pleasantly surprised. Will never order from them again.
As others have pointed out, the merchandise on this site is not as advertised. I ordered three handbags that were described as high quality leather, but when they arrived I was disappointed to discover that they were in fact vinyl and plastic. I will never buy from this site again.
As a former supplier, they knew they are going bankrupted and yet still recruted new suppliers and never pay anyone. On the other hand, it is un-ethical for a company to sell stuff that they knew they won't have just and to "steal" money for their cashflow. I smell a class action suit if they ever came out of their financial problems. Please read reviews before buying anything online...
I can't get a refund so resorting to this forum. They are dodging me. Won't refund my credit card or send the e-mails they promise. I have a credit with them from an item that they could not produce. I want my money back not a credit. It takes weeks to get the merchandise, quality is poor. And now they won't give my money back on an item they can't deliver. I don't care that it was purchased with their store credit form returned low quality merchandise. I will never buy from them again. Terrible service
I ordered a nice hoodie, and got one horrible quality piece of knock off clothing for a discounted high end price, that took over a month to process my order (they're in Quebec, Canada).
I would have been better off with ebay, since they have seller ratings that can affect their sales. This site is a complete waste of money and time
I've been shopping online for 10+ years... this has been, by *FAR*, my worst online shopping experience.
I bought a "high quality" 1000 count King size sheet. They were extremely thin and poor quality. After just 2 washes they COMPLETELY fell apart at all four corner seams. It was a combination of poor quality material and poor craftsmanship. I sent them a complaint asking for a refund. At first they told me no because it was past their 30 days. Then it was no because they were used. When I threatened to file complaints everywhere, they said to send them pictures. I did. I had to email them again after another month, They responded to my email, but said the pictures "didn't come through". Then they wanted me to send them back and they would "decide". Are you kidding me?!?!? This isn't my only bad experience, but it is the worst. The most important thing to remember here is BUYER BEWARE.
I cant even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with the service you provide and the dishonest statements. IF you say your going to ship an item then do so on the date you state you will. I have waited a month now for items that should have been shipped *according to you) two weeks ago and am now being told you don't even have the items from the supplier yet. Your very quick to take my money yet I have to wait more then a month for my items? Something seems wrong here. I will be sure to post my reviews every chance I get on every site I can. I will also encourage friends and family to order from somewhere more reasonable and more honest. Customer service is everything and yours has gone downhill FAST!
I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about BTR so far! I too was skeptical especially reading all the bad reviews but so far I've ordered a ton of stuff from there and all the items were exactly what I ordered plus packaged very carefully. I ordered a pair of shoes last time and for some reason they were not able to get the item from the vendor so they sent me an email saying they've already refunded my credit card and not too long afterwards I got a call from a rep apologizing for the inconvenience and they're going to also give me a $10 credit for my next purchase. Truly great customer service if you ask me! I agree with the reviewer below, you have to read the policies carefully before you order. Shipping does take a while but they clearly outline that when you order so I never fret about it. I look forward to ordering many more things from here. Heck. My Christmas shopping is already a quarter done haha. Cheers!

I love beyond the rack.
First - they are Canadian so I don't have to pay customs fees.
Second - they are fast. Getting my order is always earlier than I expect.
Third - the one time I did get a product that wasn't of good quality, they gave me a full refund! Including shipping!
Therefore - I will continue to buy from them until the end of time. Or I no longer need new shoes/ swimwear or household items.

We did an event with them on February and since then we were trying to contact them several times by mail and phone with no answer.
Just this week we received an email informing that they are not going to pay because they filed a protection pursuant.
I would have given it 5 starts if their delivery was faster. I've been a customer with this site for at least the last 5 years. While the services are not perfect the products are always high quality and their customer service is great.
You can return anything that still hasome a tag on it within 12 months of purchase, but you can't exchange since their products are always changing.
Shipping is about $6 but then you get free shipping on anything you might order in the next 3 days. It takes a while to get your order because it comes first from the seller so give it about a month to get to you. You can see the tracking information right on their page and it's constantly updating you on delivery.
Bottom line is, I love this site, it's always come through for me when I'm getting ready for next season or an upcoming holiday or event.
There really isn't much savings when you really do the leg work on this site. I was looking into the Lil' Rider Ruby Racer Motorcycle - 3 Wheeler in Red for my 3 year old which they have it on sale for $109 plus shipping cost... they say the original price is $206 but when googling the same item I can go into a toys r us right now today and purchase it for $119... that would end up costing less.(after BTR shipping fees)... and I would be able to pick it up today and not have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. You should really look into the sales rather then to assume what they are displaying is correct. Usually when they have it on their site the sales are across the board... within other sites and within our own stores in town.

Beware shoppers that this website is fraud. They are scammers. Read reviews before you buy anything on their websites because its not real with my experiences with them is very bad. So beware because its a scam.
I've purchased many items from BTR in the past few years and the most frustrating part of their business is the delivery timelines. With many competitors out there, why would I want to do business with a company that doesn't do anything to fix this issue. One of their biggest complaints is length of delivery!
BTR needs to set expectation right away and let their customer's know actual lead-time on their products. If you want client loyalty, you must be up-front and let the consumer make the decision if they wish to wait for a purchase for 48 hours or 6-8 weeks. You set expectation up front and lower customer dissatisfaction.
Your business concept is smart, your execution is poor...

After receiving a defective and possibly fake celine handbag I have been trying to contact them for a refund for over one month. Their phone lines have been down for over two weeks, I've left 3 voice mails, have sent plenty of emails and still haven't received a response! I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Careful while shopping with them! As you won't get your money back
So happy I went looking for reviews! I was going to buy a few boots from them for the fall season. From the sounds of it, they will be knock off and I wont get them till winter or spring :/ I have been looking at this site for a few years now and i'm so happy I didn't order! This many bad reviews on SO many review sites can't lie! I'll be sticking to better websites!

Was a loyal customer of BTR for years... I had some issues but they were small ones. I ordered a dress in Feb. And after 1.5 months sent an email to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was told the dress was sent... Sent a few more emails and was then told that the company was under new management and no refunds will be given. STAY AWAY... Save your money
I was reluctant to sign up for their site before even being allowed to view any of the sales, so I came to this review site. Thanks very much for it! I have placed multiple orders with this company starting from March 17th 2019 and I am yet to receive any of the items. Customer service tells different stories when you call. The last call I made was on May 17th. The representative told me my orders are already in transit to UPS and emailed me 4 tracking numbers. Today is the 22nd and this is what I get when I tried to track the so called shipments "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information."

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
