I paid $105. I received a $69 refund for a dress that was returned. There was way too much fabric at the hips so it was unflattering. It cost $15 to ship back, so with the $35 that they charged for shipping and duties to Canada and the $15 return postage, I'm out $50 just for trying on a dress that didn't fit. Watch out for all their extra charges that they don't refund. I will not be buying from EShaftme again!

Don't buy from eshakti because if you have to return something you will lose your shirt!
A poorly fitting item I returned cost $105 and I was refunded $69. They didn't refund taxes and customs that they can get credits on with returns, they charged shipping and handling and the customization fee. It was a lousy fit with a ton of extra fabric. So with return postage of $15, I'm out $50 u.s.
Horrible and expensive experience. Still haven't received even the $69 credit and it's been almost 3 weeks. BEWARE IF YOURE ORDERING FROM CANADA!

I returned goods that weren't satisfactory. My credit of $200 disappeared and the company won't respond despite a dozen emails sent. Always an automated response that someone will call. But they never do. It's internet fraud. Hundreds of similar complaints online. BEWARE!
