BTR fradulent company.
* i had around $800 credit in my account which was made by my return on 2015.
* i got an email says the ownership will be changed on Sep 2016.
* i tried to buy something on Oct 2016(which is after ownership change) and was not able to see my credit on renewaled website. So i called customer service and talked with the agent named Paul. S/he said my credit is still valid and won't expire since it is made from actual money. So i can use it for my next purchase.
* today April 12,2017, i talked with customer service manager Marie and she said "unfortunately, as I have mentioned you previously ******* Canada Inc. (formerly known as Beyond the Rack) filed for protection with the court last March 24th 2016 and was purchased by a new owner May 24th 2016. The company is now under ******* Canada Inc." which i never got notified.
* I said ownership change does not mean BTR can evaporate my money, especially when the customer did not get any information about it. Also, there was not even one line mentioning it.
* she said i did not get email because i did not make recent order which does not make any sense. Because i did not make recent order, i am not eligible to get notified regarding such a money sensitive issue? It is company's responsibility to notify any major legal/rule change especially regarding money.
* current website still says:
"Promotional and referral credits expire one year after they're issued. Account credits do not expire. You will be notified by email if any of your promotional or referral credits are about to expire."
* i never got any email regarding this at all.
* i will have to open court case since it is more than $500 current value. I took screenshots of whole conversation(live chat) and BTR website so if they change the website, i can still have the evidence.

They refuse to honor their own store credit and suggest you contact your local consumer protection agency.

Upon checking here, it looks like you have a remaining credit balance of $86.99. However, it is no longer available on the BTR website. We apologize that it was removed from your account and that you were not notified.
As you may be aware, Beyond the Rack went through a restructuring phase under our new ownership and management group. We have made several key changes to our business model in order to build BTR back.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to refund or provide any credits to any purchases/returns made or processed before May 24th, 2016.
In order for us to move on and to make the new company grow, we will no longer be able to honor any of the credits that were on your account from orders before new ownership took possession. The new management team have tried to make BTRs transition as smooth as possible for our loyal customers, however there are some obstacles that we cannot overcome.

People please be AWARE this website is not what they say they are THEIR VERY FAMOUS PAY SHIPPING ONCE AND GET THREE DAYS FREE SHIPPING is absolute BS /LIE and even when you call to resolve the problem they will not refund the extra shipping cost. I placed my 1St order on May9 th 4:50pm for $9.99+$7.99 shipping after I received an email from them with order number and another email informing me that now I have a three day free shipping pass I placed my second order at 5:11pm for $170 and they still charged me $35 for shipping I tried all promo codes to have it removed but it didn't so I did go through with me order and I called the costumer service hopping they will refund $35 that were charged. I spoke to Mary Romara she was very rude and was trying to lie to me that my second order was actually placed first and she offered to refund me $7.99 on which I offered her screenshots of both of my orders so she can see the time stamps when each order was placed she refused to accept that I was on hold with few times for long time she went ahead and canceled my orders without trying to resolve the issue and when I asked her to speak with her supervisor she refused to do so. I did reach superior through different way nut two says later still nobody called back. O did receive an email saying that if you place a big order on your 3 days free shipping period they will still charge you extra for shipping. Long story short if you order a pair of socks during your 3 days it might be free but if you buy more stuff it will not be free. You still end up paying for shipping either way. Shame on You Beyond the Rack. You do not deserve to be in business.
BTR resells low quality merchandise that is bulk ordered from China and sold to you at a 500% markup. The consumer is being totally Ripped Off! Here is one example: BTR has this DiNIJIA brand dress on Sale for $89.99 ( what a joke) the same dress is sold on Aliexpress under a brand called Vestidos for $16.99. See links below

Please Note: The clothing is very low quality as reflected by the actual price and the sizes are tricky because the clothes are made to fit Asian women who are much smaller that American/ Canadian/ European women. Chances are the clothes you buy won't fit!
Btw Aliexpress offers free shipping to Canada, BTR charges $10, another Rip Off.
Also, if you order from BTR you could wait 6 weeks to 6 months for an order, during this time you will receive updates from BTR that your items is experiencing delays, blah, blah, blah, and then after waiting and waiting and waiting an email arrives stating: Sorry, the item you ordered is not available.
OR
If you do actually receive your order there is a 80% chance that there will be a problem with it, wrong item shipped, defective, damaged, wrong size, etc. and BTR WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY! They might give you store credits which means that you have to buy their junk and go through the same thing again. Not a great deal.
Anyway, whether or not you want to buy it, or who you want to buy it from, is up to you. At least now the consumer knows the truth! Beyond the Rack is Beyond Ridiculous... Save your time, money and sanity and shop elsewhere!
Save yourself some money and search Google for the item you want to buy before buying from BTR. Chances are it can be found elsewhere, cheaper and from a seller who will refund your money if there is a problem with your order. Something Beyond the Rack refuses to do.
BeyondTheRack sells fakes! Please be aware consumers! I purchased a Givenchy Antigona bag from this website, to find out that it's a fake. I took this bag to Holt Renfrew to be authenticated, and it was deemed a fake - A REALLY GOOD FAKE!
Lesson learned - if the price is too good to be true... it most likely is! How is it that this company can sell this bag for approximately $1,900, but yet it retails for $3,125 at an authorized boutique such as Holt Renfrew. BECAUSE IT'S FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE!
But what really pisses me off about BeyondTheRack, is that when you speak to any of their representatives, it's like you are speaking to robots. They ALL have the exact same responses about how they guarantee all their items on their website are authentic and that they get it from a reputable place... blah blah blah. BULL F*CKEN SH*T. Does BeyondTheRack know that is it ILLEGAL to state their items are guaranteed authentic, yet their selling FAKES?
I also stupidly bought some Hugo Boss polos on this website (for half of the price) for my friend. Thinking they were a good deal, we placed an order for 8 shirts. Keep in mind folks, I placed this order at the end of January. The representatives at BeyondTheRack guaranteed that all these Hugo Boss shirts would be on time for delivery by Valentines Day. ONCE AGAIN - ANOTHER STUPID LIE FROM A "REPUTABLE" WEBSITE. I received 6 out of 8 shirts I ordered, a week and a half later in 3 separate shipments - WTF? And then too open these packages to find out that ALL of the shirts are FAKE FAKE FAKE!
Guys - PLEASE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are scammers, and simply dishonest! Save your money and pay retail!
